Our tour was rescheduled from the morning to the late afternoon, which was understandable. However, the experience did not match what was advertised. We only had photos taken at the beginning of the tour near the Colosseum, rather than at multiple stops as shown in the promotional photos. Even more disappointing, we never received the photos from the meeting location. I contacted the company multiple times via WhatsApp—the same platform they used to reschedule the tour—but never received a response or the missing photos. It's now been almost a month since the tour, and despite my repeated follow-ups, we still have not received the photos. It was my daughter's 18th birthday, and we booked and paid for this photoshoot specifically to capture those special memories. It was very disappointing to end up without a single photo from the shoot we paid for. Based on our experience, I would recommend choosing a more reliable company.
