    Great activity for family

What’s unique about this rescue center is that every animal has a personal story of how they were found and rehabilitated. We did not have a guided tour but were able to learn everything by reading the signs. Staff was helpful in pointing out animals and sharing additional facts.

    Hidden gem of a tour

Fantastic self-guided tour and opportunity to see many animals you otherwise might miss in the wild. Please note that if you go early in the morning the large cats are less active since they are nocturnal. Other than that it was a great place to support.

Pumas a Must Do in Costa Rica

Wonderful experience and highly recommended place to visit while in Costa Rica! We booked our admission ticket and tour in advance. We were greeted upon arrival by a professional, knowledgeable guide who told us the history of each animal and of the rescue center. She knew right where to find each of the pumas! Nice gift shop with unique childrens T-shirts! We spend a little over 2 hours and did a self "re-tour" after the official tour. Put this on your bucket list for Costa Rica.
