Go in-depth with Spanish cooking during this half-day cooking class in Mallorca. With a professional chef as your guide, you'll learn about the local cuisine and Spain's culinary history while preparing a meal. What a fantastic experience! We came with our best friends and travel buddies. The group was so friendly and fun! Ricardo was an excellent chef and teacher. He made everything fun and entertaining for all. The food we made was delicious and everyone participated. By the end of the evening we felt like we had made new friends. This is the second cooking class we have taken when traveling and we loved it. The location, the Windmill Kitchen, is beautiful and unique. I highly recommend this experience for everyone from beginner cooks to experienced cooks. You will not regret it!

Incredible and unforgettable experience!

WOW! This was an amazing once-in-a-lifetime cooking class. I was traveling solo for the weekend to Mallorca and stumbled across this class. I’m so glad I did! It was truly incredible. Maria was a great host and teacher. She made the windmill (yes, you cook inside of a windmill!) feel like home. You can just go into the fridge and grab more wine or drinks and make the experience all you want it to be. There were six other couples in my group from all around Europe. It was great to meet them all! We even exchanged contact info at the end so we can keep in touch. We truly felt like family! The experience can be as hands on as you want. If you want to chop, stir, simmer, you got it. If you want to sit back and enjoy the great company and conversations, you can do that too! Maria made everyone feel welcome and adjusted to their skill set in the kitchen. I’m also a vegetarian and Maria adapted some recipes and made additional food so I was accommodated. They are very kind and flexible! You even get to take home the recipes at the end. Don’t hesitate, book this class! It is awesome!!!

The windmill where the class takes place is really lovely and unique space. The class was hands-on, with all of us pitching in on various dishes. The paella was delicious and it was interesting to see what an authentic paella is like. We got to try a few other local specialties, too. It was a fun night for me and my teen.

The instructor Carlota is excellent; information, entertaining and funny. Lots of small bites and paella. A must do in Mallorca. Parking is brutal. Plan on 30 minutes to find a spot and walk to class.

The setting in an old windmill was just icing on the cake. A very unique experience indeed. The food tasted wonderful and I’m hoping to try the recipes he gave us. There was a group of six of us plus another couple that did the 6pm class and it was fantastic. Great setting in an old windmill. Vivian was warm and inviting chef. We made dessert, traditional tapas and paella. Highly recommend it.

This was the most perfect...

This was the most perfect excursion and an all around great experience! The instructor (I think his name may have been Ricardo, but I cannot 100% remember. He was a 26 year old of both Italian and Spanish descent) was charismatic and managed to make everyone in the class feel like one big family by the end of class, despite being from different places across the world. The food was delicious and we were given pamphlets with the recipes for each dish we made, so we could recreate them at home. The instructor also shared cooking tips and Mallorca cuisine history along with stories about his own life which enhanced the overall experience. I highly recommend this excursion!

10/10 experience! This was probably one of the best things we did on our trip to Mallorca. It was a nice reprieve to get out of the hot summer sun and have a nice afternoon cooking delicious food and meeting great people in a gorgeous space. Our host/chef was very friendly and entertaining and the food was all phenomenal. I am an experienced cook and I learned quite a few new things from this afternoon. Highly recommend!
