I feel that when you are doing a late event like 8:30 PM and later you should not allow the attendance of children.

Not worth the money. Been on many ghost tours and this was the worst we were in. Nothing against the tour guide just for the price expected more.

We had a great time! It was our anniversary and also we had our friends join us. We thought the history was cool and the church was our favorite. Erika was a great host. I believe Valentina was the co-host and she was great as well. Overall fun time!

Future Ghost did an amazing job organizing this night tour! My original tour was rescheduled but it worked out great thanks to the on point communication. I learnt so much about Phoenix, AR in just 2 hours. Also, ice water was provided which helped me survive the heat in AR. Thanks again to the amazing team for the wonderful night experience!

You will not be able to go inside the homes. Out of the 5 stops, only two were actually toured. You walk up to the homes and the history is given. Very misrepresented. We were under the impression that we would go inside the homes. Unfortunately, the main homes were closed and we were told that they are opened for their own toursI'm trying to get a refund back.

We’re sorry to hear the tour didn’t meet your expectations. As noted in both our online description and at the start of the tour, this is a walking ghost tour that includes interactive ghost-hunting and indoor access at the end of the experience.
We visit several types of sites—not just homes—including churches, hotels, restaurants, and documented paranormal hotspots. Many, like the Rosson House Museum and the Basilica, are closed to the public at night. That’s exactly why we created this tour to include rare indoor access at the end—something most evening tours in Phoenix don’t offer.
Before the tour began, your daughter asked if we would be going inside. I answered clearly—in front of you and your husband—that yes, we go inside two locations at the end. She seemed genuinely excited about that.
At the 2nd stop, your daughter used the dowsing rods and appeared to enjoy the ghost hunt, even getting a few hits on the equipment. You chose to leave the tour immediately after that, well before reaching the majority of the stops or the indoor portion.
While we don’t typically offer refunds for early departures, I still issued a 25% refund as a courtesy. Anyone reading this is welcome to view our listing, which is transparent and clearly states what the experience includes.
We put a lot of care into these tours and wish you all the best in the future.

The ghost tour and experience was a great time, Sara was a great host, very knowledgeable and shared many great insights. You could easily see she’s heavily engaged in ghost hunting and the lores of Phoenix. I’d highly recommend this tour.

Bought the tour as a birthday present and well worth the money. The tour was awesome and Nadine was super knowledgeable about Phoenix history. We will be going back for her True Crime tour.

The tour guide was great seemed a little nervous though. We were a little late and we never got the guides name. It was mostly a history tour of the area not much ghost investigating. Other paries of the tour were in a hurry so one of the stops was just information no looking around. Was pretty pricey, I would personally not recommend to family or friends.

The tour lived up to its name. We got history, mystery and ghost hunting.
Our guide, Nadine, was very enthusiastic, knowledgeable and funny. Lots of puns and pop culture references dotted her presentation. Although a few times it was a little difficult to hear what she said because she spoke a little fast or because she was drowned out by traffic noise or the poor acoustics of being out on the street, these are minor issues.) The local history she told was interesting, and trying out the ghost hunting devices was entertaining.
There was no heavy-handed preaching to pressure us into believing in ghosts, so even skeptics and non-believers could enjoy themselves. We went to have a good time and not take everything too seriously, so we weren't disappointed. Good Fun!
