- As it is a Catholic church, discreet clothing is mandatory, access may be restricted if the clothing does not meet the requirements.
- For safety reasons, children younger than 6 cannot go up the towers and children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
- For safety reasons, people with reduced mobility and those whose ability to move around or interact with their surroundings autonomously and safely is limited by any sort of visual impairment may not visit the towers.
- Please note that to go up the tower you will use an elevator but to go down you will need to use the stairs.
- The lifts in the towers will be closed in adverse weather conditions including strong winds and/or rain.
- The tour is a shared tour, you will be sharing one tour guide and will have radio microphone/earphones to hear the guide better
- Access to the Towers (if you select the option)
- Please check which option you select as the inclusions are different depending on the option
- Please note that the tower may be closed in case of bad weather
- You must carry the passport and documentation of all passengers because the monument will ask for it and may denied entry.

Sagrada Familia was stunning and so much to take in. As we were on cruise and had limited time in port it was great to be able to get the fast track tickets and get access to the Passion tower. Carlos was very knowledgeable and helped give context to the history, build, and symbolism of everything.

The cathedral is STUNNING! Even in its not-quite-finished state! Every inch, inside and out, is beautiful and carefully designed. We would, however, recommend not visiting during a heatwave. Outside is hot and inside is even hotter. Once you’re inside there is no option to purchase additional water either so plan for more water than you think you’ll need. And they will restrict your entry if your shoulders are not covered - we saw several people trying to find a scarf, shawl, or sweater at a moments notice, all while in a 95F line. So visit this amazing building but plan accordingly. Our tour guide, Carlos, was very thorough and showed us everything inside and out, giving us all sorts of details and history. He definitely knew his work well.

Tour was very informative about the cathedral. Kind of too informative at times personally but history buffs would love this tour!
Biggest thing for me is we were asked to return the headsets if we wanted to leave the tour...caviat being our guide had our tickets to the tower so it felt like I was trapped until the end of the cathedral part of the tour.

Excellent comprehensive tour of the basilica by David our guide pointing out countless details of the exterior and interior structural and embellishing features designed by Gaudi and his successors. An absolute highlight was the non-guided tower climb which gave added appreciation of the magnificent and intricate design of this masterpiece - the Segrada Familia.

We were outside at meeting point for 45 minutes - then went inside and immediately started tour - even though there were restrooms , guide did not allow any time to use them - so it would be a o it 2 hours later he allowed less than a few minutes to use them . Overall the experience was a good one - would also bring water with you .

Great guide and historic details. Loved the stain glass lighting. Tower visit was not as exciting as we imagined as outdoor space very limited and photo opportunities were soso, plus it was a long boring walk down narrow stairs.

I left a five star review because David was a great guide. But our tour got cut short and our ability to climb the tower was cancelled because of the Tour de France was leaving that afternoon from Barcelona for the first time ever. Obviously none of the is Viator’s fault, but the disappointment was extreme.

Finding the meeting point was very stressful because the instructions do not make it clear you are meeting a person in the street rather than at a premises, it made us think we had been scammed!
Once we saw the tours for today person it was very straight forward.
We had Isaac as our guide who was epic with his magic umbrella and kept everyone engaged.
Felt the tour was quite basic for the money based on other tours but at least you could stay on site and explore the whole site.

Very hot, no AC in the church. Much of the tour is outside in the sun. Couldn’t hear the tour guide at all.

There were various issues:
1-The language is incorrect. I reserved in Spanish and was given in English
2- Even though the guide did his job, there weee access issues that he was not aware of and made us walk more than it was necessary (my wife has mobility issues). But again, the guide was nice.
3-The person that received us, was very rude not only with us but with other customers too.
You can verify that I use Viator in all my travels and so far and besides this experience, only once I complained and the situation was solved.

The tour my wife and I experienced included the tower tour. Before the tour started, we received detailed updates the day before and the day of about the meeting place and that helped make it stress free. It was very nice having our own radio and headphones which allowed us to hear our guide quite well. There’s a lot of history and most of what you learn about during the tour pertains to Catholicism and the certain architectural choices made by the people responsible (mostly Gaudi) for designing the basilica. Really incredible place to be, even if you are not religious. The views from the tower portion of the tour are next level. You can see the whole city of Barcelona and there is plenty of photo ops. I would definitely recommend this.

Don’t go to Barcelona without booking this tour. Excellent experience! Gaudi is as great an artist as he was a man.
