- It is difficult to anticipate when La Sagrada Familia will be crowded. Typically, major attractions experience long queues during peak travel periods such as summer, weekends, Christmas, Easter, and local holidays. By purchasing a skip-the-line ticket, you can bypass the queue if there happens to be one. Unfortunately, it is impossible to predict specific days and times when lines are likely to form.
- To ensure safety, all visitors are required to pass through metal detectors at the security checkpoint. Please anticipate a wait time of approximately 20-30 minutes to clear security.
- In order to enter the Sagrada Familia Basilica, visitors are expected to dress appropriately as it is a Catholic church. Tank tops, strapless shirts, short shorts, or sandals are not permitted. Additionally, visitors are not permitted to enter the church wearing clothing intended for celebrations or festivities.
- Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.
- Customers must bring an ID to prove their age. If you cannot show the correct proof of age, Sagrada Familia will not allow entry, and you won't be able to get a refund.
- Audio headsets are provided for groups of 10 or more participants

Put tour guide was Tony. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and loved explaining the fascinating facts of Sagrada Família. Would definitely recommend this tour! Great insight and just an amazing national treasure.

What an amazing tour, you have to see the Sagrada Família inside and out to believe it. Alesh was our tour guide and was very informative, interesting, gave great perspective, handled the more annoying tourists with respect and grace and gave us a wonderful perspective and experience. The only negative for us was finding our way to the gift shop where we first met the group, we had assumed it was the gift shop inside the church but it was a separate store across the street. I’m not sure that the pre-instructions were clear about that. Otherwise, it was a wonderful experience.
Not a true flamenco show. Mainly male dancers. Voices were not good either. And the setting was not what they showed in the picture, it was not in a courtyard. It was in a little room with rose of chairs and a small stage with four chairs. Would not go again very disappointing as wanted a true flamenco experience.
It was a little chaotic connecting due to a down pour of rain but it all worked out. Our tour guide was so knowledgeable and it was great to have him as we toured the museum to provide so much important background about Gaudi and his methods of experimentation etc
The time is too short in The Sagrada Familia. We did the last tour and when it is time to close the facility, it is time to politely kick you out.
Very knowledgeable and personable guide an incredible experience. We were in awe of absolutely how beautiful it was.

Although the Sagrada Famila is very impressive on the inside, most of the tour was on the outside in the sweltering sun. The tour guide was fine, not particularly interesting. The inside was so crowded it was hard for our group to move around. Overall not a great experience. Might be better in the winter with lower crowds and cooler weather.

Guide very knowledgeable. Please note that after the tour you can revisit areas of person interest or just to sit and admire the architecture. Please don’t phone your mother during the tour, as one participant did during our tour!! The guide, correctly, asked the call to be terminated and to call her mother to show her later!

It was great to skip the line to get into the cathedral, and our God‘s English was very good, however his accent was a little heavy combined with poor radio quality, so we only caught about every fifth word he was saying. It is a very crowded location so it feels a bit overwhelming as you’re being herded through.
Obviously such an impressive structure, and I know there is so much information about every piece of it, but we came home and ended up looking up a lot of the details, as we couldn’t hear them during the tour.

The tour was a wonderful experience with a small group of 10 people. Alish was a great tour guide explaining the history and different phases of the Sagrada Família construction. We had visited this site a couple years ago but did not enter the cathedral. So glad we chose to enter the cathedral this. We very much were awestruck and amazed by the architecture and colors inside the cathedral. I would highly recommend this tour.

The Sagrada Familia was the most humbling and most meaningful tour I've ever done. Sadly the Emglish speaking guide was very difficult to understand. It was very disappointing as he was a great personality with wonderful knowledge. Just so much of what he said we could mot understand. This was the case for New Zealanders and US people that I chatted with on the tour. I went on another tour the day before of Parc Guell with a different Spainish guide who was very easy to understand, so it is the luck of the draw.
The venue itself was amazing.
Our tour was 75 minutes, of which the first half hour was spent queuing and getting through security. Annoying at the time. But certainly good to know you are safe while there.
Such a worthwhile and beautiful experience I would do it again with the hope of a guide who is easier to understand and getting the full details.

Yes, this experience enables you to skip the huge line outside the cathedral! Our guide was very knowledgeable and explained lots about the interior and construction process.
Keep in mind that the cathedral is not climate controlled and is very crowded.

Our guide had a very strong Spanish accent and he spoke very quickly, I could not understand him and I know several other people were saying the same thing. We handed our head sets back before the end of the tour as did many others.

It was hard to understand explanations, the time of this visit did not allow me to see the entire property including the adjacent museum, as a result I was forced out by the supporting staff before even finishing.

Our late-afternoon tours are scheduled around the Sagrada Familia’s opening hours, and access to certain areas, including the adjacent museum, may be affected by the attraction’s closing procedures. The supporting staff may ask visitors to leave areas as closing time approaches, even when the guided tour itself has not yet reached its full duration.
We also regret that the guide’s explanations were difficult to follow. We understand how important clear communication is during a guided tour and will take this feedback into consideration.
