What To Expect
When you prebook this Lower Antelope Canyon admission ticket, choose from multiple time slots within the regular time–slot group or the prime time–slot group (prices vary). The lighting is known to be better during the early and late morning. Your admission ticket guarantees your entry to hike the lower canyon, which is located on Navajo land in the Lake Powell Navajo Tribal Park.
Once you arrive and check in, go on a self-guided hike with others who’ve booked the same time slot as you. Be prepared to walk about 1.1 miles (1,770 meters) round-trip. Enjoy the beauty of the canyon and snap awesome photos there, too—an experience well worth the little time spent at this Page, Arizona, attraction.

- Important: Please bring water with you and stay hydrated, Antelope Canyon is very remote and there are no stores to purchase water.

- Please plan your trip with the time zone/changes in mind and unforeseen circumstances that may arise with traveling. NO REFUND if arrive late.
- The total duration of the tour is 1.5 hours, including 30 minutes of check-in time
- Not recommended for travelers who can not wear a mask for 1 hour AND can't ascend and descend walkways and stairs in hot and cold weather on a 1/2 mile.

This was a fantastic experience with our guide Auron. We only had 6 people in our group which was ideal with only smaller groups ahead of us. The canyon is stunning and we had plenty of time to slowly wander through taking way too many photos! Thoroughly enjoyed this experience.

Our tour guide (Cyra??) was fabulous, a wealth of information and history, she provided clear instructions. We felt like "kids in a candy store" as the views were so stunning. Do not book with this provider. They are charging more. Book directly on Kens tour website their every day price for this experience is approx $73 and this 3rd party is charging over $95. I saw a poster on site and came to know about this the hard way. I tried contacting viator for low price match and they kept asking me link to the lower price booking website, inspite on me giving enough proof of on site prices pictures.

Our price details are disclosed on the page. This includes: Navajo Nation Permit Fee, Navajo Sales Tax and Booking Brokerage Fee. Window prices also need to pay these two fees. We just have an extra Brokerage Fee, but it lets you plan your trip and time better in advance.
As is known to all, Antelope Canyon is a very popular attraction. Its tickets are often sold out a month in advance. So we believe that buying tickets in advance is one of the best choices during the trip.

It was everything we could have imagined. We had the best tour guide who explained the history and showed up formations in the canyon. He took pictures at the perfect spots and pointed out many exciting areas.
Going down into the canyon are steep metal steps and one tourists was afraid, our guide took the time to help her come down into the canyon so she could enjoy the tour. I thought that was an over the top example of the character of the guides on the Ken's Tours. The guide from the group in front fell back to be sure we were helped with the important part of the first room until our guide and all in our party were safely together. Very impressed!!
The canyon is more amazing in person than all the pictures you see. A must do if in the area!!!

It was a very informative tour, the views were amazing. We had Leroy as a guide and he interacted well with my kids pointing things out that he didn’t have to take the time to do. It is marvelous. There are portable toilets outside of the location. Lighting in the canyon is beautiful. Time zone is different from Arizona so keep an eye on the time of the appointment.

The experience was cool but I feel they sell too many tickets so it’s very crowded. I would wait for the area to clear and I would get yelled at to keep it moving. After being yelled at several times, I started to just ignore them and take the pictures that I wanted. We paid so much we barely got to snap a few photos. On the other hand, our guide Vanessa was great and very sweet and she took a few photos for us since she knew the right angles to capture.

Very exciting and unique experience, it's beautiful nature and spectacular! It's a long drive, from the Grand Canyon National Park. It took almost two hours. Definitely worth the trip though. The tour was well organized with the necessary details covered.

Easy to reach, but that’s where the positives end. Management allows photos but bans videos – which makes no sense at all.
Our guide, Lamar Y (last name I don’t recall exactly), was one of the worst guides I’ve ever experienced. He offered no introduction, no knowledge of how or when the canyon was formed, and no real guidance at all. His only commentary was along the lines of “5% completed, 25% completed, 50% completed…” until we were out. That was it. Out of a group of ~15, he only spoke to maybe one or two people at the front while the rest of us were left clueless. When I asked him to share more details, he dismissed me by saying he already had — but no one in the group remembered hearing anything meaningful. Everyone in the group (all other members apart from my family of 5) was angry and disappointed.
He didn’t know the best photo spots, didn’t help with pictures, and didn’t engage at all. I’ve toured Lower Antelope before with Adventurous Antelope Canyon Tours, and the difference was night and day. That guide was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and truly made it an experience — explaining the canyon’s history, answering questions, helping everyone take photos, and managing the group without rushing us.
Ken’s Tours, on the other hand, takes 5–6 groups back-to-back into the canyon. The guides are in a hurry, constantly telling you not to stop, not to click pictures near staircases, and absolutely no videos. The irony is, while staircases are off-limits for photos, the rest of the canyon is so crowded with other groups that you can hardly take any good pictures anyway. And don’t get me started on the “shapes” they claim you should see in the rocks — faces, lions, nonsense. The shapes are forced and don’t even match what they say.
Overall, this tour was a huge disappointment. Poor guide, overcrowded groups, rushed experience, no real knowledge shared, and endless restrictions. It doesn’t deserve your time or money. Spend a little extra with a better company like Adventurous Antelope Canyon Tours — you’ll actually come away with knowledge, great photos, and a memorable experience.
