Great way to fill the time between the port and Anchorage. Lots of beautiful scenery and the guides were very accommodating. Everyone was dropped off at their choice of location (airport, hotel, etc)

This was the best way to spend our day after our cruise before leaving on an evening flight. Our driver was knowledgeable and personable and he made sure everyone had a good time.
The frequency of stops to get out and enjoy the views or take short walks was ideal. The lunch pit stop was delicious and should be a mainstay for this tour.

Kim did a nice job showing us around a couple of the things to see on the way from Whittier to Anchorage. We particularly enjoyed the Alaska wildlife conservation center.

This excursion was a perfect way to end our trip to Alaska. We were picked up at the cruise port and taken to all the places listed plus a few extra. Dan was our very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable driver that taught us many things about the area. I would definitely recommend this trip for anyone needing a ride to the airport because you will have a great time getting there!

We had a wonderful tour from Whittier to Anchorage with White Raven Tours. The van was comfortable and easily accommodated 14 people. Kim was great! She shared lots of information throughout the trip. I definitely recommend this tour if you have a late flight out of Anchorage after your cruise.

Tour was wonderful! We loved the stops and enjoyed the relaxed, fun nature of the tour. Dan taught us lots about Alaska and took group photos of us. He conveniently dropped us off at our hotel.

It was a fun informative trip on the ride to the airport from my cruise. I enjoyed all of the different activities we did especially the wildlife center. A great way to kill time instead of sitting at the airport all day!

We were supposed to be a private tour since there were 10 of us. Ended up having 4 more added and made the can too crowded. Luggage was puked up so high that if driver had had to slam on breaks the luggage could have hit those on back seat. Our guide was extremely nice and gave some interesting facts as we traveled to Anchorage

Hi Linda, I apologize for having 4 additional customers on the tour but somehow Viator booked an additional 4 customers which made alot of extra baggage but I made sure that it was secure. Were glad you enjoyed Kim and the tour and we will work with Viator to resolve the issue.

Great experience. Highly recommend this tour as a way to move from the cruise port in Whittier to Anchorage. Dan was an outstanding guide and a wealth of local knowledge. The stops along the route were interesting and enjoyable.

I want to thank the tour guides that were so patient to wait for us since there was so much confusion on debarkation. We were out on time however; the ship did not have the baggage set out. After all the confusion, we were able to have a great tour of the area. Our guide was very accommodating to our needs.

Kim and Doug, the owners were wonderful. I nearly had to cancel due to an oxygen concentrator situation and Kim took care of it and got an inverter so that we could go!! They are incredibly caring, accommodating and full of wonderful info. They strive to make sure that we get the best experience. Our cruise was very late due to issues with getting us our luggage when we got off.. They waited and made sure that we did not miss a thing even though we were late! They turned a horrible situation into fun.

Tour supposed to be ‘all day tour’ to begin at 9, but we left after 10 waiting for 1 passenger,& a gentleman who would not get on bus until he had his last suitcase. A passenger stated she had to be at the airport at 2, and driver said ‘no problem.’ I said I was told we would be dropped off about 4-5, and driver asked who told me that? I replied Viator. He offered to drop us at a hotel, pay to have bags checked, & then to pay for taxi or Uber to airport. Most of us got off at airport at 2. Driver knowledgeable & safe.

Susan, if you read the description on Viator you will see that the tour ended at 3:00pm. As far as the gentleman who would not get on the shuttle bus without his luggage, the cruise ship company really dropped the ball on hundreds of the passengers. They did not get the luggage of the cruise ship for several hours which was NOT our fault. Would you leave without your luggage? We really tried to make the cruise ships mistake better by adding a special stop at Alaska Sausage and Seafood for everyone to enjoy. It was also your decision to get off the shuttle at two at the airport when we dropped off another client, Also, Dan simply suggested that you could store your luggage at a luxury hotel because your flight left late in the evening and he didn't want you to sit at the airport for six hours. Many of our customers will check in their luggage and go have a lovely dinner here in Anchorage then go to the airport for a late night flight. We try very hard to please our customers and make their vacation a memorable one.
