- It is difficult to anticipate when La Sagrada Familia will be crowded. Typically, major attractions experience long queues during peak travel periods such as summer, weekends, Christmas, Easter, and local holidays. By purchasing a skip-the-line ticket, you can bypass the queue if there happens to be one. Unfortunately, it is impossible to predict specific days and times when lines are likely to form.
- To ensure safety, all visitors are required to pass through metal detectors at the security checkpoint. Please anticipate a wait time of approximately 20-30 minutes to clear security.
- In order to enter the Sagrada Familia Basilica, visitors are expected to dress appropriately as it is a Catholic church. Tank tops, strapless shirts, short shorts, or sandals are not permitted. Additionally, visitors are not permitted to enter the church wearing clothing intended for celebrations or festivities.
- Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.
- Customers must bring an ID to prove their age. If you cannot show the correct proof of age, Sagrada Familia will not allow entry, and you won't be able to get a refund.
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 30 travelers

Sagrada Família is a unique experience. I was not expecting such a good tour guide, Jose was very well prepared. Jose has a very good knowledge of all the aspects such as history, architecture, art and religion. It is worth the price.

Very good tour of the Sagrada Familia. The tour guide (sorry, I do not remember her name!) was very good and very helpful. We took the 7pm tour, which was good because there weren't that many people, but it was limited in time since the facilities close at 8 pm.

This tour was advertised as a 1.5 hour tour. It lasted just a few minutes over one hour. I felt the price was high (175) to begin with, but when it was only 2/3 of the advertised time, I was very disappointed. My tour guide spoke very good English, but had a heavy accent; I had to listen very carefully to understand. A disappointment!

We missed the tour because of the chaos surrounding the cathedral. I’ve booked with Viatour for years. The vendor Golden tours was not willing to issue a refund. We were there in plenty of time but our requests for assistance were lost in translation. Missed a one in a lifetime opportunity.

Our records show that the tour departed as scheduled with the rest of the participants. Unfortunately, arriving at a different location resulted in the tour being missed.

The Sagrada Familia is an incredible structure and I am glad we were able to visit. But our guide, Leila (?), was all but useless. First, the meeting spot in a gift store was crowded with shoppers, people in long lines for the restrooms, at least 4 other tour groups. We had a difficult time finding our guide even though we were there 20 minutes early. I'm sure this wasn't her fault entirely, but she should have had sign on a stick so we could see it. All other guides did. I was more than surprised by how she was dressed for a visit to a religious place: she wore a cut off tank top, leaving her stomach partly bare, her underwear showing beneath her pants. Instructions for the basilica said to cover shoulders and knees in reverence. Also, her English was difficult to understand and most of time I had little idea what she said. I'm not sure if this was all her fault or partly our listening devices. 25 people was far too many in this situation. Bad job in a great place

We are on our honeymoon booked this tour as it's our 1st time in Barcelona. They did not wait for us and we missed our tour. Tried to reach them by phone, by email no answer. Tried calling the tour guide no answer. This was a very expensive tour and they will not rebook us or refund us. Very disappointed with Viator as we explained via email what happened and they just did not care.
