What a great experience! The guides were so friendly from start to finish. Everything felt very safe, and the 12 cables were fantastic! They had great views, including the La Fortuna Waterfall. It was pretty set back, so everything you saw was all jungle. The cables were long, so it wasn’t over in the blink of an eye. Would absolutely recommend to anyone and would do again!

This was the best tour of our trip! We had an absolute blast! The guide and staff were all very friendly and accommodating. It is a steep staircase hike which took about 20 mins to reach the first cable. Be in shape if you book it. I was out of breath by the last staircase. It was worth it though! The rain held out for us until the last cable. I was dreading it, but the rain made it even more exhilarating. Wear pants, quick dry shirts, and use bug spray!

Amazing experience! We had lots of rain, but it didn’t stop us from enjoying the zipline. I highly recommend bringing a rain jacket during the rainy season. There’s a short hike with plenty of stairs, but you can take breaks if needed.The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience fun. Highly recommend!

Fantastic zip line tour with incredible views of the volcano, rainforest, and waterfalls. A little hiking is required. The guides were great, the whole family had a blast and felt safe the entire time. Highly recommend.

We only made it through 5/12 due to lightning, but what we did was amazing! The guides were fun, knowledgeable, and efficient and the scenery was breathtaking. They got us all down safely and even provided a full refund. I highly recommend this adventure!

Amazing zip lining tour over the waterfalls of Costa Rica. Please be prepared to do small hikes between areas, but it is well worth. Thank you again to the team for allowing us early entry so that we could hike down to the La Fortuna waterfall before our booking time.

The lines and views are incredible for this zip line tour. Just a heads up that the hikes to the lines, in particular the first line is quite strenuous. The staff was wonderful but it felt very business like. Wish they had interacted more, shared about Costa Rica and pointed out wildlife.

It was amazing, the entire crew was super professional and friendly. I felt safe all along. Amazing views. It was my very first time zip lining and I loved it.
My husband had an Asthma exacerbation episode, there are quite a few steps to get to the first line, so you have to have moderate physical conditioning to make it easily to the top. The staff was very caring and helpful, some of them stayed back with us, until he could continue the climbing. If you have any kind of respiratory condition, please make sure to take your inhaler with you. I do have a recommendation, when I got my confirmation of the excursion, it did not show pick up time, only the start time, so we thought 08:00 was the pick up time, but it was the start time, with that said we were a little bit late. Please make sure to include hotel pick up time in the confirmation email/text.

If you’re looking for an activity that’s fun for any age, look no further than the Arenal 12 Zipline Cables Experience Fly over La Fortuna! Transportation to and from the hotel was convenient. The staff were friendly, efficient, and made you feel very safe the entire way. From young kids to older adults, everyone enjoyed the experience! The option for photos taken by staff photographers or to wear a go pro helmet allowed the wonderful memories to leave with you long after the end of your trip.

This was an incredible introduction to ziplining for me. 12 different lines one being 1km long, which was awesome. I went with little expectations and it exceed. The group is large but once you get going, it thins out so you are not waiting too long after the first one. The hike to the first one is the only long part. The guides are great at getting you on and off at each line.

We did the 12 tower zipline tour. First 4 were "practice" and that was a great way to start. The tour was really exhilarating and we felt safe the whole time. The guides were very helpful. Scenery was amazing.

The stairs back up are no joke but there are many spots to step aside and return your heart rate to baseline lol. It was beautiful! We enjoyed it very much. There are rocks to climb over at the base of the falls but you can also get near the water without climbing rocks. We recommend so long as you are in good health! Pura Vida! 💕

Good trip and nice course! A bit crowded though we were on an upgrade trip. My only issue is they merged us towards end of course with a student group and had to wait for 14 or so to go first before our group. It's not a good practice.

We did the 12 zip line activity. I had never done a zip line before so I was a bit nervous. The set up is professional and safe. Staff was great and an extra shoutout to Luis and Alonso for their kindness and help.

Plan to get dirty
This is not for those out of shape or with physical limitations. The hike up is challenging and you have to do that to each elevation.

So fun! The ziplines are longer and faster than we expected! Guides were awesome. One thing to note…it’s a big hike up many steps to get to the first platform. They have multiple water stations that help!
