Daniella was our guide. She was so very kind and most importantly very knowledgeable about the basilica. I appreciated her passion. And, she didn't seemed concerned when I separated from the group to sit when needed.

Daniela was a great guide. The church was beautiful and interesting. She explained the meaning of the outside of the church and inside very clearly. We learned so much and it was great to know the meaning behind the church's design.

The Sagrada Família was a feast for the eyes. It was also very crowded and so it was amazing having Daria there to guide us through with zero line. She was engaging, very patient with children who were part of another family that joined the tour group, and made the whole experience accessible and interesting. With or without a guide, this place is amazing. With a guide like Daria, it was next level, no stress and just a beautiful experience.

We enjoyed our Sagrada Tour very much thanks to Gloria. It would have been otherwise a very hectic day and it would not have been as pleasant to learn about the details without her fun and interesting explanations. Tour was well paced Highy recommend. The Sagrada Familia was amazing. Very busy. Our guide was very hard to understand, talked to fast and the headsets didn't help. Skipping the line was the best part of what we paid for. Wish we could have heard and understood better.

This tour was disappointing. We had been to Sagrada Família in 2007. Upon returning with our family, the tour was simple. We were dismissed by our tour guide at the exit gate. Half the family had walked through the exit, but I asked for the bathroom. Was directed down a small hall and re-discovered the restrooms, gift shop and the whole museum! Half our family had already exited and couldn’t return! We SHOULD have been directed TO the bathrooms, informed of the museum and cooling spaces plus the gift shop by our guide! She should have said- it has been a wonderful experience showing you the upper spaces of the cathedral. If you follow this path to your left, you will find restroom and a wonderful museum space where you can read and learn even more about the history of Sagrada Família and its architects. Beyond that, you will find the gift shop and items for purchase. Instead, half of us felt rushed to use the restrooms, rush to the gift shop, grab a few items and get out fast to meet up with our family cooking in the sun. This was meant to be a grand moment to revisit a trip we had as college students. It was anticlimactic.

We had a wonderful time. Our tour started at 9:00 am which was the perfect time. The Basilica was not crowded. Our tour guide Jose was fabulous, he was knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. So happy we were able to get this tour.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
I booked a tour through Viator (Ref: BR-1291556589) and had an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience. The tour was scheduled to start at 9:00 AM. I arrived at 9:05 AM due to unavoidable traffic, but I had sent a message to the operator at 8:57 AM to let them know I was running a few minutes late.
Despite this, when I arrived, the guide had already left — not just leaving me behind, but **five of us** in total. It is absolutely unacceptable to abandon a significant portion of a group without any kind of courtesy call or short grace period, especially when one of us had communicated proactively.
To make matters worse, Viator’s customer service was appalling. I spent over 45 minutes on the phone, was transferred twice, and both representatives I spoke with were rude, unhelpful, and dismissive. One even implied that the situation was my fault without listening to the full context. Zero empathy or willingness to help resolve the issue.
I paid for a tour I never received, lost time and money, and was treated disrespectfully by a company that supposedly prides itself on customer care. This experience was unacceptable from start to finish.
I have requested a full refund and expect this to be resolved promptly. If not, I will be taking this further through consumer protection channels.
Avoid booking with this company if you value professionalism, communication, or basic courtesy.

We’re really sorry to hear that things didn’t go as expected on the day of your tour. We completely understand how disappointing that must have felt, and we truly appreciate you taking the time to reach out and let us know you were on your way. As soon as we received your message, we immediately passed the information on to the guide.
However, as we explained during our conversation that day, entrance to the Sagrada Familia is based on strictly timed tickets. This schedule is set by the monument itself, and unfortunately, once the group enters at the designated time, we’re unable to delay entry or issue replacement tickets. The guide is required to proceed as planned in order to comply with the site’s regulations.
We always do our best to help guests catch up when it’s logistically possible, and in many cases we’re able to make it work. Still, with certain time-sensitive tours like this one, there’s very limited flexibility.
We understand this wasn’t the outcome you were hoping for, and we genuinely regret that you weren’t able to arrive on time. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us.

Great guided tour to Parc Guell and Sagrada Familia. Our tour guide, Maria was fantastic, very knowledgeable and clear.
Our tour guide Maria with experience first was very knowledgeable, and the tour was very informative. She was so good you could even see other people not on our tour trying to listen in. Sagrada Familia is well worth the visit, and you get so much more from the experience with the tour.
The tour is limited and you don’t get to explore on your own if you get the double excursion. You won’t have time to see other areas of the park or the basilica. Wish they would have disclosed this, so that we could have purchased directly to these sites. We missed out on interior sections that we wanted to see.
