Our tour guide Laura, led us through the roman forum with wonderful information and took us to great viewpoints providing time for pictures and such. She then dropped us off with a Colosseum tour guide for the actual walk through the underground. While the second tour guide provided information about the underground and the life of a gladiator, we just expected a bit more and we didn't get it. The tour we purchased indicated access to the Palatine hill, but we were herded from the Roman Forum directly into the Colosseum and told that the Palatine hill would require far more time than what was allotted and also that our tickets only granted us the one access to that area that was already used with the tour, so we couldn't re-enter the area after the underground portion even if we had wanted to spend the time.

Very rushed walk in the Roman Forum, will need to go back. Underground tour is one of the most phenomenal archeological areas I’ve been to and is an absolute must! My guide of the Colosseum, Camille, was great!

Carmelo did a great job in taking us through the underground(worth the extra money) as well as the rest of the Colosseum. The history there is amazing and the views were excellent from the very underground and as we moved further up.

The tour guide Christian was absolutely great. Super hard to find meet up location and the tour started 30min early so we missed the first part (they said they call me, not) If it wasn’t for the 5 different Colosseum guides we would have never met up with the group.

This was an amazing experience all around. A little difficult to find the meeting spot but once we got going we learned so much !!! Our guide was fantastic! Also we almost were killed in the Colosseum when a full water bottle dropped near our heads from far above! Absolutely worth it, every penny highly recommended. gran trabajo! All we are is ashes and dust próximo! Ashes and dust!

Started rough but ended great. The address/meeting point they gave on the ticket was different from the booking and both were wrong. Thank that I was at the first wrong address 45 minutes before the tour. I asked 10 people and they all had a different answer until I decided to go to the Rome tourist desk and sent me to the tour office and even that it was closed.. I asked another tour guide and he directed me to the right place but what a mess!! They need to figure this one out as all said the same “ that all are confused and don’t know we’re to go” Now the tour is a must. Incredibly knowledgeable guide. You go and skip lines and go places where there is no general ticket owners go. Absolutely fantastic and I would 100% recommend. I’m sure they will figure out the address issue. Book it, it’s worth it!
