This was my second time with this tour and it didn't disappoint! We had a lot of activity and Brad was a great host. 10/10 would do it again. Can't wait to go back for the midnight hunt!

Went in blind and appreciated the historical info given by our tour guide Leah. However the house is littered with ads which screams commercial to me. Way too many gadgets all of which had to be rigged. You want to believe so you do when you’re there but after doing a little research I learned how easily bells and other gadgets can be rigged to enhance the experience. This particular experience would have been ten times better with way less gadgets, true stories of the ghosts who haunt it and a concerted effort to try to summons those ghost. Lastly, get rid of all the QR codes and ads that greet you when you walk in. This is a house supposedly haunted by ghosts who were alive in the 1940s… not 2026.

This was one of the best investigations I’ve ever experienced. The house is super active and we interacted with many spirits. Ed was a lovely host too!

I had a wonderful experience at the Dixie House. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the entire visit was enjoyable from start to finish. It was a great opportunity to explore the history and unique character of the area while spending quality time making memories. The staff were friendly, the surroundings were beautiful, and there was plenty to see and learn. I especially appreciated how well the experience blended local history, storytelling, and entertainment. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area and looking for something memorable, interesting, and enjoyable.

Great experience! Leah was a wonderful guide. It was really great being able to bring your own equipment as well as utilize all the other devices they had available. It was a small house so it was perfect for the 5 people in the group. The decorations around the house are a little cheesy, leaning into the "haunted" aspect but if you're able to look past that and have fun then it's worth it. I will be returning again soon!
