What a beautiful experience! From the pickup from my hotel in Tamarindo to Jardin in Liberia , my driver Josue, was sweet. Our drivers to Rincon (Bernie and Jose?) had the best energy , and their playlist rocked. Bernie was very informative throughout our drive. The weather was perfect the whole day. Everything was planned out perfectly. The food was amazing at the restaurant during the tour (buffet style). Zip lining was my favorite! I got to see spider monkeys,howler monkeys, toucans, butterflies, and iguanas throughout the tour. I can not get over how nice everyone is. Traveling solo I felt so safe in Costa Rica. I definitely recommend carry US or CRC to tip them after, I wish I did.

Great variety of activities. The guides were great and very knowledgeable. The entire tour was very organized, lots of different groups but it never felt overwhelming or chaotic.

We did NOT do NOT 1 Hanging Bridge. Pls dont advertise something that you dont do. Felt a lil rushed. But overall it was ok

We had an amazing experience on the Arenal Volcano and zip line tour! Our guide Rene was exceptional—knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about Costa Rica’s wildlife and natural beauty. They made the hike both fun and informative, pointing out animals and plants we would have completely missed on our own.
The zip lining was an unforgettable adventure, and the guide and staff made us feel safe and confident every step of the way. Their professionalism, enthusiasm made the entire day even more enjoyable.
If you’re visiting the Arenal area, I highly recommend this tour. It was the perfect combination of adventure, breathtaking scenery, and learning about the local environment. Thank you for making our trip such a memorable experience!

Bernie and Sidar were absolutely amazing! We had the best day, with the best experiences and adventures. The volcano, waterfall, horses, cultural experience, mud, hot springs, ziplines, waterslide, monkeys, hanging bridges, tractor rides....just all of it was epic! If you only do one excursion, do this one!
When they say its ok to leave your items in the van, it is, but take tip money with you! And if you want to do the waterslide, make sure you have shorts or something, not just swimsuit bottoms :)

This was a wonderful adventure! It is not for the weak of heart or anyone really out of shape, but it was an amazing day and my husband and I both have beautiful memories!!

We had an absolutely incredible experience with Best Day Ever Tour Operators on our excursion to Buena Vista! From start to finish, the entire adventure was well organized, exciting, and unforgettable.
The day was packed with amazing activities, including zip lining, horseback riding, and relaxing in the natural hot springs. It was the perfect combination of adventure, beautiful scenery, and relaxation, and gave us such a memorable way to experience Costa Rica.
What truly made the experience exceptional was our guide, Bernie. He was absolutely amazing—attentive, knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely committed to making sure we had a great time. He shared helpful information throughout the day, kept everything running smoothly, and made the entire adventure fun from beginning to end. His personality and attention to detail elevated the whole experience.

My family and I did the adventure in volcano combo tour on Monday June 30, 2026 and had an absolutely incredible experience on this excursion, and a huge part of that was thanks to our outstanding tour guide, Rene! From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, energetic, and genuinely passionate about making sure everyone had a great time. His enthusiasm was contagious. This excursion exceeded all our expectations, and I can honestly say it wouldn't have been the same without such an exceptional guide.

A once in a lifetime experience. Lots of climbing up and down bridges and stairs. Wear appropriate shoes. Zip lining was awesome. “The Best Day Ever” tour guides Berny and Sidar were knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. Would definitely use Viatour for our next vacation and recommend them to my friends!

Absolutely amazing! This was one of the best family trips we’ve ever taken. From start to finish, every activity was exciting, well-organized, and fun for both kids and adults. We laughed, conquered fears, explored, and created unforgettable memories together.
A huge shout-out to our tour guide, driver, and all things- Rene! Not only did he get us everywhere and through everything safely but he always knew the best spots, shared great stories, kept us laughing, and somehow managed to keep the whole crew happy and organized during a jam packed day.

Very fun family day!! Our guides Bernie and our awesome driver with the fun tunes gave us a wonderful and educational fun filled day. Zip lining was fun, followed by an educational presentation with local families and artisans, then a very fun horseback ride to the edge of the jungle and the 1 mile long waterside! Make sure you tell them you want the tsunami ride! Lunch was fantastic and all local grown vegetables and beef stew that even impressed this German girl! Off to the natural hot springs with a volcanic mud bath and a natural sauna all fueled by the magma from the volcano. So interesting … plus, we got to see Spider monkeys and a green vine snake. Apparently no Toucans today because it was not cloudy and drizzling but that’s OK. Sloths aren’t in this area either, so you’ll need that for another day. However this is a not to miss tour on your trip to Costa Rica. Pura Vida!
