We had an amazing time on the open-top Jeep tour around Madeira! It was a brilliant mix of fun, adventure, and breathtaking scenery. The views throughout the trip were incredible, and there was plenty of time at each stop to take everything in without feeling rushed. Our driver was fantastic—an excellent driver who made the off-road sections smooth, exciting, and really enjoyable. He was also funny, entertaining, and incredibly knowledgeable about the island, sharing lots of interesting information about the places we visited. The lunch stop was also very good. Overall, this was one of the highlights of our trip to Madeira, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable way to explore the island!

Jose communicated when he was gonna be there and was very positive and knowledgeable throughout the whole trip. We learned lots and so happy we use this company to go to Sintra. I think the hotel pick up added a lot where we didn’t have to worry about going somewhere and at the end of the tour we were just dropped right back off at our hotel.

Our Tour Guide, Bruno A and driver, Nuno were amazing! Bruno was enthusiastic, kind and ensured that all of us has oppotunities to take photos and explore on our own at each part of the trip. Bruno A flawlessly translated the tour in both French and English to accomodate all members in our group. Pick up and meeting point were easy to find; they even provided a 12minute grace period for those were running late. 11/10 tour and would recommend booking with Living Tours! With your booking, you get some perks like a free walking tour or discount in the area you’re visiting.

Margarida was a fantastic driver. There was a lot of traffic that day and she called to tell us she was going to be a little late ( maybe 20 mins) more time to enjoy our morning coffee. We did a half day at Sintra. she showed us all of the highlights, including the outside areas of the palace, the Moorish castle, and a little bit of the downtown. She was knowledgeable and efficient. She did a good job of whetting our appetite for a longer stay in Sintra! Thank you Margarida for such a a great day!

This was an amazing trip. Don’t miss it. Our Tour guide Dee was wonderful. He was knowledgeable and kind. The trip was smooth in a very clean car and it was completed exactly as described on the site. Don’t miss the boat ride it provides completely different views from inside and outside of the caves.

Lisbon weather in summer is quite hot, be ready to drink some water and walk . For women, there’s many areas to climb steps, dress properly. I always heard about pickpockets in the city of Lisbon, I took my precautions before I started the journey, but honestly I didn’t see any activity of people around that could it engage on that activity. With my personal experience on this tour I can say that the pickpockets stories are a little bit exaggerated. Be aware and careful everywhere you go in this planet , anyway . Always use your common sense and enjoy your vacation.

Just incredible place to visit while you are in Portugal. Well organized tour. Not recommended for those who have a hard time walking on uneven surfaces and there is a little climbing and trekking along the coast but very much worth it. The water was a bit chilly at the beach. I recommend going in late May or June if you want to swim. Guides and Driver was great.

Great full‑day trip from Lisbon to Porto. Everything was smooth and well‑organized, and our guide Tiago was fantastic—knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole experience even better. Porto was beautiful, and the balance of guided time and free exploration was perfect. Highly recommended.
