True rainforest adventure

We had a fantastic tour! The walk back from the waterfall includes some steep steps, but it’s manageable and well worth it. Our guide, Diego, was amazing! Even when it poured during the volcano hike, he made sure everyone stayed safe and helped us get all the photos we wanted. Well, hiking in the rainforest in the pouring rain—I guess that’s as real as a rainforest adventure gets! 🌧️🌿 Highly recommend this tour, especially with Diego as your guide!

Amazing 4 in 1 tour!

Our tour was amazing. Our guide Janna went above and beyond. She was very knowledgeable about the area and was able to answer any questions we had. We were an English couple on this tour and she spoke Both English and Spanish. The lunch provided is amazing and would recommend this tour to anyone. While booking this tour they offered to pick us up and drop us off which made the day much easier as well!!

What a wonderful experience! We were lucky to see two kinds of monkeys one being a whole family with a baby ! Go early ! Bring a rain jacket ! The views are amazing! Amazing experience : start to the final good bye. I came to the meeting point myself , but they do have a bus to get you from each hotel around here . Young crew : professional, knowledgeable, funny made this experience unforgettable. From training “Plato” to the end of the line they were patient , accommodating, respectful, at the same time talked about their culture and surrounding rainforest. They made it so easy and fun ! My trip was on Sep 6 at 10:30 and I am sorry that I do not remember each of their names except Alberto , and I should have , because they were the bomb !!! Ziplined from one post to another through gorgeous rainforest full of life , captivating and beautiful… alongside wild life and farm life , with the view of Arenal volcano becoming through the wall of trees .. recommend to everyone. And you can have professional photographer making this experience really unforgettable. PURA VIDA !

Do it!

We had the time of our lives! Truly! The guides were all incredibly helpful. They explained everything, kept us safe and always had an open hand to assist in any way. My kids are 8,9 and 12 and they all just loved the experience so much. We did get the photo package because it was just so amazing and a time to remember! We will never forget our experience here and I would recommend this excursion to anyone visiting Costa Rica. The guides José, Kendall, and two others were all just so informative and fun. Pura Vida!

What an experience! From...

What an experience! From the start the whole team was welcoming and very clear. They were especially accommodating with our kids, helping them down the waterfalls and even down the giant last one. It was tremendous fun and something the kids will be talking about for a long time! Food afterwards was some of the best we’ve had and a nice communal atmosphere.

Must Do!!

We had a great experience on this zip line tour! The thrill was exhilarating and felt very safe! Plenty of parking on-site and close La Fortuna center. They had a safety training before the lines and many guides to help with the zipping transfers. It was rainy and a tad windy when we went but it didn’t change a thing. If anything, the forest was very very lush and vibrant green. My boyfriend is very afraid of heights but this was a must-do bucket list item. The first zip line was the highest and definitely took him a minute to get in the zone but the staff reassured him and he had fun! After the first zip line it gets easier and easier. Our group was comprised of all ages and weights. If the guides noticed that someone needed more weight to get across or maybe even scared, they go on the zip with you to make you feel even more secure! 100/10 experience and MUST DO! Fight your fears! You don’t want to miss this!

Great family adventure

Great family outing! Staff were friendly, professional and knowledgeable loved trekking through the jungle. I misunderstood when ai booked and through the were going around the base of the volcano. Did not miss it in the end. Through the rain, jungles and river we had a blast. Would do it again.
