Everything went to plan. We went through and into the Colosseum with no problems. We spent 3 hours in the Colosseum, looking in see at the remarkable construction.
The Colosseum is definitely not to be missed, and Viator were quick at arranging our time slot and experience.

We never received the tickets, and to make matters worse, we were only informed that our reservation had been cancelled on the afternoon of the day before the scheduled visit. This left us with no time to make alternative plans. My son was devastated. The handling of this situation was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. Unfortunately, this has been our worst experience in Rome so far.

We were just leaving our hotel when they text us to tell us that they had oversold and that our reservation was being canceled. They tried to move me to another day, but unfortunately, that could not work. It was too bad because I would’ve booked something else, but they left it till the last minute to cancel my reservation.

Visiting the Basilica was amaizing....my experience with this service to get ticket , Bad! Had a had time finding location of my tickets. Then once in the St Peter Basilica we learned that the audio connection provided was not working. We went to the audio rental desk to learned we have been charged many times for the cost of the tickets, which we were able to get there at the door.
To be clear, we had to walk away from the square to get 6 times more expensive tickets we could have purchase at the door. For a couple more euros you can even buy the "skeep the line" and get free audio.

We had a very disappointing experience with our Colosseum booking through Viator. Our tour was originally booked for 4:00 PM. Later, we found that the last entry to the Colosseum is at 3:30 PM, which made our booking time impossible. This did not feel right, why does the platform allow customers to book time slots that are not even valid?
We contacted Viator through the app but received no response for months. Eventually, we had to reach out via WhatsApp to the local operator, and only then were we told to reschedule. By that point, we had already planned our day, and changing it caused us inconvenience and additional costs.
Another issue was the ticket delivery. We did not receive our tickets immediately after booking; they were sent only about a week before the visit. The same thing happened with another tour we booked through Viator, which we were also asked to reschedule because it was “full” at the original time. This is concerning, as it gives the impression that bookings are being accepted without confirmed availability.
Overall, the lack of timely communication, unrealistic time slots, and repeated rescheduling requests made the experience stressful and unreliable.

It was pouring rain and we missed our time slot. The staff was rude. Just yelled “its closed!” And turned her back. Not a very pleasant experience. They close at 3:30pm.

You will get multiple emails and texts and messages- none had the actual ticket. We waited in line for over an hour to find out, could only communicate with the company via chat. We finally got our actual ticket but we weren’t allowed in because our entry window closed. Wasted €116 for nothing.

There is not a skip the line, line. Also, Viator sent me a voucher but not the tickets. I had to sit outside the Colosseum and try to communicate on What’s App in an attempt to get the tickets. Also, beware- the audio tour is not the official audio tour- it’s on an app and you have to bring your own headphones. This is a total waste. I would just go to the venue and get tickets on site. This did not save time at all and was a huge hassle.

The tickets were issued and send electronicaly and the app for the audio was send also via whatsUp. There was a bit of a problem with the app and it was not easy to use buy all of us. It was a decent price.

we booked the tour to the Colloseum in Rome today at your agency - Buchungsnummer (booking number) 1336809523 . Meeting point was described at Piazza de Colosseo No. 1 in Rome at 2.30 p.m. We were there in time (I took a foto from the meeting place), but nobody was there. No sign, no flag, no person. I asked the people around, but nobody knows anything about this meeting point or your agency. The place was empty, it was the front of a common restaurant. What's happend? I'm going to ask for get my money back.

Did not experience anything. Our flight got delayed which was out of our control. I contacted the vendor to reschedule, but I was told it wasn’t possible and that I wouldn’t be refunded. Definitely not booking with that vendor ever again.

Saturday October 4th we had tickets for Colosseum and Forum Romanum. But due to a demonstration around Colosseum that morning, we got a message from Viator that there was a possibility we couldn't enter Colosseum that day.
We heard nothing more, so we walked over and thought that we might enter after all.
Many people entered, but we, we couldn't.
A person answered us at Viators WhatsApp and repeated the message from the morning: "Due to a demonstration ..." and that we should be reimbursed.
Now, 5 weeks later, we've got absolutely nothing. No money. No message at WhatsApp, even though we've contacted them at WhatsApp.

About 5-10 minutes before I was supposed to be at the Colosseum I got a message saying there were no more tickets from the tour operator. I already paid for a cab ride and was in site. We traveled with two family members with disabilities and tried booking skip the line tickets to avoid lines. While fighting marathon traffic and scrabbled walkways with few ramps and lots of hills, I managed to book what I thought was a same day ticket because I entered the day I wanted and picked a time. After we finally reached the location, the tour operator informed us that he had no availability and that were must have booked the wrong day. He was very kind and tried to find other tour operators to take us. He called his supervisor and requested a refund for us and the supervisor I spoke to offered a full refund within 24 hours, said he understood, and said it was no problem. I told him the date that was booked was a mistake because it was after we were scheduled to leave Italy for the U.S. He told me just to message him and ask for the refund. I did as he instructed and never received a response. Viator also contacted him multiple times and no response. Come to find out, 4 of the 5 people in our party didn’t even need a ticket since two people were in wheelchairs and two were assisting them. The biggest lesson for us in Rome was that people with disabilities can get in to almost any of the ticketed locations for free. Although that may partly be due to the difficulty it requires to participate in Rome when you have a disability. Another your cancelled us because they said will not accommodate wheelchairs or disabilities. I’m very disappointed to say that Tour Zoveel has still not refunded the $117 we paid for the tour tickets, an amount we would not have even needed to pay had we been informed by Viator or the tour company.

SCAM! Do not get your tickets with this company. They sent me a specific time to go to my attraction. They later sent me an email saying my time had been changed and to wait for my new tickets. I never received my new tickets. Never got to go to the tour. And when I asked them about it, they never responded back. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Confirmation email said that my tickets would arrive via email. The tickets came via what’s app from an unknown number. Had to talk to several hosts to figure this out and very frustrating to try to find the “redemption point”. Be sure to bring your own headphones for self audio tour. Second time to the Colosseum so I didn’t want to take a tour. I also did not want to wait in a long line. This was perfect. Look for the people in the light yellow shirts under the tents. They’ll direct you towards the correct line. Have your tickets and ID ready. Just a pic of your passport will work, and then enjoy. Btw they check your tickets at 3 different places before entry.

The one thing I need to criticise is we were given a message to pick up with guide at the address given to take us to entrance the problem was there was no office it didn't exist so we spent a lot of time wasted looking .
