Marco, who met us to take us to the check-in, was so good at his job. We skipped some very long lines and then needed to improvise a bit because my partner, who has some mobility challenges, needed a wheelchair. That was something not contemplated in our reservation! Nonetheless, Marco was able to arrange it on the spot and we opted to take an audio tour instead of the in-person guided tour that we had contracted for. The museum experience itself was very interesting, and the Vatican staff throughout was enormously helpful to us. Our visit to the Sistine Chapel was undoubtedly the highlight of the trip. Again, traveling with one who is wheelchair bound proved to be relatively easy thanks to the efficiency and thoughtfulness of the Vatican staff. We can’t say enough about the people who helped us along the way. Grazie mille! Bravo.!

Nice tour. Didn’t realize we would not see St Peters Square. Sistine Chapel was crowded but nice. Our guide was helpful.

Our tour guide was Elaine and she was truly incredible. She was extremely witty which made the 8am tour much better, but she was also so, so knowledgeable about the Vatican, its history, and niche facts. We thoroughly enjoyed this tour and definitely recommend!
