- If you arrive late, you will miss the entrance and won´t have the option to request a refund.

Beautiful Parc! Should not be missed in Barcelona. Our tour guide was informative and shared interesting facts. He was not just reading from a script. Wear comfortable shoes; there are rock stairs, sand and hilly terrain.

Park Guell is beautiful and our guide Diana was excellent but the park was just too crowded for it to be an enjoyable experience! This is of course not a fault of the tour operator.

The tour was very informative and helped us better understand the Park and the stories behind it. Hard to say if there would’ve been a difference between the official tour and this one but the cost was the same so it was worth it.

The tour was delayed by around 15-20 minutes due to waiting for latecomers. Due to this the overall tour was shortened and felt rushed. The guide was great given the circumstances but I would not recommended false advertisments regarding start times.

Please Do Not, I repeat Do Not pay for this tour guide. Buy your ticket and cut the tour guide out!! They know you Will never find the correct meeting point and will not refund you your money. This event has 8 entrances and trying to find the meeting point is like trying to pull a needle out of a haystack and they will never refund you your money. We arrived on time and i contacted the tour guide but couldn't find the location. He let me know I had 3 mins after the time to locate him and as I asked for directions from the gate keepers they let me and my family know we had to walk another 15 mins down a block which was a mile and a half long and make another left somewhere up a hill which would be another 10 mins and then another left. We tried to make it be it was next to impossible. I have very bad knees. Contact the tour guide and they offer no sympathy. This particular one is definitely a scam! Run with your pocket book! Buy your ticket and cut the tour guide OUT. I should have listened to the negative reviews but thought I would be able to find it getting there with plenty of time. This is a totally joke and they wouldn't let us in only because we bought the guide purchase without it we could have gotten in. I hope this saves someone.

Thank you for sharing your review with others. We also sent a reminder email on the morning of the tour to all customers with detailed instructions on the meeting point and how to meet the guide. This information clearly specifies the exact entrance to use, as the venue has multiple access points, and it is important to arrive at the correct one.
Our tours operate on a strict schedule due to timed group entry, and the guide is only able to wait for a very limited time out of fairness to other guests. As per our policy, late arrivals cannot be accommodated.
We always recommend arriving at least 15 minutes in advance and carefully following the meeting point instructions provided in the confirmation and reminder emails to ensure a smooth experience.

Excellent tour! Our tour guide was very knowledgeable! She was professional, friendly and full of so much information. Her microphone/headset setup was perfect as we could all “hear her” no matter where we were walking thru the park. We also appreciated the messages we received before the tour to make sure we knew exactly where to meet her as there are many entrances to the park.

A very friendly and engaging guide, full of interesting details that really help you understand the level of genius Antoni Gaudí was operating on.
The skip-the-line ticket was absolutely real — we walked straight in with no waiting time.
A big plus for us was being able to purchase the tickets just one day before the visit, even though the official website of the park had been sold out for weeks in advance.
It did come at a higher price, of course, but the quality of the information provided by the guide made it completely worth it.

Saw a couple of ladies taking videos of us and our bags very obnoxiously, hands moving around and moving very close to people. When we looked at them they immediately put on sunglasses and tried to act calm and pretended to be on a phonecall with "CNN" as the profile picture on whatsapp.
Never join this tour again.

Decent overview of the park. Took you to the high points and explained things pretty well. Though he talked pretty fast at times making it a bit hard to understand. Would have been nice to have received a map of the park or a good overview of what else was there to see
