- It is difficult to anticipate when La Sagrada Familia will be crowded. Typically, major attractions experience long queues during peak travel periods such as summer, weekends, Christmas, Easter, and local holidays. By purchasing a skip-the-line ticket, you can bypass the queue if there happens to be one. Unfortunately, it is impossible to predict specific days and times when lines are likely to form.
- To ensure safety, all visitors are required to pass through metal detectors at the security checkpoint. Please anticipate a wait time of approximately 20-30 minutes to clear security.
- In order to enter the Sagrada Familia Basilica, visitors are expected to dress appropriately as it is a Catholic church. Tank tops, strapless shirts, short shorts, or sandals are not permitted. Additionally, visitors are not permitted to enter the church wearing clothing intended for celebrations or festivities.
- Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.
- Customers must bring an ID to prove their age. If you cannot show the correct proof of age, Sagrada Familia will not allow entry, and you won't be able to get a refund.
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 30 travelers

Not truly a “skip the line.” There was a shorter line, but still 15 minutes of wait. The guide was excellent, but the sound quality and volume inside the cathedral made it sometimes diffuse to hear. Very interesting information about the architecture, history, and aesthetics. Finding a few moments to sit during the 90 minutes would help many.

Our tour guide Adrian Blanco, was extremely clear and informative. He took time to answer questions and was very knowledgeable in my opinion. Our family really enjoyed the tour. We have done tours through multiple cities in Europe and this was definitely at the top. I would highly recommend Adrian!

We were scheduled for a skip the line tour of Sagrada Família. Intruders scammed into our group and received whisper devices that left my wife and I without devices to hear the tour guide. The tour guide made an effort to find out who the intruders were but couldn’t resolve it. She moved on with the tour without helping us. The company Golden Tours apologized but made no offer to reimburse us part of the over $400 we paid them for the tour.

Meeting point was easy to find. Our tour guide Alesh(?) was very knowledgeable, engaging, and thought provoking, which we appreciated. We went in the afternoon, (14:30) and the afternoon colors were incredible! La Sagrada Familia is a beautiful work of art!

Golden Tours I would avoid. Viator tried with no success to refund. My mother has mobility issues so I ask that she stand near the tour entry. I went to the meeting place and never saw guide or a group walking toward us. I was literally one minute from entry. They refused giving us another tour or refunding. I have toured Sagrada before but my mother had not. My last tour company checked and made sure everyone was accounted for. Same went for a tour I took in the afternoon of the Gaudí houses. The guide checked everyone. This company Golden Tours obviously is too worried about $$ to care about their customers. Will never book a tour with them again.

As outlined in the booking confirmation and voucher, guests are required to arrive at least 15 minutes before the tour begins. Our guide departed with the group on time, and due to the time-specific group entry tickets for the Sagrada Família, it was unfortunately not possible to delay the tour or allow late arrivals to join once the group had entered.
We understand your concerns regarding your mother's mobility, and we regret that you were unable to join the tour. However, our guides are required to adhere to the scheduled entry time for the benefit of the entire group.

News flash! This is a must see! The history is interesting. The nice thing about the tour guide rather than just buying the audio tour is that you can go off script. You can ask general questions about Barcelona, Gaudi, local sites, good restaurants, etc., and follow up questions.

Friendly tour guide, very knowledgeable about the property. The only issue was the time. We booked the later tour to see the light reflecting inside the church but by the time the tour finished, gift shop was closed.

While La Sagrada Família was truly a magnificent sight, I didn’t feel the guided tour was worth the cost. Although the interior is breathtaking and filled with incredible architectural detail, spending over €100 per person for what is essentially a single indoor venue didn’t provide enough value.
What made the experience even more disappointing was our tour guide. He seemed unhappy to be there and often responded to questions with dismissive or disparaging comments, which took away from what should have been an inspiring visit. A knowledgeable and enthusiastic guide would have made a significant difference.
The basilica itself is unforgettable, but I would recommend visiting it on your own or choosing a different tour provider if possible.

Quick entry was great. It was very difficult to hear the tour due to background noise and the tour guides mic picking up everything. The church was incredible.
