If it is not central (a ray of about 8 km from the Pantheon), let us know its location and we will ask a supplement for the extra distance. If your accommodation is not mentioned, during the booking, please provide details regarding its location. If it has not been booked yet, you will modify the booking later by providing the data relating to it. Pick up and drop off from other areas (for example: Civitavecchia Port, Fiumicino Airport, Ciampino Airport, etc.) can be organized but imply the payment of an extra that will be communicated to the customer upon request. Kindly add to your booking an email address you can check frequently. If you do not receive further messages, by mobile phone or by email, default pick up time is confirmed.     I found everything about the service excellent. Amira was my driver-guide and went out of her way to explain the history of the places we visited. She gave me enough time at each place and was flexible to meet my preferences.

    Stay far away if you are looking for a tour, if you want an expensive driver, this is perfect for you

    I gave this company an opportunity to make things right before I gave a review because I’m a small business owner myself. They would not even offer a partial refund of which is an astounding price for the lack of value you receive. Do not trust this company. It’s merely a driver that takes you to spots for 3 hours and offers zero information. You can hire an Uber for cheaper or even just get a local driver. I signed up for along with my 16 year old daughter based on the two glowing reviews (my bad) about the tour guides being super knowledgeable about Rome and the areas. This was booked as a tour and even said the tour guide spoke English. Tour guides by definition guide you around and offer by valuable insight into places you are visiting. This is my experience and the letter written to the company. To whom it may concern: We chose your tour based on the excellent reviews highlighting the knowledgeable guides, but unfortunately, our experience did not live up to these expectations. While our tour guide was pleasant and even kind enough to make a stop for my daughter to shop, the actual tour was disappointing. When we began the tour and asked questions about the city's landmarks, it became evident that he lacked the knowledge expected of a tour guide. For instance, when I inquired about the significance of the Spanish Steps, he could only respond that they are a popular site, similar to other historical monuments. To learn about the places we visited, I found myself searching for information on Wikipedia, which was frustrating given that we had booked the tour to gain insights from a guide as it says on the viator app. Additionally, as we drove through various neighborhoods, there was no commentary or context provided, leaving us feeling more like passengers in a glorified Uber ride rather than participants in a guided tour. Eventually he heard me reading from Wikipedia and started researching on his own. At times reading while he was driving and swerving into other lanes. Given these circumstances, I believe it would be fair to request a partial refund. We would prefer to resolve this matter directly with you before considering any further actions, such as posting reviews that could negatively impact your business I appreciate your attention to this issue and look forward to your response. I had such high expectations and wish it would’ve worked out. There response was disingenuous and claims it does not say tour or guide anywhere. It’s literally on the app. Hope this helps someone else

    Dear Mr Schneider, we are sorry to answer only now, but we had to check the facts with our driver as well. We are very sorry that the tour was not to your liking, this is the first time customers are dissatisfied, in fact as you said yourself, you chose it based on the excellent reviews from our customers! He tells us that Sam knew nothing about a tour guide! Of course not he is a driver!!!! However, I would like to clarify that the driver is not a professional guide and that the tour he chose is an overview by car and that the guide service is not included. It is written very clearly!!! What is included: Pick up and drop off in Rome by private luxury car with chauffeur Luxury air-conditioned car at disposal for the whole tour For the option from Civitavecchia, lunch is included.     Igor was amazing so kind and nice to me and my teenage sons. Best driver we could have ever had in n helping us understand Rome's history. Very lucky to get him. Grazie San Pietro per Igor and of course an AC car in July in Roma.
