Our original time was changed to a later time. Our guide was late by 20 minutes. He did apollgize. He did a good job of giving us the history of the Pantheon and took us on an extra little walk to show us a beautiful church to make up for our trouble.

Our flight came in late and they went above & beyond to accommodate for us. We were unable to take the original guided tour but provided the audio guided tour. Wonderful responsive service.

Whilst we received a partial refund, the address we were told to go and pick the tickets up from did not exist gave up after over an hour.The tour was cancelled at short notice we were sent online tickets but was unable to connect to the audio commentary.

Thank you for your comment. You were notified in the morning due to the fact that it was not possible to find an alternative to the commander. You were notified of the change since the morning and I chose you for the time you want and sent you the login site. Sometimes these things happen with the commander. The company is looking for an alternative quickly to always satisfy the client.
