Experienced, knowledgeable tour guide. Orderly, easy to find. Good experiences with visitor. Very good!

Guide was obviously fantastic. I signed up for a tour in language I don’t understand, just because I simply wanted access to the museum (wait line was awful), and our guide was certainly surprised when we were finally found out, but she was immensely patient and anyway I could tell (language ignorance notwithstanding) that she gave a riveting tour, highly recommend the German tour guide.

Our guide Antonio was very good and informative, with great enthusiasm for these beautiful and historical gems in Rome. He also did an excellent job of navigating us through the crowds and keeping us on track.

Chiara was our tour guide. Very friendly and nice. Thanks for the great experience. Our children loved it too

Fantastic time! Anyone planning on visiting the vatican should book a guided tour. Skipping the line alone was well worth the price. The knowledge the tour guide imparted was great as well.

First before you go understand the Vatican is almost always very crowded. Most tours we had already done had check in before start time so We arrived early. We were not greeted by anyone in office, but knew we were in right place because of the sign on wall. I asked about using the bathroom and was told I needed to go to the cafe next door but would have to buy something. I asked if I had enough time and was told my tour started at 9:30. I replied that I thought it was at 9:00- no 9:30 was reply. I returned from cafe at 9:08 and was told my group had left. I told the woman that her colleague had said 9:30 even after I doublechecked. It seemed like they were not going to allow us to go but the woman who game me the wrong time came over and explained. One of the girls had us follow her and run over to entrance to catch up with tour. It all ended well and I understand they have to deal with the public all day, but it was not a cheap ticket and could have been handled better. Our tour guide Antonio was very good and informative

Well organized and great guide. Efficient and clear. Guide was thorough and did an excellent job with history.

The entire tour was very disorganized and the description of the amenities were very misleading or just simply false advertising. You did not get any of the things described other that “skip the line.”

We had a great experience with this tour! Our tour guide, David, was very informative and easy to understand. This was the first experience our kids had of the Vatican Museum, Sistine Chapel, and St Peter's Bascilica, and it was unforgettable! Being able to skip the long lines and exit from the Sistine Chapel directly into St Peter's Bascilica was A HUGE time savings. Highly recommended!

The tour was comprehensive. Raul is very knowledgeable and focuses in the most striking and interesting facts. He is also too funny. We loved loved him!!

We paid for this tour and missed it due to no fault of ours. Our driver dropped us at the wrong hotel for 1 and a half hours. It took so long we missed the start. Tried to reach the tour company but never got so much as a message back. Very disappointed.

Renata was an awesome tour guide! She was so knowledgeable and made the whole experience outstanding!
Sandra_L, Oct 2024
Finding the meeting place was difficult and no restroom or place to sit while waiting for tour guide. But otherwise a great tour and very knowledgeable guide!

Our family had this excursion booked for the day we came off our cruise. On the way to the Rome, a citizen jumped on the train tracks and train services were canceled. We knew that we'd be late so we tried contacting the operator several times by phone and messages but they were never responded. They could have emailed us our tickets but their lack of response did not allow a solution.

The whole tour was excellent. Guide and environment were excellent. Only complaint was that there were too many people.
Joan_B, Sep 2024
We expected crowds and the heat of the day but found it difficult to hear what the guide was saying. When you book a tour in English you expect to be able to understand the guide but with the surrounding noise it was impossible. Our best experience was after the tour when we went into Basilica and marvelled at St Peter’s Sq.

Laura did a great job maneuvering the crowds. She is very enthusiastic about her job. Great tour - and lots of good information. But too crowded. Questioning if not so many tours should be scheduled?
Rebecca_M, Aug 2024
The tour, itself, was very cool. Glad we got to see the Vatican Museum, St. Peters Basilica, and the Sistine Chapel. Our tour guide was less than passionate about the experience, abrupt, and seemed to be in a hurry to get us done with the experience.
Melissa_W, Aug 2024
Meticulously organized. The guide did a good job of gauging how much information to share to accommodate a varied group. I am an art history major and my teenager is, well, a teenager - and we both enjoyed it.
Domenica_V, Aug 2024
We had a great experience from the people in the office to the tour guide ! However, there were way too many people and it was not an enjoyable experience on a Hot day. It should be illegal to have thousands of people at a time walk through that space
Irma_J, Jul 2024
The tour guide was very informative. He took his time and made sure that everyone was enjoying the tour. I would definitely recommend this tour guide.
Abby_W, Jul 2024
The tour group was very large and chaotic, half of the time it took to get through the lines. the tour guide did not have all of our tickets printed which took additional time for us to get through.
Deb_N, Jul 2024
Went to Vatican Museum, Sistine Chapel and St Peter. At the end of Sistine Chapel they asked who wanted to proceed to St Peter or go back to Vatican Museum. We wanted to proceed to St Peter to see the Pieta. When we were outside waiting to go to St Peter we were informed that Pieta was not available for viewing. And as we exited we could not go back to Vatican Museum. They should have been informed that Pieta was not available before we exited--not after! We were very disappointed as we would have stayed in Vaticanuseum to see additional galleries
Julie_W, Jun 2024
The tour was canceled last minute and this is usually sold out.. No alternative was offered so in other words you could rebook at a significantly higher rate if available..horrendous experience…..
Lee_S, Jun 2024
Francisco was an outstanding guide! Full of insight and never boring. We had done this tour before but he was far better
Samantha_A, Jun 2024
Our time was moved about an hour and half earlier due to "tour guide availability" - we were notified the night prior via email. Not a huge deal, but make sure to be on the lookout for changes in your inbox! The Vatican Museums are beautiful, of course. We chose a busy time of year to travel, so the heavy crowds were expected. If you decide to do a group tour in summer, you will need to be on your toes the entirety of the tour to keep up with your guide. We were nearly left behind multiple times (along with many others) - we're typically very quick walkers... St. Peter's Basilica was allegedly closed the day we went? Random bad luck, can't hold it against the tour company. You will probably enjoy your time at Vatican City with this group.
Kim_M, Jun 2024
We loved this tour! Patrick was phenomenal- very informative and interesting. I appreciated how he took time to explain different artifacts, and paintings that were not on the normal tour.
Tom_E, May 2024
We had a great guide that was very knowledgeable and told great stories of the Vatican and those that lived there.
The organization of the tour had much to be desired; but the guide was terrific! We did not get to go inside St. Peter’s as was planned; so hopefully the tour lives up to their word about the partial refund for missing St. Peter’s.
Emanueal_N, May 2024
The tour guide was nice, but rattled on about inconsequential things. Made the tour far longer than necessary standing in the sun.
