It was difficult to find the guide for the start. Multiple locations were listed for check-in but the guide was at an entirely different location. You should update the meeting spot - making sure the ere is only one spot listed and it is accurate. It is not a good way to start a tour.

I totally expected more like going to the cemeteries and the bay . I thought this one was rather boring.

Not the best ghost tour I have been on, but not the worst...we could tell we got a new story teller as he kept to a script...my only critique is he didn't interact with the group in between "stops" and you can tell he didn't scout out the stops in anticipation of outside distractions...like loud cars, music or busy restaurants.

The group was big. The tour guide was young and tried his best. In a world where you can so have many technology tools to make this event fun the guide was trying to speak loud to make his voice heard. It isn't his fault it is the management's fault that this was such a boring event where we could not hear anything.

Our tour guide had a huge audience and definitely knew a lot about the history and ghosts in St. Augustine. I feel like he may have been intimidated by the number of people on our tour. He should be more confident in his knowledge and have fun with it!

We left before the tour was done, a few others on our tour did as well. We even paid for the extended (did this when booking) and still left early! My suggestion is if you can’t get in with one of the better tours do research and walk around by yourself. This was a monotone no enthusiasm waste of time. Didn’t feel haunted or spooky at all!!

We enjoyed walking around and listening to the ghost stories. We were hoping for something with a spookier atmosphere, maybe a little more theatrical storytelling or drama, instead of a rather flat delivering of a script.

We went last night and had Luke as our guide. He was super funny, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. We learned so much from him and we were so impressed with his stories! This was our first ghost tour and didn’t really know what to expect but were pleasantly surprised and didn’t want it to end. This was so fun, my favorite thing we’ve done on the trip so far!

We had Natalie as our tour guide. She was a knowledgeable person about st Augustine. However, it was hard to hear her. She needs a microphone like the other lady had. We missed about half of each story because of traffic noise.

Not as we expected. . The stories were ok, not too scary, The guide was very nice, however it was difficult to hear her due to the surrounding noises especially at the beginning of the tour, the partner/ other guide’s loudspeaker overpowered our guide’s soft voice. Maybe it would’ve been better if our guide also had a megaphone and her group wasn’t so big.

With a party of 10, this was not worth $300 at all. Very disappointing. Our tour guide relayed the stories just fine but had a low voice and no microphone. Between car noise, wind and waves crashing, we could barely hear half of what he was saying. Then the other group that departed when we did came up next to our group (of 30) at least 3 times. Their tour guide had a loud and clear microphone for their tour guide which made it incredibly distracting and again, hard to hear our guide.
The groups should be much smaller & all guides should be provided a microphone. Having a group of 30 people is $900 for 1 hour. Not being able to hear the guide is unacceptable.

Wasn't what we thought it'd be. Not very spooky, good for all ages. Kids would likely get bored of the stories as they were not very enthusiastically told. Some of the stories were interesting to listen to but walking around downtown on a Saturday night was filled with distractions from cars driving by blasting music etc. It was more informative than fun really, not very scary. The tour guide was knowledgeable but some of the stories were a bit bland. The walk was almost 2 hours long and we lost about half the group along the way (probably bored and too long). I'd suggest to save this one for another time and try one of the others first just in case you become a little disappointed like we were.

The overall tour was good. Except for I bought my ticket here. Our tour was set for an hour and a half to start at 8:30. About 915 the tour was concluded and she stated that anyone who purchased an extended tour that would start now. Although I spent almost $60 for 2 people. Apparently, that didn’t include an extended tour that was not offered to me when I purchased. Also stated when I purchased this tour that we would see the graveyard and such which apparently was a part of the extended tour. My daughter was highly excited to go on this ghost tour she’s always wanted too. And the fact that we did not get to go where it said that we would when we purchased, was very disappointing.

The tour was very interesting; our tour guide could have been a little more dynamic but she did her best! Natalie was also nice enough to walk us back to our vehicles and recommended a delicious restaurant to eat at afterwards.
