The audioguide for the Basilica is an APP downloadable on your mobile: headphones are not included.
Please take note that audioguide will not provided for the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel.
For security reasons, reservations can only be made for individuals aged 7 and older.
Children under 7 are not permitted to book.
The Vatican Museums reserve free admission to all disabled visitors with a certified disability of more than 74%. In case of not self-sufficient, the free ticket is also extended to a companion
The Vatican Museums reserve the right to close any section, including the Sistine Chapel, due to unforeseen circumstances. The closure of any museum section does not entitle visitors to any refund.

The tour of the gardens...

The tour of the gardens is very short and if you have difficulties with the audio device it is not informative. We were at the Vatican on a day that was very crowed so hard to evaluate on what would be a normal day. Off course the museum is stunning but with so many people it was not enjoyable.

Never be fooled again

The local agency was terrible. They speak poor English. Was way behind schedule. They only cared about selling more tickets to get more people into the group. It was delayed by 40 min. No building at all except the Audi device on the garden bus. Instructions were unclear and you still have to stay in the line a lot
