    This was a super fun, informative introduction to Palma de Mallorca. Tobias, our guide, made sure the group was safe and comfortable riding the Segway's around the city. He provided excellent information about Palma, while being very patient, friendly and accommodating. My wife and I highly recommend this tour, especially if offered by Tobias.

    Both our guides were amazing at this trip! They were informative, probably could have used a microphone, but told great stories and were very patient with many first time Segway users:) we loved going through the old town and in and out of the streets before they all opened up and it made the city come to life! Great Fathers Day event for all 9 of us and very fun!

    Segways are easy to use and you get to see so much more of the area with them, as opposed to walking the area. Our guide was great, and filled us in on details of the various stops. I'd recommend a segway tour over any other type of tour of the city center. A 2 hr. tour gives you an overview of the area, and then you can spend the rest of the day going back to the things you found most interesting. Taxi rides from the cruise terminal to the segway meeting place run around $10, so it's not expensive or difficult to get there from the ship.

    We had a wonderful time! Palma is full of amazing historical sites, and getting to see and experience these sites & the city by Segway was simply “the best” way to see the most and have a great time while doing so!     Having never been on a Segway, I was hesitant. It was great fun. With Marina’s helpful instructions, we were off and rolling in no time. Marina explained some of the history of the area as we navigated our Segways.

    Palma is a very busy city, we had a good time riding the Segway to see the old town. We didn’t go very far but we learned a lot in a short time. Our guide was professional and informative. I do wish the Segway company would allow their customer to use their restroom so no one would be late for the tour.

    This was such a fun way to see the city! Giving 4 stars because the front desk lady at check in was extremely rude!! Our tour guide, Flor was amazing though. As people who aren’t locals we asked the front desk lady what all we would be seeing and she said “well are you from here?” And we said no. And then she said “well then why should i tell you if you don’t know??” So that was super uncomfortable. Then she went on to list all of the things we could see, she could have been vague and said things like “you will be seeing art, going by the ocean, seeing the cathedral” overall amazing experience. People in Spain have overall been rude and hate tourists, yet that’s how they make their money. If they were to come to my country and asked a question I’d be welcome and not super rude.

We apologise for the office person but sometimes is hard to explain all the people what everything you will visit while you dont know the city and you have full itinerary once you make reservation .     Disappointment and poor service

    It was a poor excursion for 2 reasons: 1. At the end, We were taken on dangerous roads with lots of traffic. It was busy and distracting. I crashed into a cement brick and fell severely on my knee and hands. I had scrapes all over them and was bleeding, along with swelling and bruising on my knee and a lot of pain . The company brushed it off like it was nothing and never offered me ice or even a bandaid. I had to see the medical doctor once back on the cruise. 2. The guide was very low keyed, soft spoken, and unenthusiastic. No passion.

    Hello Michael, we are sorry you didnt enjoy the tour buy Unfortunately we are not responsible if you crash during the tour, we are not operating your Segway :( Also we can not do anything about city if its busy...:( During our tour we take only 200 meters on the road and the rest of the tour is going through the streets... Also we are very sorry you didnt like the guide, mostly of the people are very happy with them. I hope next time we can provide you with better service.

    The tour was quite average. I wish we had been provided with headphones to hear the guide, rather than having to stop and get off the Segway every five minutes. Although advertised as a two-hour tour, it lasted only 1 hour and 35 minutes. The concierge, Jaka, lacked effective communication and hospitality skills. However, our guide, Bruno, was the highlight of the experience—an exceptionally pleasant individual to be around.

    Hello Nicco, Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that you didnt enjoy the tour as much as you wished. While you booked group tour, you went on the tour with few other people, still very small group, taking into consideration that you arrived with cruise (2 cruises) with another 9000 people at the same time and as you could see we were fully booked. The person in the office tried to manage that all customers are happy and groups are not big.... The tour was exactly 2 hours while we have everything scheduled and it is not possible that guide will return from tour after 1.5 hour instead of 2 hours and you had also other people in the group. Please note, in Mallorca is illegale to ride on whatever machine (bicycle, e-scooter, Segway etc) and using headphones, the fine is €750! Regarding stops, yes, while city is overcrowded with cruise ship customers, due safety, we stepping down from Segway when we are stopping at the landmarks to avoid accidents and customers can more focus on landmark and at ease to listen tour guide like to kind of panicking to standing on the Segway with hundreds people around.... We hope next time you will have better experience with us!

    A fun and cool way to tour Palma!

    Riding the Segways through Palma was a blast. Our guide was Floris and he was very patient getting us up on the Segways. He assured us that once we got going it would be a piece of cake and it was. I was nervous at first as we were getting our "training" on a narrow alley with cars coming through and pedestrians. But once we got going we had plenty of breathing room. The ride along the waterfront was beautiful as were the historical sights that Floris explained to us. My only recommendation would be to call ahead to get information on where to park. Street parking near the shop is very difficult to find. However, there is underground parking 1-2 blocks away from where you meet for your ride which we eventually found on our own but our parking search made us late for our tour. We loved the tour and highly recommend it.

    Fun way to see a lot in a short time

    Our group had 5 people in it, 3 of them were me and my 2 daughters. Floris did a great job making us comfortable on the Segways before we started and was so great at guiding us through the crowds and streets. It was a great way to see a lot of the area in a short amount of time. Floris also had great information to share about history and local things. Great experience and highly recommend!

    We used this company second time and it was amazing, again! We thought we can’t have any more surprises on the tour but actually we did! Our guide Floris showed us few new places and gave us many advices where to go to local restaurants and places at the island! Very useful! We are Segway lovers but honestly this tour of Palma is one of our favorite, out of many! Thank you to all team, we can’t recommend it enough and hope to see you again soon!

    What a great tour! We started with an instruction of about 15 minutes. As soon we felt comfortable, we started the tour. We had so much fun! Our guide knew a lot about the city. We have seen so much of Palma. Things we would not have seen otherwise. If you have never ridden a Segway, we highly recommed it. Easy and fun.

    Deplorable customer service. We got rained out and one of the Segways broke so the tour guide cancelled our event. However, the office doesn't want to fully refund our tickets and lied to Viator saying they offered a later time, when we had already returned to our cruise ship. We now are having to dispute it with the credit card companyand fight with Viator. Don't trust these people! Take your business elsewhere to someone

    Dear Robert, this is not correct review. You went for the tour, first 2 elder people from the group couldnt ride it ( we offered e-bike and e-scooters but they didnt want ), also 1 of the kids was uncomfortable but father pushed him to do it anyway even on e-scooter. While the kid had a big problem and feel unsafe, you decided to go back to office after 1 hour and on the way it started to rain. Its correct that 1 Segway switched off due to overweight of the ridder and rain (in the end its just a machine! ). We agreed to refund to you 50% but then you cancelled payment with the bank and now this is in progress to deal with via Viator. Now you are writing incorrect reviews on all platforms and harming our company. We did as much as we could to accommodate you even tough you booked Segway tour for your elder parents and lady couldnt do it due to her problems with leg and also your very young kids while is written that minimum age is 12 years old and you booked it for 10 year old who was scared. We are very sorry for your bad experience but this is not correct what you are writing and also this is not correct way how you are handeling communication with us. We are always trying to find the best solution for our customers but you decided instead of communicate with us to harm us on every possible platform. We wish you all the best and hope next time you will take different approach with other companies .... :(

    Palma was a fantastic place to visit and the segway tour made it easy to get around and see a lot of it. Having never ridden a segway before, I was quite nervous. I believe I did go a bit slower than most would, but it was very crowded in areas and traffic on the streets made it challenging. Still, in the end I felt confident on the segway. Our guide was not from Palma, but from Germany. He was knowledgeable and his English was pretty good, but at times I'm not sure he understood what I was saying or asking. Overall it was a fun tour!
