The tour guides were knowledgeable and friendly. If you had questions about certain historical sites they tried to answer your question. They gave great advice regarding several restaurants. The personnel at the trolley welcome center was extremely nice. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in St Augustine

In December and January, you might want to add gloves and a hat for the ride. Trevor was our guide and was excellent. Love that he reminded people to speak in whispers. I void hear everything he said! Steps were easy to negotiate, so very safe to get on and off. Gives a person an overview of the city.

What To Expect

The St Augustine History Museum has over 400 years of history on display — toys and dolls from the early 19th and 20th centuries, a replica Spanish galleon and real gold, silver and jewelry that was found in lost treasures off the Florida coast.

Then at the Oldest Store Museum Experience, watch the friendly clerks, butcher and snake oil salesman demonstrate the latest inventions for living at the turn of the 20th century, like a goat-powered washing machine and a gas-powered iron.

This was an amazing tour package. We were able to add on Potter’s Wax Museum, and that was so worth it. We had such a great time. All of the tour guides, this includes Viola (Old Jail), Orville (Old Store), Summer (Trolley Conductor), and TJ were simply amazing. Bud at the front took our group photo which was so super sweet. We had just such a magical and fun experience. Could not have asked for more. Everyone was so knowledgeable, friendly, and patient with our group. I will absolutely be recommending to all my fam and friends. And I will definitely be returning soon!!! Thank you!!!!!!

The trolleys run about 15 minutes apart and if a large crowd cannot be accommodated the driver calls in for an additional trolley to be sent directly to the location so there is plenty of opportunity to explore the different sites. The drivers are all very knowledgeable and use a lot of humor sharing their information.

It is good , except for rain and cold temperature (but it is nature). I think trolley driver need to speak clearly and more informative about the location. And also make sure there is always a marker for the drop off and on.
