The start of the tour was...

    Tony_D, Jan 2026
The start of the tour was confusing. It gave a location by the Troutdale airport but was ne where near the airport. The tour would not show the route until we were at the exact location and that seemed to be under the overpass.

    Response from Host, Jan 2026

Tony, thank you for sharing your feedback. I’d like to understand this better so I can help and improve clarity. Were you able to reach the suggested starting point and begin the tour successfully once you were there? For this tour, it’s essential to start at the exact starting location and then follow the route, as the map and audio activate once you enter that start zone. If you can share where you were when it felt confusing or which directions seemed unclear, that would really help me look into it and pass it along to my team. I’m always happy to help—feel free to reach out anytime. I’m available daily from 9 to 6 EST.

Flexible and Great Way to Kill Time

    Judy_N, Nov 2025
We had about 5 hours to kill after checking out of the hotel and making our flight home. We didn’t plan ahead and were looking at our options and decided to try this out. It was so cool! This worked out great. The narration was so informative and interesting. We liked the flexibility of being able to bail if we ran out of time and that we had a way to see Mt Hood with guidance. We only stopped once to check out Herman the Sturgeon, which was worth the stop. It was a beautiful day and we had some beautiful views of Mt. Hood. The app must have been updated and acknowledged that there were closed roads so we didn’t have any issues with our drive. The app worked really well.
