This tour operates rain or shine. Please note that the Colosseum management does not allow changes or cancellations of admission tickets. Therefore, we are unable to offer refunds to guests who choose not to participate due to weather conditions
The tickets are dated, timed, and issued in the name of the holder.
If you arrive late for the meeting time, unfortunately, you will not be able to join the group or reschedule your tour, as the tickets are non-flexible and cannot be amended or canceled.
Tickets for the Palatine Hill and Roman Forum are valid for 24 hours for both options.
Your tour voucher will be emailed to you 3–5 days before the experience.

Was a great way to see and learn about Ancient Rome. The headset had some status at times and when at the coliseum it seemed to pick up other tour guides creating some background noise. Also we were running a few minutes late and were communicating with the tour guide. We made it just in time but they won’t wait more than 5 minutes.

Our tour guide George was amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable about the history of Rome and the coliseum. It really made the tour more enjoyable. Well worth it and highly recommended
