- Please arrive at the meeting point at least 30 minutes in advance, as tickets have a strict time slot and late arrivals may not be admitted.
- Please advise: there are around 400 stairs to go up to the tower, persons with reduced mobility can not access the tower
- Please note that to go up to the towers you will use an elevator but to go down you will need to use the stairs
- The access to the tower subject to favorable weather conditions. If canceled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date or full refund
- Children under 6 years old are not allowed to access the Towers even accompanied by an adult. Please note children under 6 will remain downstairs with an adult
- Please note the towers may remain closed due to rain or wind
- The monument decides which Tower is open for tourists groups and which one remains closed and this may change depending on the day
- Please note that the Sagrada Familia Regulations state that children under the age of 11 years old will not get a receiver to listen to the guide. Amigo Tours manages the entry of each of our customers and this measure does not have to do with us.
- Keep in mind that there are queues to access Sagrada Familia due to security checks
- Kindly note that the ID of children under 1 years old may be required

I would never recommend this company to anyone we were 10 minutes late and instead of trying to accommodate us, they shot us down and they said you cannot go in since you were late and there’s nothing they can do, do your homework before you book and now I am out over $200 and we were there for only one day and that Tour was on top of my list

It was a wonderful experience getting to know tge history of the church and pointing out what every statue meant z the church is SOo beautifup except we didnt get to see the roof part As promised. It was cancelled 2 days before we went there. They promised a certain amount refund and i have nit received any. It was booked for 3 persona.

The worst experience ever. Third party vendor address provided was locked and no instructions. Actually the address provided had construction workers, nobody spoke English. Then they locked and left. Very poor coordination. Once we figured out, waited so long for them. Our name was not even on the list provided to the vendor. Had to convince them. Showed them emails and their response “call them”. Finally they accommodated us, but I would not recommend this website to anyone

If you are traveling to Barcelona you must see Gaudi’s architectural achievements. In particular the Sagrada Família which has been under construction for over 100 years it is no ordinary cathedral. You will be blown away by the architecture and creativity.
One warning however. If you visit in the summer it’s brutally hot even inside. It’s also teeming with tons of tourists also. And it’s best to have a guide who can describe to you the many unusual features of this piece of art. There are other Gaudi architectural creations that will fill you with awe so try to see them all.

We paid extra via Viacom to climb the tower. The tower climb was canceled by the operator and said that we will get a refund which we never did. When I called the Viacom they offered $10 when they charged around $80 per person to climb a tower.

The address for the ticket location listed was closed and under construction. A sign directed us to meet on the tour guide on the corner. People were uncertain about exactly where to go, who was meeting them and when they were going to arrive. The tour guide was late, the group was divided between English & other languages; everyone was congenial. The walk to Segrada was brisk. The tour guide provided instructions prior to entering the church. He was thorough, pleasant and well informed, giving a educational, spiritual and inspiring presentation.

We scheduled this tour about 2 weeks in advance; unfortunately, a last minute delay to our flight schedule from Paris to Barcelona made it impossible for us to intend the pre-arranged time. We requested a new time and offered lots of flexibility across multiple days, but the company refused to work with us. They simply quoted their 24-hour policy—despite the unforeseeable nature of flight delays. As such, we lost over $500 and had to pay a second time to book with another/better company. I suggest avoiding this company.

We paid for a tower tour and our guide told us it was canceled. However when we checked with the cathedral directly the tower was open. We were told we would get a refund. The guide was good.

THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT FEEL THE LEAST BIT SORRY! I learned my lesson the hard way with this company- AMIGO TOURS. I would advise anyone thinking about booking a La Sagrada Familia tour with them to seriously consider not doing so! I initially booked a regular La Sagrada Familia tour with this company, a few weeks in advance. They seemed legit, and there was free cancellation. I ended up finding a La Sagrada Familia tour WITH tower access with the same company, so I cancelled my first reservation and re-booked the tower access. It was $120 more for 2 people than the tour without Tower Access. Two days before the tour, I received a message from the company that the Tower portion of the tour had been cancelled due to "logistical reasons." And that a "partial" refund would be issued. 10 days after the tour I had still not received my "partial" refund, so I reached out to Viator. They obliged with a $17 refund. I could not believe it, I paid $282 for this tour and the company cancelled ON ME and that is ALL they offered. Complete nonsense! I argued the amount with Viator and attempted to contact the company directly, although they never responded. After several weeks of back and forth with Viator I have been given a total of $40 usd back of the $282.... Viator thinks this is a fair assessment even though the towers were open the day we went on tour and we were told by the tour guide that we could "go buy tickets from the church, if we wanted to go up." The tickets up the towers of La Sagrada Familia are $45 euros each from the official website. I asked for a refund of $100 usd as what I thought was a fair assessment of what I was owed. I was given a lot of bull crap about pricing and this and that from Viator. This also was after I mentioned that I had been through the reviews of this company after the fact and that there are MANY MANY people experiencing this fraud. I can see how they are getting away with it as they still do "the tour of the church," but they just pocket the money for the tower access. Please do not make my mistake and DO NOT BOOK WITH AMIGO TOURS!!!!!!!!

It is completely my fault for trying to schedule the tour on the day I was flying in. The tour group would not communicate with me at all on any options to perhaps reschedule. I did not ask for a refund, just the option if available to do it another day. They became completely non responsive. I could only get automated updates on when my tour would begin.

Do not use Amigos for tours of Sagrada Família. You meet blocks away, the guides only engage with each other, they were late and only knew basic information. Terrible we left early

It was educational, fast and well done. However, I was disappointed our guide didn’t inform us or point us to the Segrada souvenir shop as you cannot enter it once you exit the cathedral. I wanted to purchase some official souvenirs and wasn’t able to.

Our tour guide Robert was great. Unfortunately we were told a few days before our visit that the tower portion of our tour (which we had specifically purchased) would not be available due to “logistical reasons”. This was very disappointing.

Our tour guide was super friendly and very knowledgeable. This experience was just not for us. It was very hot that day and we were a group of about 15 people in the group tour. Our tour started outside of the Sagrada Família and she explained different parts of the exterior for about 15mins. It was miserably hot in direct sunlight and after a while, got quite boring. Once we got inside, it felt like a history class and lost our attention span. We ended up leaving ~20-30 mins into the tour. If I could visit again, we’d probably opt to doing a self guided tour or private tour so we can move along at our own pace.

My wife and I were really enjoying this private tour. Our tour guide is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the history and stories behind Sagrada Família. His English is very fluent. The only glitch for us is that the meeting place is a few blocks away from the site, while our taxi send us to the site, so we have to rush to the meeting place. Wish that the tour instruction should make a special mention about this unexpected arrangement.
