They were professional and were very punctual with their pick up time. We would definitely use their service again.
The driver Tisha was excellent, She explained the locations of what we were looking at so we didn't miss anything.
Transportation service was great. On time, plus the driver contacted me when he was on his way. In Whittier you need to wait to go through a one way tunnel which is approximately two plus miles long. This may add extra time to the trip.
Wonderful service and half the price of the cruise transfer. Comfortable, clean, quiet ride through beautiful Alaskan countryside.
We took the holland America cruise and scheduled ourselves an 1145 pick up but when we disembarked early we thought we would have to wait. BAC accommodated us immediately. We were so grateful. Our driver Rocky was the sweetest man. He was so welcoming and gave us a great informative tour of the sights we saw as we headed to the airport. We would highly recommend this company

Extremely poor service. They were difficult to reach, had the wrong information about where the dock was for the NCL Jade they were picking us up from and were ultimately late which led to being late for the 1 way tunnel that we had to wait 40 minutes to get our turn on at 11:00a. Then the power ports didn't work on the bus. There was confusion between the BAC van driver who was at the right terminal to reach anyone with answers while I stood in the pouring rain outside the van. No apologies from anyone and no one followed up. It made us late for everything the rest of the day. Absolutely infuriating.
They arrived 15 minutes late, which made us wait for an hour in the tunnel. Doubling the duration, no apology, no acknowledgment on their part
Terrible service . Was late and not a shared bus experience with toilet as advertised. Was a shared sprinter van , which would have been fine except it was late. Late enough we missed the tunnel. We had to flag him down , and then he sat in the van instead of looking for the other guests. We ended up leaving one party at the pier . We were driven to a primitive toilet to use instead . If you don’t know the tunnel flips each hour - one way. So when the van was late , we ended up being VERY LATE to our drop off due to having to wait an additional hour for the tunnel to flip. The driver might have said 4 words the whole drive , he didn’t even play music. No oral history about the area or small talk in the least. He also couldn’t keep the pedal steady. Back and forth back and forth , it made me a tad motion sick.
Please be aware and if you need to be thru the tunnel by a certain time - choose another company.
It was easy to communicate and the ride was comfortable
The van was very nice the route was very scenic
There was some initial system glitches and did not start well. But, the staff went far and beyond to recover and more than made up for it. Turned out to be a great experience for our party and really appreciate BAC for their service and effort to show how they felt and want to make up for the delay.
Paul was on time, he was on the way inside to get me inside the terminal when I met him outside, very great service.
Driver was on time and got us to the airport with plenty of time to spare before our flight. He pointed out some great facts about the area and even offered to stop for ice cream!
