10/10 experience! This was probably one of the best things we did on our trip to Mallorca. It was a nice reprieve to get out of the hot summer sun and have a nice afternoon cooking delicious food and meeting great people in a gorgeous space. Our host/chef was very friendly and entertaining and the food was all phenomenal. I am an experienced cook and I learned quite a few new things from this afternoon. Highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic. Our Chef Flavia was the best!! she made it fun for everybody. And she was such a great cook. Made us all feel like we were in her home.

Exceptional! Best part of our visit to Mallorca besides the catamaran trip! We loved learning all about traditional Mallorcan dishes and everything we made was delicious. She explained everything perfectly and we relaxed and enjoyed tapas and wine while we cooked. The paella was delicious and we all moved over to the formal table with wine for our formal lunch. 10/10 experience very well put together and chic atmosphere. Thank you Carlotta!

The instructor was amazing, he made us feel at home. Every dish I wanted to be able to make again at home! I would give this a 10/10 for a true Mallorcan experience! Me and my boyfriend would definitely do it again

Flavia was a wonderful host/cooking instructor! She was funny, knowledgeable, and very personable. In just three short hours, you and the group will make a lot of food, so come hungry and you will definitely leave happy and full!

This was the best cooking class I’ve done! We had the pleasure of having Vivian and Flavia as our teachers. Not only did they make everyone feel so welcome and comfortable but they made the class fun and engaging! I felt like I’ve known them my entire life. They went into depth about each dish we were making. When the class was over me and my family didn’t want to leave. If we could have stayed for dinner and breakfast the next morning we would have!! This was definitely the highlight of our Spain trip, if you have the pleasure of booking this please do!!!!!!

This cooking class and experience will be the highlight of your vacation or holiday! Flavia is outstanding and the instruction is fun, informative, hands-on and absolutely unforgettable. Perfect way to experience Spanish flavors and learn how to bring the food back to your home kitchen. Everything from the wine and drinks to the high quality food and atmosphere are perfect. I would recommend this experience for anyone who enjoys food, cooking and immersing yourself in culture while traveling.

Great cooking space, our instructor Laura was engaging and shared local culture and language. Our group spanned 15 to 80 years of age and the experience was enjoyable for all.

Had a great experience with Jose at this cooking class. We came by cruise ship so took a taxi in. We arrived early hoping to do a little shopping but the class is nowhere near a touristy area and most things were closed on Sunday anyway. We found a bakery and hung out until it was class time. Our main fear was getting back to the ship on time as the class was supposed to end at 3 but our ship had changed its departure time to 3:30. Jose kindly ordered us a taxi AND sped up the class a little so we could be safe. We made some tapas, dessert, and “tortillas” which are quite different from what I think of as a tortilla. The main dish was a seafood paella. Those who know me know I do NOT LIKE shrimp with their little heads and legs on them. Ewwww. Cockroaches of the sea. I like them as God meant them to be: breaded and deep fried. And don’t even get me started on those squid with their big eyes staring at me. So Eric and Maria let me make a vegetable paella. It was delicious!! 10/10 would recommend.

The windmill kitchen is absolutely gorgeous and unique with 2 kitchens and big windows and plenty of eating and gathering space. Our instructor was so friendly and funny and talented. She did and excellent job teaching the class at a good pace and gave other tips to be able to replicate the dishes at home without the high end products that she was using. We had lots of laughs and so much fun cooking and of course eating incredible paella, Spanish omelette and crema Catalana. I would absolutely take another class there!

WOW! This was an amazing once-in-a-lifetime cooking class. I was traveling solo for the weekend to Mallorca and stumbled across this class. I’m so glad I did! It was truly incredible. Maria was a great host and teacher. She made the windmill (yes, you cook inside of a windmill!) feel like home. You can just go into the fridge and grab more wine or drinks and make the experience all you want it to be. There were six other couples in my group from all around Europe. It was great to meet them all! We even exchanged contact info at the end so we can keep in touch. We truly felt like family!
The experience can be as hands on as you want. If you want to chop, stir, simmer, you got it. If you want to sit back and enjoy the great company and conversations, you can do that too! Maria made everyone feel welcome and adjusted to their skill set in the kitchen.
I’m also a vegetarian and Maria adapted some recipes and made additional food so I was accommodated. They are very kind and flexible! You even get to take home the recipes at the end.
Don’t hesitate, book this class! It is awesome!!!

The windmill where the class takes place is really lovely and unique space. The class was hands-on, with all of us pitching in on various dishes. The paella was delicious and it was interesting to see what an authentic paella is like. We got to try a few other local specialties, too. It was a fun night for me and my teen.

Vivian taught an amazing cooking class! She was so nice and helpful and made us all feel welcomed. This is an amazing, fun experience where you can make traditional Mallorca food and interact with others. I would 100% do this again! The food was phenomenal which is a plus.

What a fantastic experience! We came with our best friends and travel buddies. The group was so friendly and fun! Ricardo was an excellent chef and teacher. He made everything fun and entertaining for all. The food we made was delicious and everyone participated. By the end of the evening we felt like we had made new friends. This is the second cooking class we have taken when traveling and we loved it. The location, the Windmill Kitchen, is beautiful and unique. I highly recommend this experience for everyone from beginner cooks to experienced cooks. You will not regret it!

The instructor Carlota is excellent; information, entertaining and funny. Lots of small bites and paella. A must do in Mallorca.
Parking is brutal. Plan on 30 minutes to find a spot and walk to class.

I had a great time. Riccardo was easy going and included everyone in the meal prep. He made it easy to have fun. We were all able to get to know each other a bit in a short period of time. The setting in an old windmill was just icing on the cake. A very unique experience indeed. The food tasted wonderful and I’m hoping to try the recipes he gave us. Thanks for the experience Riccardo!
