All visitors must pass through a metal detector security check to enter the Colosseum. Please note that there may be a waiting time during peak hours.
The Colosseum, Roman Forum, and Palatine Hill may be subject to closures due to security reasons or public events.
As of October 18, 2023, nominative tickets are required for entry to the Colosseum. All guests must carry a valid ID, and the name on the ticket must match the name on the ID. Entry will be denied without a matching ID, and no refunds will be issued for incorrect information.
Please note that the order of the itinerary may vary. You might visit the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill before entering the Colosseum.
Colosseum tickets are non-refundable. Late arrivals will forfeit entry, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.

Our fligth was cancel, because of covid, we sent a messege to the tour company, weeks a go no answer.

Hi Lola, We have answered all your queries. First, your requested us to change the tour date, and we did that FREE of charge. Then after few days you wanted to cancel the whole tour and get refund!! But we have explained you that this particular tour has "Strict cancellation policy" therefore, we are unable to cancel the tour. Hope you understand. Thanks
