- If you arrive late, you will miss the entrance and won´t have the option to request a refund.

We could not get there in time- the first sagrada tour was longer and we missed the time.
We did not get to go to park guell

However, we would like to clarify that your inability to join the tour was due to arriving after the scheduled departure time. While we understand that delays can occur, including those related to other activities or personal travel arrangements, these circumstances are unfortunately outside of our control.
Park Güell guided tours operate with strict timed-entry group tickets, and once the guide has entered the park with the group, late arrivals cannot be accommodated. As outlined in the booking terms, missed tours are not eligible for refunds.
We appreciate your disappointment and regret that you were unable to participate in the experience.

The tour was described at a 1 1/2 tour. It was actually 45 minutes. I would have rather had walked around on my own.

Short and sweet tour. You can explore the park after the tour ends on your own. The park's history is fascinating. I think we got a lot more out of it with the tour.

Such a delightful tour and really the only way to see what Gaudi dedicated his life to. Our guide gave so much soul and cared about our group like a momma bear. She had great responses to all questions and was truly educated on the life and passion of Antonio. Great tour.

We had the very best tour guide. His family was the first Korean family in Barcelona. He shared about Gaudi’s brilliance in turning this place from essentially a wasteland to a beautiful garden. Took us to underside of where salamander tail serves as bench. Pointed out the gargoyles and the 4 season balls. Best tour ever. Thanks Mr Cho!!!

It’s a fun activity to do either in the morning or afternoon. There is very little shade, so it would be very uncomfortable on a hot day. The tour guide was knowledgeable and had fun anecdotes about his own experiences in the park.

Great tour of this incredible park. The instructions on the meeting place were very clear (be sure to watch the video that Viator sends you a day or two before your tour, since there are three entrances to the park and apparently there can be some confusion; you’ll want the north entrance). Our guide, Jaime, was fun and informative, and my husband and I are glad we had a guided tour. We went early to avoid the worst of the crowds, but there were still a lot of people!

This was a great trip, just knocking off a star because the address given for the meeting point was not close to the east main gate entrance, and the park staff would not allow us to walk through the park, and instead had to RUN with a 78-year old grandma to barely make the start time. The instructions sternly said to arrive 15 minutes early, and the uphill walk + misdirection was tough. Our tour guide Adrian made up for the rough start, waiting for us and thoroughly engaging everyone during the trip. Park Güell was very cool, photo opportunities everywhere and a fascinating study of Gaudi’s vision.

Don't just walk through the park without knowing the place first. The tour helped me appreciate the artistry and intentionality of Gaudí on a much deeper level than I ever would have just wandering around saying "Ooo pretty building."

Luis was our tour guide and a native Barcelonan He was very friendly and informative since he grew up near the park and played there as a child. He answered everyone‘s questions. We gained so much history about the park and Gaudi.

Best excursion of my trip. It is a bit like Alice in Wonderland. Be warned it is huge- a lot of walking and many steps up and down.

This tour was a total waste of money and time- could barely understand the tour guide and what we could understand was So repetitive. Unnecessary explanations that could have been condensed to 10 minutes. And- they don't clean or disinfect the ear pieces between tours- Yuck- There was no line.....so the skip the line ad is meaningless.
We did a tour with Viator in Athen's last year and it was a totally different experience- much more relevant, interesting and worth the time. Would not recommend for Park Guell.
