Sara seemed very knowledgeable about the area and patient with us. My daughter uses crutches and she checked in with her alot. It was a bit more walking than she should have been doing so may want to note that if you have mobility issues you should make sure to come prepared. The tour was engaging and allowed for a lot of hands on with basic equipment. Would definitely recommend for people wanting to get into ghost haunting or just an entertaining evening.

Took our 14 yo daughter (who is curious about paranormal activity) on this tour 11/15/25. Living in the area, we learned interesting history and stories about the downtown that we’d never heard before. This walking tour was informative and interesting. Being able to use EMF meters and diving rods was fascinating - particularly as energy seemed to approach different members of our group, at different times.
Now all this said, it wouldn’t have been the same without Sarah Jane and her passion and enthusiasm for paranormal investigations. She was friendly, knowledgeable and overall, just a great guide.
Definitely fun for families and those who are very curious!

We wanted to go explore on a random Monday my wife and I had off together so we found this. It was a ton of fun. Coco, our tour guide was very informative, friendly, and engaging. We had a few cool experiences and would love to do it again.

Leah was a great guide, relishing us with many stories about the history of St Augustine and the paranormal activity in the area. Our group thoroughly enjoyed the tour, and using the various paranormal equipment. We would recommend this tour to anyone interested in sightings and paranormal activity.

My Wife and I had an awesome experience!
Leah is a gracious tour guide , extremely knowledgeable of the city and the stories of the spirits that still linger around. She was great at explaining how to use that equipment and patiently guided us on questions to ask since we were nervous at first! We are so glad we chose this tour , it was a wonderful experience and Leah definitely went above and beyond. I will gladly recommend her and the tour to everyone we know visiting St. Augustine. Thank you for such a fun night !

This was so fun! Coco out tour guide was knowledgeable, interesting and so kind! We really enjoyed this tour! We saw other yours while we were out, and ours was way better! Being able to use the paranormal tools just made it way better!
