My friend recommended this tour and I will be forever thankful to her for doing so. Angelo is just an absolute gem of a human, with an infectious energy that we all need more of. Being a Rome local gives him knowledge of the places and routes that you won’t find online, but he also knows the highlights you want to see too. Having walked around a few days in advance of my tour, I knew Rome’s traffic was something to reckon with but my risk averse nature was immediately at ease. If you’ve come to this activity, you’re obviously thinking about it and I can only tell you to stop thinking about it and book it. Not only will you not regret it, it probably will be the highlight of your trip like it was mine.

Angelo was an excellent tour guide. He made the experience feel special. He was extremely knowledgeable about the area and took us around to some very intimate places. His partner in driving was knowledgeable and friendly. The end of the tour was a very nice surprise for us. We were also allowed to stop and have a glass of prosecco. Angelo was very polite, fun and wanted to make sure we had a good time. If you do this tour, there is no need to pay for the Colosseum tour. You will have an opportunity to visit the Colosseum and other areas you may want to visit. Spanish steps, and the Trevi, Fountain were included in the tour. To be honest the best time will be had if you allow him to be free and create an experience for you. Five stars. It was exciting and fun for me. Something I am glad I had an opportunity to to experience.

My preferred method of transportation is now Vespa! The tour guides were so friendly, and Angelo did a great job of explaining the history of different sites.
