This app is horrible, on this app we did not give what company was doing a tour only a pick up spot and then that pick up spot. It seems there was three different companies doing tours. I went to the first company. They told me these companies in this area did not do a 12 o’clock tour they sent me a 2 mile down the road which I found nothing then I had to call thunder travels to figure out which company was supposed to be doing our tour and at that time when we finally found out, we were four minutes late and missed our tour now we’re out $350 because we cannot get a refund worst experience ever

The entire thing has become comical. There's a list of "can't do" handed down as soon as you check in. I understand the no video policy, but it almost feels like they are threatening you with consequences if you are caught taking a video. The slot canyons are beautiful, but the tour companies running the show are a damn joke. Racially biased too while at it.

Some walking is involved including an uphill walk and walking down stairs to the shuttle bus lot. It was worth the bumpy shuttle ride and walking. Definitely a must see.

The guide was rude and emotionally unstable. She refused to help to take photos for us, even she helped others to take photos. I will never book anything from Viator again. Sorry, Viator, even I had use you may times before. But, this experience really hurts my wife.

Kind of worry due to some bad reply and concerns from others that some tour company had problems. And we booked other company which didnot response well and cancelled by themselves with late response. But today we successfully done and whole family, include 4yr-old-boy, satisfied with trip. Have fun!

I was not thrilled for multiple reasons!
1- price for this online was way more than in person but maybe reservations needed if your plan is not flexible by hours
2- This black streak tours was horrible for a) I went there and they said they cannot find my booking I had to run around multiple tour operators to just find my booking this female at the counter was cocky and said I don’t find the company name did not bother to look up the name.
When I got hold of a support person she said you don’t have time to relax get on the truck asap not my fault she did not find my booking
2) the tour guide was so below average did not stop for photos did not explain the science or history behind. Other tour guides did I heard it.
It felt rushed and not worth the money at all. Look at other tour operators not Black streak!

We had a great experience with the tour of the upper Antelope canyon. Our tour guide is very knowledgeable and accommodating. Check in at least 30 mins. before the scheduled tour time. Highly recommend this tour.
