First of all , the tour guide is very nice and explaining everything to us very patiently! so 5 for him!
However the tour booking information is very misleading.
1. the booked time is different as the tour company's schedule, they use different time zone, so we had to wait in the heat for an hour to start the tour.
2. The booking ticket says entrance fee is included, but the tour company insist that it's not, so we have to pay again.
3. It's not 2 hour 50 minutes tour! The actual tour itself is 45 min. The rest of time is for walking from the company's spot through a hot dessert to the canyon entrance and back! Very tiring. This information is not disclosed on the booking site. The company offered $70 per person transportation if we want a ride for 10 min instead of walking! For group of 4 that is $280 for a 10 min drive, ridiculous! I turned it down of course. It's very sneaking practice. Not recommend.
Be ready for a fantastic trip. Great company , great guide saw wildlife , saved a lizard will be thinking of this trip for a long time. My teenage grandson was even impressed !!!
This was definitely a highlight of our vacation. I’ve never been to a slot canyon. The lighting makes for some amazing photos. Our guide was very helpful in showing us how to get good photos. We did the hiking tour and it was an easy walk to the canyon.
The kindness. friendship and professionalism of tour guide. He’s so friendly, kind, knowledgeable and professional
Absolutely fantastic experience, highly recommend! The guide was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and there was ample time to enjoy the surreal beauty of the canyon.
My husband and I visited the Upper Canyon with Brennan as our guide. It was very windy and there was a lot of sand, so he transported us instead of us hiking to and from the canyon. At the canyon, he took his time, explained the history of the canyons, and showed us how we can take the best pictures while inside. Please for Brennan when booking with this company.
Great tour! Neal was very informative & explained in great details about the geology, history, etc. He was very enthusiastic & friendly & helpful. I enjoyed it very much. The place itself is just wonderful
A great experience. Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly and very patient. Beautiful sandstone canyons.
The canyon itself is beautiful. It surprised us that after we booked and paid for the whole tour, there were still more charges when we checked in at the site. It is new Navajo nation entrance fee $15 per person. Also our guide did not talk while the guides in the front group and the group behind us introducing all kinds of information non stop. We wish we had guide like that.
Make sure you get the proper tour. We thought we signed up for a ride to the canyon, but we found out later we had to hike to the canyon and back in loose sand uphill on the return trip. The canyon was great and our guide was great, but there was some kind of mixup at the sign-up.
It was advertised as hike the canyon. I thought it meant a hike through the canyon. I did not know it meant a hike to the canyon.😬. We are both in our late 70s and was a little bit more than we expected.
It was about a 40 minute walk to the canyon and another 40 minute walk back which was more strenuous because it was mostly uphill .

Dear Paul,
Thanks for your feedback. We have stated in description that this is all hiking tour with no transportation at all. It is for experienced hikers. Guests will need to hike to the canyon to visit the canyon and hike back. Thanks for your understanding
Wonderful canyon walk, 3 miles total, slot canyon experience worth every step. Great guide, support.
Abram was very kind and so knowledgeable about the canyon. He surprised me with a picture he took. Awesome guide!!!!! Big kudos
The Antelope canyons are both quite beautiful. Easy hike, amazing views. The agency had a hut, not great service, they started late so missed our entry, had to wait another 20 min .

Thanks for your feedback. The hiking tour is a new option this year and the tour has been in improvement process with the feedbacks from customers. We are sorry about your feelings and we will keep improving the tour to make it better and better.
It was informative and the guide gave us great photo opportunities. We would had loved more historical info though.
We were promised a hiking tour at 2:00 pm and received both text and email stating that we should check in at the location at 12:50. The location given was incorrect and once we got there, we were told the tour starts at 2:30 and it is a driving tour not a hiking tour.

Thanks for your feedback. Due to operation reason, the meeting point of the tour has been updated a bit. We have already updated the descriptions and thanks for your correction. Also for now we may use vehicle to transfer a little road instead of all hiking.

Aside from the wonderful landscape of Antelope Canyon. You should know that I had to pay an additional $48.15 for the guide; there were three of us, two adults and one child. It was not clear why for the guide.... Then there is no transfer... walking for 4km in the middle of the desert round trip in 40-degree heat. Tour booked for 12:00, communicated via email to move it up to 10:40... it was understood why....

Dear Alterbo,
Thanks for your feedback. We feel sorry about your experience. For this tour the Navajo Permit is not included. Customers will need to purchase permit on their own for checking in the tour. This permit is needed when you visit Navajo Nation. This is not collected for the guide. We have listed this description on the product listing as well.
Also this is hiking tour only. We have listing all the warnings on the tour page and emphasized that there is no shuttle transportation at all.
All the notices are listed on tour pages as well as in the reminders sent to every customer one day ahead of tour time. Please make sure your physical conditions are good enough to take this tour before booking. Thanks for your understanding.
Magnificent landscapes
The hike can be difficult on the way back (it goes uphill) but there are 3 water points
