Lovely morning excursion
We enjoyed the morning excursion with Samara Adventures. The crew was friendly, fun and professional. I was worried about going out on the boat in the rainy season but it was a glorious sunny day. We saw dolphins and turtles but no whales. Apparently the water is still a little warm for the whales right now. Water was too murky for snorkeling but we enjoyed the refreshing swim.

Incredible experience!
If I could give this tour 10 stars, I would. Granted, we were very lucky and saw tons of whales, including a baby and her mama, the whole experience was just great. Sierra and here team were lovely and so informative. My favorite part was listening to the whales on the hydrophone, and we were even allowed to get into the water and swim and we could hear the whales singing under water. Truly bucket list experience. I went by myself and met lovely people on the tour and the crew was just so nice. They provided water and snacks and lunch which were very yummy. 10/10 recommend!

Pura Vida Snorkling and...
Pura Vida Snorkling and Fishing Adventures is a top notch tour provider. We originally booked only a private snorkeling tour and we had such a great time we decided to book a fishing tour for the next day.
Frank was our English guide both days and he is a stud! He was conversational and taught us a lot about what we were seeing throughout both trips. On the snorkeling tour we saw a Ray, eel, parrot fish, sea urchin, Cornish, puffer fish, angel fish, yellow tang, octopus and so many other beautiful fish (bright blue, black and white striped) that I don’t know the names to.
We weren’t as successful at fishing but we did catch 4 small tuna and another small fish and still had a great time. They worked hard to try and get us on the bigger fish. That’s why it’s called “fishing” and not “catching”.
We were overall pleased with both experiences and would highly recommend this tour company to anyone visiting Costa Rica!

Unforgettable and unique trip to Nicaragua!
Very interesting tour, I loved seeing the active Masaya Volcano, the overlook across the lakes and valleys and the old city of Granada. The restaurant they took us to was incredibly beautiful with a lush garden courtyard and excellent food. The street vendors were a little pushy in the town square. The chocolate at the cacao shop was incredible. Some of us also opted to go on a horse buggy ride and that was something new for me. The boat tour was WET as it was raining the day we went so we did not end up stopping on any island or feeding the monkeys. Our tour guide, Peter (Pedro) was incredible and a wonderful guy. He made us laugh and kept us entertained and informed the entire ride to Nicaragua (which is a long one!) we played music in the van and had a part the whole time, it was great. :)

Amazing experience
Amazing experience, even in the rain!!! This adventure was thrilling, frightening and beautiful. The length of the zip lines were some of the longest wet have done. Going through the cloud forest was unforgettable. The repelling was fantastic. I almost didn't do the Tarzan swing but so glad that I did.

An Experience not to be missed
I can see why this is a must do excursion for Monte Verde. Well organized and great team of staff who accompany you through the zip lines. Lovely views of the cloud forest while zipping along. Tarzan swing was a huge hit for the brave people in our group. If Tarzan swing was too tame for you, you can pay for the Superman position on the last zipline.
The Hanging Bridges were opportunity to see the cloud forest from a closer distance. Even saw a howler monkey on one of the bridges. We think he enjoyed being the center of attention.
It’s an experience that we would all do again.

What an unforgettable...
What an unforgettable experience! Gonzo was an incredible dive guide — patient, knowledgeable, and made us feel completely at ease throughout the entire dive. Thanks to his expertise, we were treated to an absolutely breathtaking underwater world.
We saw manta rays, stingrays, and sharks, plus a stunning variety of colorful fish and beautiful starfish. It was like swimming through a nature documentary! Costa Rica’s underwater scenery truly blew us away.
If you’re looking for a world-class diving experience with a guide who genuinely cares about your comfort and enjoyment, look no further. We cannot recommend Gonzo and this dive enough — already dreaming of our next trip back!

Great Experience!
We had a great catamaran experience with our two boys (18 and 15)! The boat ride itself was awesome, and during the stop you have the option to stay on the boat, snorkel near the reef, or head up to the beach. We chose to snorkel and saw a stingray near the sandy shoreline, lots of puffer fish, sea cucumbers, colorful tropical fish, and even an eel! The tour guides were very kind and the music was enjoyable and not too loud, which we appreciated. Lunch was very good, and the homemade banana bread was absolutely outstanding! It was quite wavy on our trip and a couple of other travelers did end up getting seasick but the crew was quick to respond and very helpful to them. Great excursion!

This is a must
Our experience was unbelievable. Everything was five star. We saw a pod of dolphins that had a Mom and baby dolphin. We were able to see humpback whales. My 12-year-old loved going off the slide of the boat to snorkel.
The snorkeling isn’t the greatest but that didn’t bother anyone.
Our group was lucky enough that we had wonderful people also on the tour with us that we’ve befriended.
The pick up spot was easy to find. Even where we launched the boat on Playa Carrillo, there was great tide pools for my son to explore great shells and sea glass we found.
All the tour guides were great, very informative and helpful.
They gave us fresh fruit at the end. They gave water and juice.
Bring a hat bring your camera bring sunglasses and a rash card and lots of sunscreen.

This was a wonderful...
This was a wonderful experience! The crew on the boat were so kind and accommodating, they were constantly checking in to see if we needed anytbing. The boat was clean and spacious despite all the people on board. The boat docked at a private beach where we were able to swim and snorkel. I would highly recommend this experience!!
