Great guide Pedro and Setubal wines

We elected to see the wineries South of Lisbon in Setubal. Pedro was our guide and picked us up @ hotel. Pedro is such a great representative of Portugal and his love for the country, wineries, and people is apparent. He scheduled 2 distinctly different wineries (older traditional and more modern). The wines and information at both were very interesting and new for us due to different grapes. Moscatel in particular is grown in this region. Pedro taught us a lot about Portugal and the culture. I highly recommend him to any guest in Lisbon area Mark & Michelle

Great experience on the water and plenty of wine!

We had a perfect night to see a sunset so that was a great start. However, the ship’s crew was amazing! They made sure you were comfortable and safe, they got to know you, shared their knowledge and really took care of you the entire evening, including keeping your wine glass full. Highly recommended!

Port & Chocolate Tasting

We enjoyed the three port tasting with chocolate pairings. I had never had white port before and that was a new experience for me. The vintner took his time and spent at least 39 min with us explaining the grape varietals and then the winemaking and port aging process. We would recommend this port tasting tour especially if you’re unable to travel to Porto and only have a few days in Lisbon.

Best way to experience Lisbon

What a wonderful way to see and experience Lisbon. Was a bit worried about our 3pm tour given the peak of the heat, but it was totally ok as we felt the breeze as we biked up and down the Alfama and along the cobblestone streets taking us to different lookouts of the beautiful city: Sofia was our guide and she was kind, knowledgeable and very thoughtful. Highly recommend this tour!

Great day in the countryside, exploring wine and history!

This was a private tour that met all expectations. Two unique and different wineries plus a tasting at a spot in one of the rows that gave a great variety. John very knowledgeable and hospitable. The snack plate at the 2nd winery was enough to satisfy with local meats and cheeses plus great wines. If you are looking for some time outside of Lisbon this is a great day with very personal attention. Appreciated all John’s efforts, he was a great guide! Wines were lovely!
