Great way to see Lisbon, especially with Lucas
Two adults + two children ages 8 and 12 absolutely loved the tour. Lucas was exceptionally knowledgable on Lisbon including the history and the architecture. His love for his home city was evident throughout the tour. We arrived in Lisbon for a half day on Saturday and then did this tour first thing on Sunday. It really helped us to understand the city’s layout and to get a sense for how else we were going to spend remaining free time in the city. Lucas set the bar high for other tours during our stay in Portugal and the family agreed we were glad we had him to kick off our vacation.

This tour is one of the must-have tours! 100% to recommend. We were a small group of 7, guided with the local guide, Gonçalo. Thank you so much for spending the whole day with us. Thank you for humour, jokes, easy-going and open personality. We explored the remarkable landscapes in the west and north of São Miguel. It isn’t fully in bloom yet, but late March is still a lovely time to visit—beautiful and peaceful. We visited a lot, without too much walking, so I felt a pleasant tiredness, but was not exhausted after the trip. Pleasant and unforgettable experience. Muito obrigada!

Perfect Half-Day Trip to Sintra with an Outstanding Guide
Highly recommend visitors go to Sintra & Peña Palace. Sintra is a historic town with palaces, gardens, and it was an easy half day out from Lisbon. Maragarida our guide was exceptionally knowledgeable, very enthusiastic & entertaining. As a bonus, she takes great photos! She made the day that much better.

Great views, food & wine!
What a lovely tour thru the stepped vineyards of Duoro Valley! Plus our guide and driver, Tiago, was amazing with charming stories and very attentive to make sure all enjoyed the tour, the food and the wine... yum! Make sure to book the river cruise as well, it offered such a unique view of the grape vines. Thx again Tiago and great music selection for the drive back to Porto!

Taking day trips in Portugal is one of the best ways to experience some of the top sights outside of the cities of Porto and Lisbon. Experience the heritage of making port wine in the Douro Valley, an easy trip from Porto. Or, get picked up in Lisbon and visit Sintra, a region dotted with former royal palaces and UNESCO World Heritage sites. Options further afield, yet still accessible as day trips, include a Jeep tour from Porto to Peneda-Gerês National Park, known for its hiking trails and scenic waterfalls.
