What a great experience! The guides were so friendly from start to finish. Everything felt very safe, and the 12 cables were fantastic! They had great views, including the La Fortuna Waterfall. It was pretty set back, so everything you saw was all jungle. The cables were long, so it wasn’t over in the blink of an eye. Would absolutely recommend to anyone and would do again!

The 12 Ziplines were exhilarating. I've done other Ziplines, but never so many back-to-back and at some really good heights & speeds. However, what really made this a great experience was Jonathon...he gave us the history of this particular zipeline and was very knowledgeable about a lot of things in and around the area. You could tell he loved his job and the company and genuinely cared about making it a great experience.

This tour, hands down, is amazing. The staff is so friendly, jokes around with you and makes this experience so enjoyable. Nothing like flying over the most extraordinary views you will ever see. Would do it a million times over!

The tour guides were very knowledgeable and took safety seriously. We loved the 12 zip lines especially ones that were very long and we could go fast. The weather was perfect and we didn’t have to wait very long to go from line to line.

Overall okay experience with ziplining and transportation to and from our hotel. The view of the waterfall was nice and the guide even pointed out a frog to us on the way. Be aware that there is a bit of a hike to some of the zipline locations and that there are only a few chances to get water along the way. We were pretty nervous because we had never done a zipline where you have to put your hand on the line behind you (with a glove on). A lot of the guides didn’t explain much and mostly relied on you to stop yourself, which made the experience a bit more stressful and less fun than anticipated. We’ve ziplined before, but this was a bit much for us.

Pablo and Pablo were the best guides for a great day of adventure. Unlike other excursions this one does take a lot of skill but you do need to be a little fearless. The guides take care of the rest.

We had a great time zip lining. Our tour guides Ronnie & Alan were extremely friendly and funny. It wasn't our first time but they made us feel comfortable. The scenery is stunning. We did the 12 zip line and it requires a lot of initial steep walking, but definitely worth the view once you get to the top.

The trip completely exceeded our expectations. We (2 adults and 2 kids, 12 & 17) had been ziplining several times before in the States, but nothing compared to the experience we had today. It’s truly a one-of-a-kind opportunity in a spectacularly beautiful setting. And the guides did a great job of making us feel welcome and safe the entire time. Highly recommend!

12 zip lines. Some were so fast and thrilling. You pass by one waterfall which is kind of behind you, so you had to know where to look and I you could only see it for a few seconds. My husband never saw it. So that was unfortunate. It would have been nice to get a photo of the waterfall. The guides were friendly and helpful. The hike up to the first zipline was pretty difficult. Uphill with steep stairs for about 15-20 minutes. There was a photographer that took pics at the end of a few ziplines. $40 for a video and some “ok” shots.

It’s visible around zipline number 7, so it helps to be ready at that point to catch the view. We’re glad to hear the guides were helpful throughout the tour. The hike to the first platform can be a bit challenging, but it’s what allows those higher viewpoints along the course.

A fun time! The zip lines were really cut through the rainforest -- and many of them were quite long runs. It was just my wife and I, but we were with other groups with young families (ages around 8 - 12). They all seemed to be having a blast.
It was a very professionally run tour. It felt safe all the time. Our group was in the 15 - 18 people range, and there were at least 5 people from the zip line company out on the course with us.
There seemed to be many different zip line tours in the area -- very happy we chose this one!

Beautiful and fun filled experience. Our family of 4 had a blast. The guides were super nice. The ziplines were exhilarating and allowed us to view the forest and waterfalls from above.
But yes, there were a ton of people so we were a bit herded through, at times for the risk of safety. Another family with us were pushed so fast through that there was not a guide to catch them at the receiving end, resulting in a crash to the platform.
There is a big hike up to the first cables, so be prepared for a workout. We loved that, but others found it a bit much.

Really fun experience. All of the guides were so enjoyable, patient and kind. We had two teenage daughters with us and they also had a blast. They had to go with a guide for a few of the zip lines (because of their low weight), but they actually felt safer and more relaxed doing that and didn’t mind at all. Thanks for the fun memories.

Zip lining and staff were amazing.. too bad ordering pictures and paying cash from your table that’s along with the zip lining is a fraud. Never received my zip lining photos. Had a booth there and had a phone number to call which I called all week. Went zipping March 22 at 11 am . Very disappointed we paid and didn’t get the photos..

In an effort to make up lost time, the operators decided to send my daughter and I down the zip line with a woman half our size. We did not know it at the time, but there was no one waiting at the other end to catch us and she was unable to stop the zip line and we slammed into the blue poles. Luckily my daughter was not hurt. I honestly don’t know how she didn’t break anything. My neck and back were spasming from the impact. While I found the staff very friendly and doing everything they could to make the experience enjoyable, this unsafe decision overshadowed the entire experience and therefore I felt I had to write this review.

What an awesome experience! This was thrilling and exhilarating and simply awesome! My daughter felt a little uncomfortable at first and the guides were so great with her, they let her ride tandem to get her accustomed. After that she did great! It was an absolute blast! Book the tour!

Super exciting and fun! My 14 year olds loved it. It felt very safe and the guides were awesome. They were fun and also took their jobs seriously. My only complaints would be that you really can’t see the actual La Fortuna waterfall when you zip by. You do get an excellent view of another gorgeous waterfall but not the main one. They also told us to be there at 8, but we didn’t actually do anything but wait for everyone else to get there and situated. They did put us in the first bus to go up so that was good. My favorite part was they let us hike down to the waterfall after and we were on the less busy side so that was amazing! The people on the other side tried to come over and a few did but they got whistles blown at them. We even saw a toucan! I appreciated that they asked for tips at the ziplining but I felt no pressure. I would also like to give a heads up that there are a lot of stairs and a lot of climbing. Both with the ziplining and the hike down to the waterfall. You have to be in relatively good shape.

This experience was amazing! All of the guides were incredibly helpful, especially Alfonso. He truly went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. We had an incredible zip lining experience! The staff explained everything throughly and made sure everyone was safe the entire time! There was a bit of a joke to get to the top, but well worth it for the views and zip lines! We also went over two waterfalls! Highly recommend for anyone visiting La Fortuna!
