June, everything apparently closes at five

VERA_D, Jun 2025
The museum closes at five, apparently I never read the fine print. I got there at 5:10 and everything was closed.

Much less than expected

Shelly_L, Apr 2025
We paid for this online and then they were letting people in for free...was very small, not really much informative that you couldn't get from tours on golf cart or water tour, so seeing the small amount of artifacts wasn't great. The rest of the stuff was overly played out and very commercialized (hyped up) for tourists, but seemed very cheesy. I wouldn't recommend this one.

We had a great time! Best tour guide!

Wonderful tour! Our guide as amazing! Great story teller! We had our pre-teen daughter and she loved the tour!

Short and sweet! Very informative!

kenya_R, Sep 2023
Very historical! Alot of information! Would have liked for the museum to be larger and have more information. And maybe even someone there to guide you through and answer questions. Clean and good air conditioning inside! Overall. Very nice!

Not a worthwhile experience.

Gilda_W, Feb 2023
This was not a worthwhile experience. The ores stairs weee shallow and it left out critical contributions of the enslaved population. It glossed over history in a way that I found incredibly misleading.

History is intriguing

Sondra_B, Sep 2021
History of the town is so interesting and the scenery is beautiful. If you’re a history buff like us it’s a must see.

Small but thorough museum

Jonetta_V, May 2021
A decent small museum with through history of Saint Augustine. There aren’t any guides to take your ticket or to questions which is not necessary as it’s small. On that note, there were people who were walking inside the lobby area who saw the entrance and just walked in without a ticket.
