Such an amazing day! We had the best time with our drivers Sidar and Alexis and the tour guide -Berny - they were super knowledgeable, friendly, and hilarious (including karaoke in the car). We did zip lining, hot springs, waterfall, food tasting, and a horseback ride, and everything was smooth and well-coordinated. Berny shared a lot interesting information about Costa Rica’s couture and history. The entire day was soooo fun! On our way back, our second driver Alexis - spotted monkeys and made a stop so we could look at them closer. Unforgettable! Highly recommend this company! Pura Vida!

We had such an amazing excursion day with Carlos! I was expecting a bus, but it ended up being a private experience with just me and my three friends, which made it even better. Carlos was extremely accommodating and even stopped for breakfast to make sure we ate before all of the activities. Some of us were nervous, but he made us feel comfortable and safe the entire time. He was also very knowledgeable and shared stories about Costa Rican culture along the way. We got to experience so many activities in one day, and Carlos made the whole experience fun and memorable. Highly recommend!
It is a day packed full of fun! Rene our guide was incredible and so kind. He was always looking out for us and giving us guidance along the way. He made sure we didn’t miss any of the incredible animal sightings along the way, pointing out the monkeys and the toucans that he found for us. Best day in Costa Rica! Highly recommend! If you get Rene as your guide, you will have the best day!!!

Activities were top notch. We felt very safe for all activities. Cedar was our guide and we started the party off right with the bus ride. Cedar was an excellent tour guide. He had us laughing from the second we met him and his enthusiasm for the nature in Costa Rica is unmatched. He picked us up right from our air bnb and was pointing out monkeys right near our house that we had never noticed. He was very patient with us and never rushed us through our tour. Finishing our tour with the hot springs was absolute bliss and a memory we will never forget. Highly recommend bringing smaller bills to tip the people assisting you on the tour because they are all excellent and make for an unforgettable experience. We’ll remember this day forever!
We went during the slower season during late August. It was very private just my wife and I and one other couple. Our tour guide was a team of 2 and both were super nice and very accommodating. They made lots of jokes and made sure everyone was comfortable. They picked us up and dropped us back off even though it was out of the way. Would highly recommend this experience for anyone!
We had the best day ever. Everything was so organized. From pick up to drop off. The tour was so fun!! Everyone was out of their comfort zone at some point and the guides made it so fun. I highly recommend this excursion. It was so worth the money!

Great tour! Bernie and Cedar (Happy Happy) were fantastic and I’d recommend them to anyone wanting to explore Rincon de la Vieja. All the activities were great, well paced, and well organized.
All activities are fun . Be prepared for hiking to get to zip lines. Berney our tour guide was knowledgeable,patient ,and very nice. and our driver (forgot his name so sorry ) was Nice and kept us partying with his music and laughing with his humor. I loved how he kept saying “Happy Happy” seems like a positive person
Lots of stairs but really worth the trip. Loved the tour guides. Totally so much fun. I really would do it again.
Honestly, it was the best day ever! We absolutely loved our day with Heiner (aka Bachi the boss). We learned so much about CR and had a blast doing all the activities. It was for sure the highlight of our trip. Although there were other groups there, we really loved being with just our tour guide. We’ll be back to visit 🩵 pura Vida baby!

Great variety of activities. The guides were great and very knowledgeable. The entire tour was very organized, lots of different groups but it never felt overwhelming or chaotic.
We did NOT do NOT 1 Hanging Bridge. Pls dont advertise something that you dont do. Felt a lil rushed. But overall it was ok

We had an amazing experience on the Arenal Volcano and zip line tour! Our guide Rene was exceptional—knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about Costa Rica’s wildlife and natural beauty. They made the hike both fun and informative, pointing out animals and plants we would have completely missed on our own.
The zip lining was an unforgettable adventure, and the guide and staff made us feel safe and confident every step of the way. Their professionalism, enthusiasm made the entire day even more enjoyable.

Bernie and Sidar were absolutely amazing! We had the best day, with the best experiences and adventures. The volcano, waterfall, horses, cultural experience, mud, hot springs, ziplines, waterslide, monkeys, hanging bridges, tractor rides....just all of it was epic! If you only do one excursion, do this one!
When they say its ok to leave your items in the van, it is, but take tip money with you! And if you want to do the waterslide, make sure you have shorts or something, not just swimsuit bottoms :)
This was a wonderful adventure! It is not for the weak of heart or anyone really out of shape, but it was an amazing day and my husband and I both have beautiful memories!!

We had an absolutely incredible experience with Best Day Ever Tour Operators on our excursion to Buena Vista! From start to finish, the entire adventure was well organized, exciting, and unforgettable.
The day was packed with amazing activities, including zip lining, horseback riding, and relaxing in the natural hot springs. It was the perfect combination of adventure, beautiful scenery, and relaxation, and gave us such a memorable way to experience Costa Rica.

My family and I did the adventure in volcano combo tour on Monday June 30, 2026 and had an absolutely incredible experience on this excursion, and a huge part of that was thanks to our outstanding tour guide, Rene! From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, energetic, and genuinely passionate about making sure everyone had a great time. His enthusiasm was contagious. This excursion exceeded all our expectations, and I can honestly say it wouldn't have been the same without such an exceptional guide.
It was really well planned out and our tour guides were amazing! We enjoyed every activity and got to see a lot of wildlife! It was a day well spent for our family!
A once in a lifetime experience. Lots of climbing up and down bridges and stairs. Wear appropriate shoes. Zip lining was awesome. “The Best Day Ever” tour guides Berny and Sidar were knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating.
