If you're into all things creepy and spooky, this 'beyond the grave' tour of St. Augustine is ideal for you. You'll be taken to a number of locations of interest to the Savannah Ghost Research Society. These include cemeteries and buildings where ghosts have been sighted and paranormal activity recorded. Your guide will dig beneath the urban legends in an attempt to uncover the true stories that lie within.

What's Included
- This tour includes the haunted history of every stop, as well as real paranormal evidence presented at every location that our investigation team has captured. You will hear real EVP's (Electronic Voice Phenomena), or audio recordings of ghosts, as well as witness ghastly apparitions captured on video and photo.
- Please allow ample time to find parking as it is busy during holidays, weekends, and special events.

Bill was fantastic! My partner and I lucked out and ended up with a private tour and Bill made sure it was a special one. He is incredibly knowledgeable and clearly loves his job. Dad joke game is top tier. An absolute delight with so much history as well as paranormal evidence, I even got an unexplained presence in a couple of my own photos. Highly recommend this tour. Make sure to bring your walking shoes.

It was exactly what I expected and exactly what I wanted. I got to learn a little bit of history that I did not know about. I got to listen to actual evidence and see evidence. The tour guide was very personable, leasant and threw in some cute jokes. And he was very interactive with us, which kept us involved in the conversation. It was perfect. We were so happy to be able to walk and talk and see the city without being set in a bus or a car being driven around and not being able to stop and talk and ask questions.The walking tour where was the best pick!!

The information was interesting but felt more like a historical tour of St. Augustine as opposed to a scary ghost tour and felt a bit cheesy to us. If you're looking for an hour and a half to kill, it's worth the $25. If you're looking for a scary, real ghost experience - this isn't the one.

Bill was a very good tour guide. He was friendly funny and knowledgeable. We took our 9 year old and he was so excited. He knew all of the answers to the ghost equipment questions and even got to use the EMF. lots of history shared. I wouldn’t call it spooky but it’s definitely fun.

What a story teller. Bill was an excellent guide and had lots of local history to back up his ghost stories. The only draw back was that the meeting area was not very clear and we had to ask a couple different store employees if we were in the right spot

At first the tour started off great! I was very excited and seemed hopeful because I had seen that bill was amazing from the reviews. We could barely hear him the entire duration of the tour, but I could hear the other tour guides who didn’t have mics from across the street. Once we got to the waterfront he showed us a video from a Hulu show of the fort and said it was his video. After a lady expressed to him how she could not hear and he got angry. He said we’ll move closer then and shoved his speaker in her face. It was just very off putting. Also he made no attempt to make the stories scary he was almost aggravated while telling them. I feel like our group wasted $175 and 1.5hrs of our lives.

It was a very busy holiday night so it was hard to hear and some of the interactive iPad items just were not working right. M as the a smaller group size would work better for a positive experience. It wasn’t the worst but needs to be better and organized.

This is a great tour that combines historical reference with local ghost folklore. Our tour guide was entertaining and knowledgeable, and the sites we visited were relevant and interesting.
