There is a paid parking lot at the very end of Thames St. There are blue picnic tables with a 'tours' flag located between the parking lot and Fore Points Marina - this is our meeting spot. We are located at Fore Points Marina off the Eastern Promenade Trail.

This company provides just one tour per week. And yet they cancelled my tour about ONE HOUR before the starting time due to mechanical issues.

We have 21 tours a week, and we would have been more than happy to put you on another tour.
Most mechanical things happen during or before a tour. This happened during the tour before your scheduled tour, which was an hour. It would have been impossible to cancel any earlier, since there wasn't a problem yet. The good news is, we were able to fix Buzzworthy and have her running the next day.
I'll always stand by our communication. As you can see by other positive reviews, we send emails, texts and phone calls to ensure everyone is notified about any changes in the schedule.
You're entitled to your opinion, but I always find it interesting when someone leaves a negative review when they didn't experience the tour they're reviewing.

The girl who was explaining Everything about oysters was so informative and had a great personality. She talked for a long time as she shucked oysters for us to eat. They were delicious!! The boat ride was nice too.
