It was AHHHMMAZZING! I had a VERY delayed luggage arrival of 3 days and my photo shoot was scheduled for the morning after I arrived in Rome. I thought I was going to have to cancel AND LOSE my $$ and booking... I DID NOT!!! They were great! He completely understood, waited & met with me the morning after my luggage arrived!! It was also the morning I was to leave for my 14-day cruise... I was NOT RUSHED; because he didn't rush my experience! He really WANTED me to enjoy myself, the city & the shoot...
The street location was fabulous! And, I didn't just get cookie cutter locations. Of, course you want the iconic spots, but I wanted some hidden gems, as well. And I got a nice walking tour; with historical bits that no one had given me! He was very friendly/personable/polite and travelling solo, it helped that he had an assistant to watch my belongings so I could focus on FEELING FABULOUS & ENJOY MySELF!! Being the picture-taker/photographer and never in the pictures this gives me BEAUTIFUL, QUALITY, PROFESSIONAL photos I will always have & a fellow photography friend! I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS EXPERIENCE MORE HIGHLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This was the best photoshoot experience ever. We had such a fun time and the photos came out better than I could have ever imagined! The photographer was very professional and even bought us coffee to celebrate our engagement. I would definitely recommend him to any and everyone!

Had a great experience with Emgarro team. My husband, daughter and myself had a family photo shoot and got to experience walking through Rome’s major landmarks while taking photos. The weather wasn’t ideal but you wouldn’t know this looking at the final photos. Right from booking the photo shoot, he reached out to us and was in constant communication up to the day of photo shoot. I was able to change schedules with him when I realized that the weather forecast said it will rain on the day we booked the shoot. That alone was a huge relief.
He also made us very comfortable doing poses we wouldn’t even think of and the pictures turned out great. He made sure we had photos as a family, as a couple and great solo ones as well. We are glad we decided to do this. It makes our trip even more memorable having these pictures to look back on.

I had just one day to spend in Rome and decided last minute to book a photographer to capture some memories since I was traveling solo. Emgarro was incredibly responsive and accommodating, even offering to reschedule due to unexpected rain. He was professional, polite, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire shoot. The photos turned out amazing, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I highly recommend Emgarro to anyone visiting Rome who wants to capture beautiful moments in the Eternal City!

Overall, I had a great experience with Emil. I only booked the photography session one day in advance and he quickly responded that he was available for it. He was very easy to communicate with and has replied promptly throughout and is very flexible. I initially opted for the medium package, but I was offered the premium package for 55 extra euros which I took. We met at Trevi Fountain at 6:30am and managed to get good shots with no people in the background though there were still quite a lot of people around at that time already. We also took some photos at the Spanish steps, a side street, near the Foro Romano and on the street leading to Colosseo (my request) and at the Colosseo. Emil gave me an opportunity to see the photos and also take some more if I wasn’t satisfied. We also took some videos which are part of the premium package. Emil is very good at making you feel comfortable and also gave some directions for how to pose. However, I noted he took many photos from a low angle and asked me to look left in many photos which I feel is my “worse” side. My feedback would be to be a bit more inquisitive and accommodating to what the person being photographed thinks and wants (e.g. what they consider their better side, which angle they want pictures from, do they want posed or more natural “in the moment” pictures). I also struggled a bit with getting my hair and dress nicely. It would be an added bonus if the photographer had an eye for that and attention to small details, like what is in the background of photos. I think taking more photos from each pose would also help to ensure there are more options to choose from if some photos don’t work out. Some of the pictures from my favourite spot were out of focus and overexposed, which was a shame. Overexposure was an issue in quite a few photos and the editing didn’t quite fix it. In the premium package you get 50 edited photos, but the photographer picks them. If you want to be able to choose them yourself and get all the photos, you have to pay another 60 euros. It feels a bit frustrating to first pay 80 euros for the medium package, then pay an extra 55 euros for premium and another 60 euros to be able to pick the photos. To be fair, Emil did give me a discount, so I paid 45e instead of 60e, but it is still a lot of money. Buying ginseng from one of the cafes on the way was a nice touch though 😊.

He kept asking for more money to do the work and he didn’t want to give my money back
Very rude person and wasted my day and took 92 euro and i don’t have any pictures

You booked for 1 person and show up with ur husband called 'said', and not willing to pay for 2nd person. Asked me last minute cancellation and surely no refund cuz I was there but u did not want to pay for couple phtoos even for 1 person u was not agree. I can all documentation on WhatsApp can show anyone who need.

We booked Emgarro for a photo shoot in Rome, and it was an absolute delight. Not only did Emgarro arrange for a talented make-up artist for my wife, who did an exceptional job, but the photos turned out great as well. It was an excellent way to capture our visit to Rome, and I couldn't be happier with the overall experience. We took photos in three iconic locations: the Spanish Steps, Borghese, and the Colosseum. Highly recommended!
