- It is difficult to anticipate when La Sagrada Familia will be crowded. Typically, major attractions experience long queues during peak travel periods such as summer, weekends, Christmas, Easter, and local holidays. By purchasing a skip-the-line ticket, you can bypass the queue if there happens to be one. Unfortunately, it is impossible to predict specific days and times when lines are likely to form.
- To ensure safety, all visitors are required to pass through metal detectors at the security checkpoint. Please anticipate a wait time of approximately 20-30 minutes to clear security.
- In order to enter the Sagrada Familia Basilica, visitors are expected to dress appropriately as it is a Catholic church. Tank tops, strapless shirts, short shorts, or sandals are not permitted. Additionally, visitors are not permitted to enter the church wearing clothing intended for celebrations or festivities.
- Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.
- Customers must bring an ID to prove their age. If you cannot show the correct proof of age, Sagrada Familia will not allow entry, and you won't be able to get a refund.

While La Sagrada Família was truly a magnificent sight, I didn’t feel the guided tour was worth the cost. Although the interior is breathtaking and filled with incredible architectural detail, spending over €100 per person for what is essentially a single indoor venue didn’t provide enough value.
What made the experience even more disappointing was our tour guide. He seemed unhappy to be there and often responded to questions with dismissive or disparaging comments, which took away from what should have been an inspiring visit. A knowledgeable and enthusiastic guide would have made a significant difference.
The basilica itself is unforgettable, but I would recommend visiting it on your own or choosing a different tour provider if possible.

Quick entry was great. It was very difficult to hear the tour due to background noise and the tour guides mic picking up everything. The church was incredible.

The architecture is stunning. Whether you like it or not, it’s amazing to see something so different. Our guide knew his historical info well. It was hard to understand his English and by the end of the tour, the audio system wasn’t working. I feel like we missed a lot of what he shared because we either couldn’t understand him or the equipment was faulty.

They made the meeting place easy to find by taxi. You are on your feet for about 2+ hours. Very informative guide even though the church was extremely busy. We were able to enjoy the church on our own afterwards. Absolutely beautiful and a must see if you are visiting. Recommend going in the evening to get the sunset on the stain glass windows.

This was the worst Viator rip off I have ever experienced. Paid 300 € for 2 people for 1.5 Hour Tour. We thought it was a private tour considering the cost. There were 15 people. By the way, 15 people at 150€ each is 2,250 € or $2500 US for 1.5 hours, WOW. The sound quality was terrible. I understood more in a Hamilton play, which is not saying much. Download a tour and use your earbuds. Then go through the museum. Your will get much more from it and be a wealthier person.

I am extremely disappointed with our Sagrada Familia tour experience. We paid $360 for two people, and based on the ticket description, it appeared that the tour included full access to everything. However, when we arrived and asked our tour guide about visiting the towers, we were told that tower access was not included and that we needed to check at the front desk ourselves. After waiting and checking with the information desk, we were told the tower tickets were already sold out.
For the amount we paid, we expected a complete experience, including access to the towers. The way the tour was advertised was very misleading, especially considering that regular entrance tickets cost a fraction of what we paid.
In addition, the tour was advertised as a 1.5-hour experience, but it lasted only about one hour. The guide also had a very strong accent, which made it extremely difficult for us to understand much of the information being shared. Unfortunately, this greatly reduced the value of having a guided tour.
Overall, the experience was overpriced, disappointing, and did not match what was advertised. Paying $360 for two people and not receiving the expected access or tour duration is unacceptable. I would not recommend this service unless they are much clearer about what is actually included.

This was the worst experience ever!!! My wife and I were on our honeymoon and were looking forward to seeing the Sagrada Familia for years - we were 5 minutes late because a protest was blocking the streets and the tour guide left WITHOUT US!!! NO PHONE CALL NO EMAIL to check in, just left! And they wouldn't move us to a later tour or REFUND OUR MONEY! What a scam! NEVER EVER using Viator again. What rude, dishonest, uncaring people. THE WORST!!!!

While we understand that unexpected situations such as traffic disruptions or protests can occur, we are unable to offer refunds or transfers for missed tours due to late arrival, as the reservation, guide services, and entrance arrangements are secured in advance.

This trip is absolutely amazing what a beautiful building. There's still work going on outside building but don't let that put you off. I recommend a guided tour as you get a priority pass before others booking on thier own. The guide we had had worked in the cathedral and she was very knowledgeable. If you were on a cruise like we were taxi costs from port around 35 euro or uber 20 euros better than bus as gets you closer to cathedral with bus you would still have quite a walk.

Skipping the line was beyond amazing. Bring a fan and wear light clothes. It gets warm inside.
