Tour guide was so informative. Wear comfortable shoes since the terrain is dirt and some areas are unpaved.

Our Park Güell tour was a fantastic experience! Our tour guide was great! He was very knowledgeable and kind! They even fit our tour in early, which was so helpful. However, in high season, it was very hot and crowded. Parc Guell is an unfinished and abandoned site, and it feels that way. I think they should bring in a craft fair or farmer’s market to make the stop more worthwhile. Unless you are a huge fan of Guadi, this one was too touristy for us. So, if you are going to see Parc Guell in high season, expect big crowds, but you are in good hands with this tour provider.

Got confused finding meeting point so missed the tour. Kept looking for it rang the help line not that helpful eventually found it ourself but half hour late, our group already left. Asked if we could go with the next group which is usually a big NO but this tour company placed us into the next English tour. MASSIVE thank you loved every part of it . Our tour guide was amazing giving us every detail of history very interesting and absolutely beautiful place to visit if you get a chance would recommend and this company was awesome 🤩 all things considered.

Great instructions on the meeting spot! Tour starts at the top of the park so that you walk down rather up during the tour. Filipo was an excellent tour guide. He shared a lot of great history about the park and its designer Gaudi, along with a touch of humor. The tour was the perfect length with time to go explore the park further (if you so chose).

Beautiful Parc with so much history. Our guide was helpful in navigating such a large space. The park was extremely crowded, but worth visiting. Highly recommend a tour due to the crowds.

This didn't include tour to house, nor to top. This should be explocitly mentioned in the ticket. Also we were rushed to be there 15 mins before else we will miss the trip . This information came 1 hr before the trip so our experience in rushing there was ruined. Guide was basic. I thibk only getting ticket for the place is enough and you don't actually need any guide.

Personally I was only interested in the main entrance of the park and the viaducts, I think they were called. Thankfully my guide was good, otherwise I would’ve been bored.
I also arrived early, by accident, and the company let me go with an earlier group which was perfect.

This was a great tour. We learned a lot with a guide rather than on our own. The tour was about an hour and you can stay in the park as long as you want afterwards.

Our tour guide Ina was very nice. The group was too big and much of the time was her waiting for them to catch up. Because of that a lot of a truly beautiful place was missed. She also showed small pictures on her phone and from her bag individually to the group which no one could see or cared to especially on such a hot morning. This also took up way too much time. I am glad that I had previously visited
( with a group tour) so I knew what was there and what to point out to my husband. My suggestion to make it a more enjoyable experience for all is to limit the group size and tour guides personal photos.

Horrible, they did not text me or reach me out. They left without me and refusing to refund. I could not find them at 6:00 pm there . They were dropping my calls constantly. Do not use this company ever again. Horrible service

Our guides are present at the designated meeting point before the scheduled departure time, and guests are requested to arrive at least 15 minutes early, as stated in the booking confirmation and voucher. The tour was great, the guide was great. The directions to the meeting point were TERRIBLE. We walked from the metro to Park Guell entrance only to find out we needed to walk to the complete opposite side-a walk that took over an hour!
The directions in the app basically said “not here, not here, not here but Here” with photos but no map or directions. We messaged the (initial) guide and also got no help whatsoever. Missed our initial tour time, but we’re slower to join a subsequent tour that err enjoyed.

It was wonderful sight to see. Ina was a wonderful tour guide and so knowledgeable about the park. Thank you for such a great tour. each picture each recommendation and every step along the way was magnificent. My mother had a cane and Ina was so considerate of the path we took not to overwhelm her and others that needed a special route. We would definitely do this tour again, but on a much cooler day.

Our tour guide Javier was excellent and extremely knowledgeable! For first time travelers I would suggest a tour if you are really interested in learning a little bit extra, but buying park entrance passes is probably the best bet if you just want to walk around on your own accord.
