Our guide, Adam, made the entire experience unforgettable. He was incredibly interactive and engaging from the moment we started. He didn’t just recite facts – he pulled the group into the stories, asking questions, encouraging us to share our own spooky experiences, and even playfully “testing” us. He clearly knows his history inside and out – he shared fascinating, well-researched stories about each location. He has a great personality and genuinely loves what he does, and it shows.
If you’re looking for a ghost tour that’s entertaining, informative, and genuinely fun, book this one and hope you get Adam as your guide. You won’t be disappointed!

Our tour guide, Nathan, was a hoot! We lucked out in that it was only the three of us on our tour so we had a lot of really great interaction. He was full of dad jokes which my kids, ages 23 and 15, matched joke for joke. This was a very fun tour, would recommend.

Our tour guide Nathan was amazing! He was very entertaining and funny. He was a really good storyteller and my boyfriend was definitely a little scared on the drive home haha. I think we caught a paranormal activity in the top window of the 432 Abercorn St House 👀👀👀

Nathan was our guide. He is quite animated and one gets the feeling right away that there will be good stories! So many tour guides are monotonous in their speaking and you don’t know they’ve told a joke until your brain has a moment to say “hey that was a joke” but Nathan is really into his roll- very refreshing!! Wear comfortable walking shoes!!

We were on the tour last night and Nathan was the best! He explained everything and got everyone involved. You can tell how much he loves what he’s doing. He was both knowledgeable and entertaining. I would highly recommend having Nathan as a tour guide if possible!

We booked this as a family excursion (me, my husband, and our 3 teens) as a break from our beach vacation on Tybee Island. There were probably a dozen people in the group, mostly adults and one well behaved toddler in a Ghostbusters costume😊 Nathan, our guide, kept the group entertained with history, spooky stories, and an architectural tour of some beautiful homes with a sinister history. Having teenagers can be a crap shoot when it comes to entertainment, but all 3 of ours went from rolling their eyes at first to getting invested by the end. I know we’ll remember this experience years from now and laugh at that cheesy but fun ghost tour in Savannah. Thanks for the memories!
