What To Expect
When you prebook this Lower Antelope Canyon admission ticket, choose from multiple time slots within the regular time–slot group or the prime time–slot group (prices vary). The lighting is known to be better during the early and late morning. Your admission ticket guarantees your entry to hike the lower canyon, which is located on Navajo land in the Lake Powell Navajo Tribal Park.
Once you arrive and check in, go on a self-guided hike with others who’ve booked the same time slot as you. Be prepared to walk about 1.1 miles (1,770 meters) round-trip. - Not recommended for travelers who can not wear a mask for 1 hour AND can't ascend and descend walkways and stairs in hot and cold weather on a 1/2 mile.

Wonderful native culture, Outstanding hike, knowledgeable staff and beautiful rock formations! Our guide, Hunter was excellent, he did it all!
This experience is very rushed! It’s about 10-15 people in one group and several groups start at the same time. So once inside the canyon, the other groups are right on your heels. No time to take any photos.

Lower Antelope Canyon itself is absolutely spectacular. The formations, colors, and sheer beauty of the canyon are unforgettable and definitely something worth seeing. Unfortunately, the way the tours are operated took away considerably from the experience.
Our guide was knowledgeable and gave good explanations — when we could actually hear her. Groups of approximately 15 people are sent into the canyon so close together that they quickly begin stacking up, particularly around the descent. If you are toward the front or back of your group, you can hear the guides from the groups ahead and behind speaking at the same time. At times, it was nearly impossible to understand anyone clearly.
More concerning was the feeling of constantly being rushed and herded through the canyon. There simply wasn't enough separation between groups to comfortably stop, listen, take photographs, or appreciate this extraordinary place. Instead of being able to experience the canyon, much of the focus seemed to be on keeping people moving so the next group could come through.
Considering the number of visitors navigating stairs, narrow passages, and uneven terrain, I also question whether pushing groups through this closely together provides the safest possible experience.
For the price of these tours, visitors deserve more than simply being moved through as efficiently as possible. There needs to be significantly more time between groups, even if that means fewer tours per day.
The canyon deserves five stars. Unfortunately, the organization of the tour does not. It left me with the impression that maximizing the number of paying visitors has become a greater priority than visitor safety and the quality of the experience.
An extraordinary natural wonder — but an unnecessarily overcrowded and commercialized way to experience it.

My entire trip was very much interesting. The beginning was little confusing then after once started it was a free flowing marvelous experience
I contacted customer service to help me contact the tour guide to let them know I wasn’t able to make it due to my work schedule being changed. I am nurse and it very hard to switch with someone else when you are working at a new hospital. I told them I would pay an additional fee to have the date changed. I didn’t want a refund. I provided the new date for next week. The tour guide responded back the next day and said no adjust or refund any confirmed booking, including changes to the date, activity details, or travelers. I am upset with this experience and I always book activities on this app.

Get ready for a visual spectacle in every step. Our tour guide was very personable and gladly helped us in telling us how to set our phones for the best lighting and visual quality at every turn.
I loved how informative this booking was. We got to learn about the sacred areas. Tour guide said no filming inside very strict about that and we respected it. However I did see tiktoks of people taking videos of the inside. However, money well spent & pictures came out great.
Our guide, Alex, was great! He takes awesome pictures as well. You need to walk about .5 miles to the canyon. The canyon was beautiful.
Travelers who like adventures and experiences, this place is a must see for them. It’s like another world, just like the pictures. Every inch has a genuine story. Some steps are very steep, but the courage and enthusiasm wins them all.
it was a beautiful experience and I would do it again. the rock formations are gorgeous, our tour guide was nice and knowledgeable and took pictures of us at different spots. our only regret was forgetting to tip our guide. please take cash and don't forget right after your tour or even before!! he did so great and played his flute for us it was magical.
The tour had small groups and an excellent local guide (Shawn H)! Had a lot to say about the canyons but also information about the area in general. Couldn’t recommend the tour and the tour guide more!
The whole tour was fantastic. Our guide was so knowledgeable about the history of the canyon and cultures in the area. He was so patience with with all the guests on the tour. Very well organized.
Tayler, our tour guide was great. Beautiful place to visit. Highly recommend. I would recommend bringing water for the trip not necessarily the tour. It’s a remote area. Time zones were a little tricky too but otherwise highly recommend!

the place was of course beautiful but our guide haven’t told us anything but the rules. all the guides were extremely rude and didn’t give us any chance to make photos. for this price to be honest was definitely NOT worth it.

This was a fantastic experience with our guide Auron. We only had 6 people in our group which was ideal with only smaller groups ahead of us. The canyon is stunning and we had plenty of time to slowly wander through taking way too many photos! Thoroughly enjoyed this experience.

Our tour guide (Cyra??) was fabulous, a wealth of information and history, she provided clear instructions. We felt like "kids in a candy store" as the views were so stunning. Do not book with this provider. They are charging more. Book directly on Kens tour website their every day price for this experience is approx $73 and this 3rd party is charging over $95. I saw a poster on site and came to know about this the hard way. I tried contacting viator for low price match and they kept asking me link to the lower price booking website, inspite on me giving enough proof of on site prices pictures.

Our price details are disclosed on the page. This includes: Navajo Nation Permit Fee, Navajo Sales Tax and Booking Brokerage Fee. Window prices also need to pay these two fees. We just have an extra Brokerage Fee, but it lets you plan your trip and time better in advance.
As is known to all, Antelope Canyon is a very popular attraction. Its tickets are often sold out a month in advance. So we believe that buying tickets in advance is one of the best choices during the trip.
