- As it is a Catholic church, discreet clothing is mandatory, access may be restricted if the clothing does not meet the requirements.
- For safety reasons, children younger than 6 cannot go up the towers and children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
- For safety reasons, people with reduced mobility and those whose ability to move around or interact with their surroundings autonomously and safely is limited by any sort of visual impairment may not visit the towers.
- Please note that to go up the tower you will use an elevator but to go down you will need to use the stairs.
- The lifts in the towers will be closed in adverse weather conditions including strong winds and/or rain.
- The tour is a shared tour, you will be sharing one tour guide and will have radio microphone/earphones to hear the guide better
- Access to the Towers (if you select the option)

- Please note that the tower may be closed in case of bad weather
- You must carry the passport and documentation of all passengers because the monument will ask for it and may denied entry.

We met outside the Sagrada Familia (28 people were in the group) The guide was a nice local lady. She spoke fluent English. We were given devices with headphones so we could hear her describe the history and the features of the Sagrada Familia. We then led to the elevator to the tower at which point our guided tour was over. She did a decent job but I think I would have rather done the free self guided tour that the Sagrada Familia offers. The free tour has more stops and also has stops in the tower. The advantage of this this tour is not having to stand in line for tickets or entry.

Major crowds to navigate even with a guide. Long time standing (about 1-1/2 hours) with nowhere to sit. The tower should not be attempted by anyone with mobility challenges!

The towers are tight and not for faint hearted, but worth it - amazing! The guide was very informative and the insights really made the experience so much better. The initial sensation when you first enter the Sagrada is awesome, unlike any other building.

Remind travelers that walking and standing for approximately 2 hrs is required.
Hydrate as about 20 min is outdoors

The meeting place was changed and we found the tour guide at another location. With the crowds around the church and construction noise levels it was difficult to keep up with the tour guide and hear her. It appeared that based on the tour guides organizational skills it was their first time leading a group.

We signed up because although we saw the outside of the cathedral we wanted to see the inside. Tickets have to be purchased in Advance so I am so glad we booked this tour. Our guide was very knowledgeable and able to navigate the huge crowds at the church. Well worth going inside. The tower was an option and my husband did it but I did not. The weather was rainy so visibility wasn’t the best. You can enjoy the church without the tower option.

The tour guide was very animated and knowledgeable about the history of the Sagrada Família. It was very crowded but she managed to keep us together & involved. Plenty of time to take pictures. We did choose to do the tower but be aware that walking down the 400+ steps on a windy, narrow dark strairway is challenging.

Knowing very little about Sagrada Família was made such much better by our guide Lupe. Without all of the information she imparted, understanding the depth of the project would not have been possible without her knowledge and passion. We even returned later to celebrate evening mass at 8pm

Great Tour with lots of information. We did a mid-afternoon tour and the lighting was spectacular. We had the Tower option and enjoyed that. Elevator up and step winding narrow stairwell down. Once tour is over you can stay longer to really get to see everything

Manu was very knowledgeable and entertaining! I enjoyed her "delivery!" Tour was tiring for an "older" person. Lots of standing can be hard on the legs and back. Also a bathroom stop before the tour begins would be a good idea.

This was a fantastic tour. Gema was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend a tour over just walking around on your own, because there’s so much symbolism that I would’ve missed without the tour.

It was a good tour overall. But, it was difficult finding the meet up spot with all of the construction, and it was not very clear where the street could even be crossed. Additionally, we were told to look for a green sign, but it was actually a small white sign with not too large green & pink lettering that was hard to see from across the street. Something like a large, colorful umbrella may have been more helpful. Additionally, when it started, there was so much construction noise that we couldn’t hear the first part of the description of the outside of the Sagrada. It would’ve been helpful to hand out the earpieces at that point rather than waiting until we got in front of the entrance. Those things would make it much better. Overall, the information was very helpful and the guide was informative and friendly.

We had an hour and a half, semi-private (14 people) tour. A remote listening set of earbuds was provided and was key in understanding our guide. Mark, our guide was a native of Barcelona and very knowledgeable about the church and Gaudi. I would recommend this tour as just the right length.

The Sagrada Família tour was spectacular. Our tour guide gave us a number of facts about Guadi and the religious significance of this beautiful church. So glad we did the 2 pm tour and were able to see
the colors changing the stained glass windows around 4pm.
