The details learned from the audio tour is worth the hassel. Just listen to it on your phone. Lots of extra in the attached building.

Make sure your cellphone is charged as it is required for audio tour. There are many models showing changes made to house over the years.

We loved touring Casa Vicens. It’s like a hidden gem. The art is absolutely beautiful and you can get some really good photos. We had no problem booking on viator, and the audio tour worked out great. We were able to finish at our own speed.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. We arrived an hour early but we were allowed in. The house was very interesting and the audio guide was informative and easy to understand.

It’s beautiful house especially the outside. Inside it’s kind of let down … just the empty room … good thing is I had rewards from Viator, so I only paid $9.00. … this house should be skipped if you want to visit Gaudi Casa … just take picture outside from the street.

This tour is a cell phone guided tour and Bluetooth earbuds will work. The last time we traveled, we were provided with little boxes that ear lugs plugged into- so we were not equipped properly with the correct type of ear buds. Probably old school- but may be helpful to someone else- otherwise was a great tour

A lovely Gaudi designed house. Not as crowded as Casa Batllo, we arrived at 11 am on Sunday and walked right in. The audio guide is a download (QR code) that you can listen to, or read, on your phone as a transcript is provided. While not as large as Casa Batllo, this home still reflects the genius and beauty that Gaudi brought to his work. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit, which took about an hour.

You need WiFi to load their guided tour on your phone. Bring ear buds. Vincens is a beautiful work of art and function. To see Gaudi’s first casa was amazing. The tile work is very unique. A great visit.

Located in a quiet neighborhood. When we arrived in the morning, we did not have to fight any crowds and had many of the rooms to explore for ourselves. Worth the trip too experience experience this unique house and its history.

I love the Casa Vincent. It was a beautiful place. Highly recommend. It’s a must see. It was A. Gaudi first architectural house. Absolutely stunning! The detail inside and out was so impressive. We started the day at 10 here. Had wonderful self guided tour with any earpiece telling you about each of the rooms, take time to sit on the patio to in the surroundings. We also saw the Casa Batilo in the late afternoon and in the evening Casa Milo and the light show to finish out the day. A nice day spaced tours out so we had time to eat and enjoy the day without being rushed. All 3 are a must see!

Casa Vicens was beautiful and a great part of the Barcelona Gaudí experience, however, be very wary of Viator, if something goes wrong with your booking as it did with mine the first time, they will not refund your money despite saying they will.

While this is less visited, the significance is that Casa Vicens is the first masterpiece of Antoni Gaudi. This is also much less crowded than Casa Batllo and Casa Mila (La Pedrera), so personally i find it more enjoyable and could take my time without rushing with the flow of the crowd. Besides the guide explanations, there were also interactive exhibits for visitors to view and understand.
