Unable to enter the Mill and Church! A lot of walking. A local history lesson on the locations was interesting. Dave was a great guide (good sense of humor). Neat to use real equipment! If you’re looking for actual hunting, I’d look elsewhere. If you’re looking for some history and have a good laugh than this one is for you!

Thanks for joining us in Tempe and for sharing your feedback! We’re so glad you enjoyed Dave’s humor, the local history, and getting hands-on with the ghost-hunting equipment.
We’d love to take guests inside the Mill and church too, but both are strictly closed to the public, so no tour is permitted inside. However, guests do investigate outside the Mill, inside the historic Casa Loma Hotel, and at the old hardware store. Our exclusive access to Casa Loma also gives guests an indoor ghost-hunting experience that no other Tempe ghost tour offers.
Because paranormal activity and equipment responses are unpredictable, we combine hands-on investigating with Tempe’s haunted history and storytelling to create an engaging experience—with or without a chatty ghost!

So fun! My tour guide was David. He was well informed on the history, great to talk to, and made the experience comfortable. It’s great if you want to go for a walk but also do something thrilling. Glad he was my tour guide :D

David was great. It was fun to have the ghost hunting tools. I would cut out one stop. Does get a little repetitive. However, we really enjoyed David and the haunted stories.

We had fun, we laughed and learned stories of the area. Had some interesting unexplained encounters. Liked have actual equipment to use and that we were able to go inside buildings.

This was our first Ghost Tour, and we loved it! David was our Ghost Guide and did a wonderful job directing us to haunted sites in the Tempe, AZ area and providing detailed information. He gave the four people in our party spirit boxes, EMF monitors, dowsing rods and flashlights, which added to the mystery of the tour.. We loved his ghoulish humor and the ceremony he performed as he presented us with our personalized certificates. Thank you, David!!!

This was an interesting way to hear about some of the history in Phoenix. I felt like maybe a little bit more history could've been shared to get more detail details but overall it was a good experience.
