Not What I Paid For

This is not a reflection on the guide, but we did not get what we paid for. I chose this tour and paid the higher price because we wanted to walk onto the arena floor as described and other customers included in their review. I think they put us with the wrong guide, not our fault. But when I asked for a credit I was refused. They wouldn’t offer a rescheduling which would have been fair. We traveled from Michigan to do this and customer service from the servicing company was terrible.

We’d like to clarify the sequence of events: - You originally purchased entry tickets for the arena with a digital & audio guide. - At the meeting point you expressed a desire to enter with a live guide, so we upgraded you to a guided tour covering the first and second levels. You confirmed this was acceptable. - We had a separate reservation allowing you to enter the arena on your own, as per your initial booking, but you chose to join the guided tour instead. - We made it clear that the guided tour did not include access to the arena itself and offered you the choice between proceeding with your original ticket or joining the tour. We understand that miscommunication can occur and apologize if any confusion arose. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we hope this clarifies the situation. We got to go on the Arena floor!! Mind blowing for any history or gladiator lover! We loved it and I highly recommend spending the extra money for that experience!
