- Please advise: there are around 400 stairs to go up to the tower, persons with reduced mobility can not access the tower
- Please note that to go up to the towers you will use an elevator but to go down you will need to use the stairs
- The access to the tower subject to favorable weather conditions. If canceled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date or full refund
- Children under 6 years old are not allowed to access the Towers even accompanied by an adult. Please note children under 6 will remain downstairs with an adult
- Please note the towers may remain closed due to rain or wind
- The monument decides which Tower is open for tourists groups and which one remains closed and this may change depending on the day
- Please note that the Sagrada Familia Regulations state that children under the age of 11 years old will not get a receiver to listen to the guide. Amigo Tours manages the entry of each of our customers and this measure does not have to do with us.
- The guide will be waiting for you inside "Emporio Souvenirs" shop
- Keep in mind that there are queues to access Sagrada Familia due to security checks
- Kindly note that the ID of children under 1 years old may be required

Our tour guide never showed up at the meet up location and a different guide with another group had to take over. The tickets are insanely expensive for what it is (a one hour tour)

The directions about where to meet were very very clear. Marta’s English was impeccable. She kept track of all of us even with the big crowds. She knew so many wonderful details about sagrada. She really made it come alive.
Because my cellular data ran out just before I got there, I would suggest having a paper printout of your ticket to get through security and to find your way.

This is a very good tour. Martha was very knowledgeable and friendly. She made sure that no one was left behind in this busy and crowded location. We came away with a huge appreciation for this cathedral and for Gaudi himself.

The Sagrada Família tour was wonderful. This is such an amazing cathedral with so much history and symbolism, you need an expert to help explain it. Gonzalo was our very knowledgeable tour guide. Otherwise you don’t know what you are seeing. Well worth it.

This is an amazing basilica and a must see while in Barcelona. Our tour guide was fun and informative. The only issue I found was she presented the tour in both English and Spanish at the same time, and while impressive, the back and forth between languages sometimes made it hard to follow. Definitly do the tower as it gives amazing views of not only the basilica but all of Barcelona from up high.

Roger was an awesome tour guide. He was on time, and very efficient about check in 1 minute 59 seconds to be exact. He gave interesting details about Sagrada Família, while keeping our tour on time. He also shared important tips like the best picture taking spots. The inside of Sagrada Família was incredible in the early evening with beautiful light streaming in through the stained glass!

Roger was very knowledgable and led a very good tour. The Basílica was stunning and more than I had hoped.
I was not aware that the tour was in English and Spanish. If the tour had been in English only, Roger would not have had to tell the same story twice. He might have had more stories and history to tell the group.
For $258 for 2 people, I would not recommend this tour. The tickets for a guided tour and the tower were 80 euros had I bought them directly from church. I don’t feel the service Viator provided warranted the extra $170.

Our guide Marta was very patient with the crowds and very knowledgeable. The reason I rated lower was because the headset at first was scratchy sounding where I couldn't understand what Marta was saying and then about 30 minutes into the tour, the headset quit all together.

This was advertised as an English only speaking tour, however when we arrived we learned that the tour included Spanish speakers too. This meant the guide had to say everything twice. This resulted in a lot of waiting and wasted time. The tour took twice as long! We wouldn’t have booked this tour had we known - very frustrating. Very noisy work going on as the Sagranda Familia is not finished - missed a lot of what the guide had to say.

Our guide was excellent! Great knowledge base of Sagrada Família. Just felt like it was misleading as it said English, but yet it was dual languages. Felt like that took more time as we had to listen to it in Spanish too.
