Great relaxing boat trip

AMAZING sunset boat experience. The most relaxing experience I’ve had in Portugal so far! The vibe is amazing, there was also dolphins during our trip. There is a little bit of something for everyone; the history lover, the atmosphere lover, and the day time drinker. Lovely hosts. When I come back to Portugal, I will go book this boat trip again.

The guide (Nuno) was fantastic and the area beautiful. Great wines, just ask to visit Fonseca and skip Bacalhao. The owners collection of racially insensitive art and the guides terrible jokes about them were disgraceful. Our guide took care of all our requests and made suggestions along the way.

Peter was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to, which made the tour even more enjoyable. The e-bikes were a lot of fun and made it easy to ride through the city, especially when tackling Lisbon’s hills. We loved cycling through the beautiful streets and seeing the city from a unique perspective.

Pedro was the best guide ever!

We had an amazing wine tasting tour with Pedro, and it was one of the highlights of our trip! Pedro was incredibly knowledgeable about Portuguese wines, the history behind them, and the winemaking process. He explained everything in a way that was informative, engaging, and easy to understand. Beyond his expertise, Pedro was warm, friendly, attentive, and genuinely fun to spend time with. His great sense of humor kept the group entertained, and he went above and beyond by taking wonderful photos of my friend and me throughout the tour. As a special surprise, he even created a beautiful photo montage afterward, which was such a thoughtful and memorable touch. Pedro’s passion for sharing his knowledge and ensuring everyone had a fantastic experience truly stood out. If you have the opportunity to take a wine tasting tour with him, don’t hesitate—you’ll leave with great memories, a deeper appreciation for Portuguese wine, and probably a few laughs along the way. Fabulous tour before dinner in Lisbon!

This was a stellar tour. We had a lovely guide who was knowledgeable and friendly. He chatted with all of the passengers and made us all feel welcome and tended to. I hope that if you select this tour, you get David - he is an absolute doll! The only tip I have for you is that Gate 1 - if that is where you depart - is past all of the restaurants on the Docas. Just as an FYI, as we panicked a bit when we couldn’t find it at first. Nonetheless, we thoroughly enjoyed this excursion and would surely do it again!

Great day in the countryside, exploring wine and history!

This was a private tour that met all expectations. Two unique and different wineries plus a tasting at a spot in one of the rows that gave a great variety. John very knowledgeable and hospitable. The snack plate at the 2nd winery was enough to satisfy with local meats and cheeses plus great wines. If you are looking for some time outside of Lisbon this is a great day with very personal attention. Appreciated all John’s efforts, he was a great guide! Wines were lovely!

Good trip , good value.

The departure point of the trip changed but the vendor kept us fully informed. The trip was enjoyed by all in our party and the wine offered was pretty tasty too. The PA system was not working on the boat , so no commentary during the trip but that did not bother our party . All in all , worth the money. We had a great sunset too.

Lisbon Riders is great!! We would book more tours with them.

When you read reviews you don’t really get a sense of the tour company. I wish we’d had tours with Lisbon Riders - and our guide Kat! - earlier on in our visit because we would have booked all our tours with them! They were excellent. Our guide Kat was incredible- so knowledgeable, fun, easy going, and we had such a great day.

Great wine tasting experience

Great wine testing coupled with a fantastic story about Porto's wine and its historical background, alongside with what you should eat to get the best tasting combination possible. You get to taste 3 wines, a great dry white wine and 2 red wines. They tasted so good I ended up buying one :)
