The guide is exceptional. We usually do private tours through Centurion (highest level of Amex) throughout Europe, and this was by far the best tour guy I’ve ever experienced. He was heartfelt, kind, knowledgeable, funny. He extended the time for my daughter and I to view different areas that weren’t part of the normal tour. He has a beautiful soul, and I feel very fortunate that we experienced Sagrada Família with his energy.

We were met on time exactly where we were advised There were no tickets to buy, however Viator still had tickets. Our guide Miguel was amazing Made us laugh throughout. Spoke so many languages and then used all the windows in the cathedral to show us how everyone and every religion can come together He was so knowledgeable about every area in the cathedral 🤩

Due to a last-minute rescheduling, we had to add a family of four to the group so they would not miss the opportunity to visit the Sagrada Familia, as tickets are very limited. We apologize if this made the group larger than expected.
Please note that, according to Sagrada Familia regulations, the use of radio guide devices with headphones is mandatory for groups of more than 10 people. At the start of the tour, the guide also informs guests that if any device is not working properly, it can be replaced immediately.

Giovana was great. She had tons of knowledge on the symbolism of the architecture and Gaudí himself. Highly recommend picking a tour with a smaller group size.

Our travel guide, Giovanna, was very knowledgeable, however, very distracted. She appeared to have something else going on, was texting on her phone every time we moved to a new location, making everyone wait and clearly frustrated with other tour guides/tourists. She often lost her place when talking. I imagine on another occasion when Giovanna was less distracted, this would have been far more enjoyable. For the price we paid for the tour, we would have expected a far more focused tour guide.
