The annual Night of Lights celebration is one of St. Augustine’s most popular events. Running from November through January, the Ancient City lights up with more than 3 million sparkling lights that dance along the centuries-old architecture. My husband and I took our two teenage daughters to spend the weekend in St. Augustine to see the lights. We booked this experience as part of that and had a wonderful time! They provided us with blankets of our choice to stay warm and took us all around to see the beautiful lights throughout the city. I highly recommend!

The tour guide was great! He had an extreme amount of knowledge of the history of St Augustine and that amazed us. However, we barely saw Christmas lights as advertised. We were expecting to see more decorations in many areas of the city.

Late night might not have all the lights on. Our tour was at 11:00 pm. So book an earlier one for more lights. George was great he knew so much about the area. The wind had picked up a bit so he provided blankets to cover with, which made it so much better. Thank you George! It was a wonderful way to end our night.

Tour guide was very welcoming and very knowledgeable. Gave us some good travel tips too! They offered us blankets and 3-D glasses which the kids liked. Was a little disappointed that there wasn’t any Christmas music as we overheard some other tours playing while they were riding. Overall nice experience.

It was all about the tour guide. It was a gentleman who has amazing knowledge about the history of St Augustine. The entire trip he shared with us so many stories of how St Augustine was such an important part of the history of the United States. His knowledge was for reaching and his kindness was Incredible. Beat private tour!

This private Nights of Lights tour is the only way to go! We not only got to see all of the beautiful lights, we also got to learn a lot about this amazing historical city. Blankets were provided, which is a huge plus especially when it’s chilly outside! We had an amazing time! Only suggestion would be, is to do a tour earlier than 11pm because some of the houses had their lights turned off since it was later, but would HIGHLY suggest doing the tour after the peak hours because the traffic is insane. If you can a 9pm or 10pm tour would probably be perfect.
