Great rental place for Vespas. The place was extremely helpful getting us situated with the Vespas, and giving us tips and instructions. We stayed close to colosseum, and were able to walk from Airbnb to rental shop.

We booked a Vespa rental for August 2nd and arrived on time. Within seconds of starting the scooter, the staff claimed we couldn’t drive and refused to rent it to us, despite the fact we both had valid driver’s licenses.
We respected their decision for safety — but then they kept our €300 deposit and refused to give any refund, even though we never received the service.
They promised to update us the same day — nothing. No communication on Sunday either, despite being open. We had to chase them ourselves via messages and Instagram. The only thing we received was blame and excuses.
We are now left with no Vespa, no refund, and a ruined birthday plan.
This company took our money for a service they refused to provide. Be careful — they look legitimate, but act irresponsibly when things go wrong. Not tourist-friendly, and absolutely not trustworthy.

la vostra puntualità è stata anche la nostra, fornendoti la Vespa e facendo come di solito un regolare contratto di Noleggio. Il contratto prevede, per ciascun cliente, una preautorizzazione a garanzia di € 300.00 per qualsivoglia inconveniente durante il periodo di noleggio, come accade in qualsiasi parte nel mondo.
Ribadisco che ti abbiamo FORNITO la Vespa e che sei andata immediatamente ad urtare contro altri scooter parcheggiati, danneggiando sia loro che la nostra vespa, dopo di che hai consapevolmente riconsegnato le chiavi e deciso di non prenderla.
Ora, non solo ci chiedi il rimborso ma non vuoi prenderti la responsabilità dei danni provocati
Ti cito l'articolo posto sul retro del contratto da te visionato e firmato:
ART: 5 SINISTRI STRADALI E/O DANNEGGIAMENTO DEL MEZZO - In caso di incidente, il noleggiante è obbligato a darne tempestiva comunicazione alle Autorità competenti, nonché alla Eco Move Rent snc che impartirà al cliente le opportune istruzioni per la riconsegna del veicolo, laddove lo stesso non fosse marciante. In caso di sinistri e/o danneggiamenti imputabili al cliente, le riparazioni necessarie alla riattivazione del mezzo saranno eseguite presso carrozzeria ed officina di fiducia del noleggiatore, anche mediante l'utilizzo delle somme lasciate dal noleggiante a titolo di deposito in garanzia (da un minimo di € 300,00 ad un massimo di € 2.000,00, a seconda della cilindrata del veicolo noleggiato - cfr punto 2 del presente contratto). La Eco Move Rent snc è inoltre autorizzata a trattenere dal predetto deposito la somma forfettaria di € 300,00 a parziale copertura del rincaro assicurativo conseguente all'eventuale sinistro stradale cagionato dal cliente dichiarato responsabile. Il noleggiante, pertanto, avrà l'onere di integrare le somme lasciate in deposito qualora le stesse non dovessero risultare sufficienti e, a tal fine, autorizza fin d'ora l'addebito sul proprio conto corrente delle ulteriori somme. Per ragioni organizzative aziendali, la Eco Move Rent snc si riserva la facoltà di far eseguire le necessarie riparazioni entro il termine massimo di 6/8 mesi dal sinistro e/o danneggiamento.
Stai evitando di dire quello che è successo veramente e cioè, che hai provocato dei danni (documentabili tramite Videocamera) e che devi RISARCIRE come previsto dal contratto.

The whole experience was wonderful. The owners/operators were very attentive and friendly. Gave us great customer service from beginning to end and made it easy to rent the Vespa. Highly recommend doing this as it’s the easiest and most traditional way of commuting around Rome. My wife and I had a blast the two days we rented our Vespa, we’ll definitely do it again next time!

The owner/operator is very lovely, friendly and kind. She showed us all we needed to know prior to riding the scooter very carefully and made sure we were safe, I highly recommend hiring a scooter through her company :)

My experience i had with the rental company was perfect!
The owners where very polite,very professional.The location was very near the center so it was easy to find it.
The vespa was in perfect condition and the helmet was very clean and new.

It's the best thing you can rent to be in Rome. You can go everywhere, you don't pay for parking, you can go through all the narrow streets, it's a marvel, you can almost go inside the Trevi Fountain or even your dad's room with the motorcycle, haha, and the service in the store is excellent, they inform you about everything, they are kind and attentive, 1000% recommended.

The people here were so sweet. We kept the Vespa for about an hour but after being too stressed to drive without knowing the roads and rules, we returned it. They were kind and gave us a partial refund.

You will be followed from the beginning to the end. It's an incredible experience, and also lovely and professional people are running the business. I would suggest this experience to everyone.
One thing to be aware of is that I just the chaotic traffic of Rome; you need to have some experience on the 2 wheels, but you can also try to avoid the worst hours starting the day early.
In any case, extremely suggested!

Renting the vespa was one of the highlights of our travel. We got to go to several places conveniently. Especially since we are on a time limited holiday, we got to go to the other place right away and does not need to go to the terminal and wait.
The scooter was in good condition and did not disappoint. I did not expect that it would hold the rough terrain Rome has but then again it is made in Rome. haha
But, aside from that the owners of the rental was very accomodating and made sure that we get all we need before we hop on.
Not loving the mobile phone holder though as it keeps on sliding up and distracts me from driving because I need to hold it up so I can see the maps. So, test it first if you think of renting and ask for another if it bothers you.
Nonetheless, would recommend this place.

The owners are beautiful people. They even let us storage our luggage until our flight departed. We had a few extra hours to spare so we decided to rent a scooter. We did not use it for the minimum 24hr rental and returned it before they closed for the day. It was a beautiful experience and I recommend this business 100%. Thank you

We stayed on the outskirts of central Rome and decided to rent a Vespa for the day to see the sights, which we ended up extending for our whole trip out of fun and convenience. The staff were absolutely wonderful and gave my husband driving lessons before letting us take off. It was far and away the best means to enjoy the city, if you know how to drive one and have solid nerves. Will go down as one of my favorite experiences on our 2 week honeymoon!

Was a little nervous about riding a Vespa in city of Rome. The gentleman at eco move rental was great. He eased my nerves, made sure I was comfortable on it . Gave me all the things to avoid and where/how to park. He was a great help, even let me borrow a rain jacket since it was raining on and off. Riding in the city is not too bad, along as you pay attentions to your surroundings and don’t make any sudden turns. The lady was also very helpful. 5 stars all the way around. Oh the Vespa were actually fun but wear good shoes with traction. As some roads are cobblestone/ bricks which is slippery especially when wet. Thanks again
