Be prepared for some time in the sun, bring water, and know your camera settings for tons of pictures.
Our experience was awesome. You guys were very organized and prompt. Our tour guide JR was real nice and very knowledgeable about the canyon and knew some awesome places in there to take pictures! Keep up the good job!!
If Antelope Canyon isn’t on your bucket list, it should be!!!! The was one of the most spectacular places I’ve ever been and I’ve been all over the world!!! This is nature at its finest!! God is indeed a magnificent artist!!
Leland was extremely knowledgeable and took pictures for us so many times. He is an outstanding guide and loves these canyons. He made some sounds in the pockets of the canyon as well. I would definitely recommend this trip to anyone visiting this area. In fact, we shared pictures with a hiker we met and recommended this company. Unforgettable experience!!!
Nate was an absolute gem ... really made the experience worthwhile. Took time with us, no rush, got all the pics we wanted. Gave us alot of history
Our tour guide Quintin did a great job showing us the canyon. Imformative and friendly! Enjoyed our tour
Wear closed footwear Sunscreen and Bring camera Nate my guide is a professional photographer and did an Awesome job
Overall the tour lasted 25 minutes for the antelope canyon itself. The whole thing was almost a scam. The tour was super rushed. It was not an experience- rather than take a 3 second photo let’s go. (And they take the photos) you can’t stay behind or pose alone anywhere. By the time you turn around another tour guide is right behind you already. The tour guide did take pics of people. He said I only do family photos so if you came together all of you take a photo together. We asked why can’t you take pictures of us individually and he said if you wanted photos alone you should’ve booked the tour alone. Overall super super rushed!!! Not worth the money spent on this tour. Book with their original website.

Had a fantastic experience touring Upper Antelope Canyon, and a huge part of that was our guide, Levi. He was personable, lighthearted, and kept the group comfortable from the start with jokes and conversation, which was especially nice since most of us didn’t know each other beforehand.
I did the 10:40 a.m. tour in late May, and we were able to see the famous light beams coming through the canyon, which was incredible in person. Levi mentioned that even more light comes through after the summer solstice because of the sun’s positioning, but the timing of our tour still ended up being perfect for seeing them.
He shared a lot of interesting information throughout the tour, spoke clearly and was easy to hear, and was incredibly helpful with photos along the way. As a solo traveler, I really appreciated that he offered to take pictures at some of the key spots in the canyon. He also showed us how to adjust filters/settings on our phones at the beginning so the canyon walls would photograph better, which honestly made a big difference.
Overall, it was a super pleasant experience and one I’d absolutely recommend to anyone visiting the area.
Great tour - unbelievable canyon - pictures do not do it justice- you must see Upper Antelope Canyon
Could never find the location even using the pin they sent us and could never get any help when trying to contact them. Had to pay for another trip with a different company. Guide that we went with called all the different companies here and no one could find our reservation. They said Viator is terrible and this happens all the time. Find someone ekse

Julie was our guide and it was excellent. Easy hike down and canyon was amazing. Very cool history and beauty.
We flew to Phoenix and got a rental car. When we drove to Page for this tour, I got very bad altitude sickness when drove by Flagstuff. My Mom doesn’t speak English, so the restaurant manager called 911 and I was taken to ER. I can’t make to the tour on time, when I contact the company, I was told I had to call a number so I called. Then I was told this is a 3rd party booking and this company refused to give me a refund. My suggestion is, do NOT book from this 3rd party company, book from the real tour company. When I talked to the real tour company I was told they would give me a refund if I booked through them. Very bad experience! I’ll never book from 3rd party company anymore!

Best regards,
The tour itself was great. However, the communication regarding how to get your tickets and where to go were terrible. The emails were not clear nor correct. It could be so easy to explain.
The guide, Oliver, was excellent. Not a real long tour but the visuals were amazing. Don’t forget to purchase your Navajo permit. My honest opinion is it’s a little overpriced for the amount of tour you get in the upper antelope Canyon. It’s not real long once you finish and you ascended up over where he had just been.
A bit of a hike back to the shuttle. Incline. The canyon was gorgeous! Went in the afternoon and the lighting was beautiful.
No matter how much you anticipate it is better than you can imagine. Also, the tour guides are excellent at finding and taking the best photographs, let them do it for you. They often talk among themselves to discover the best photographs ops.
Antelope Canyon was awesome. However I didn’t know when I was booking through Viator that they were a 3rd party. We had mixed directions as to which tour group we were going with and where to be the day of the tour. Thankfully we checked it out early because we originally were told to go to the wrong place since Viator books for several tour groups. Otherwise the tour was great!
We did Lower Antelope. This is an awesome tour and good for those who aren’t able to walk too far and do serious hikes
. Toma was a great tour guide and staged some beautiful pictures for us. If you get a chance take the tour!
As written in reminder mail, I visited pick-up point ( Antelope Canyon Navajo Tours, Highway 98, Milepost #299, Page, AZ 86040, USA) 1.5 hour earlier, but cannot find my name in the list. I asked so many people where to go. Without the help from staff, I might miss the tour.

Confirm the actual checkin location. It was downtown. Also, consider the time change if your driving in from another location.
The guide was wonderful. He but only talked about the slot canyon, but he pointed out the best places for photos and he even took photos of us in key locations to get the best angles.
The guide pointed out that Horseshoe Bend is 8 minutes away, and the view there was awesome.
I walk with a cane and was able to do the upper Antelope Canyon tour easily. Our tour guide Toby was wonderful. He suggested I walk back through the canyon rather than over the canyon with the rest of the group. Our group was only 8 people so it was very personable. Highly recommend this tour.
Beautiful canyon. One of the most amazing sites in nature. Lots of photo opportunities. Liked the morning tour before the heat of the day.

Rushed through, on a time table, couldn’t hear guide because group behind us was so close. Felt like just wanted to rush us through so they could do more tours and make more money.

Absolutely terrible experience booking through Viator. when we arrived, tour operator us to pay an extra $15 per person out of pocket. That’s completely misleading.
It gets worse — the actual tour price with the operator is only $80 per person, but Viator charged us around $150 per person. That’s nearly double for the exact same experience. No added value, no transparency — just inflated pricing. NEVER PURCHASED THROUGH VIATOR, THEY FOOL YOU. Recommanded to buy directly using Tse Bighanilini ToursTse Bighanilini Tours, great customer service from them
This feels like a complete rip-off. Misleading information and overcharging customers is unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to avoid booking through Viator for this tour and go directly with the operator instead. reached out for lowest price gurantee but no costomer services at all or customer satisfaction. its just rip-off
Very disappointed and will not be using Viator again.
Response from Host, Apr 2026
Thank you for sharing your experience in such detail, and I am truly sorry to hear how frustrated and disappointed you feel — understandably so.
Our price details are disclosed on the page. This includes: Navajo Nation Permit Fee, Navajo Sales Tax and Booking Brokerage Fee. Window prices also need to pay these two fees. We just have an extra Brokerage Fee, but it lets you plan your trip and time better in advance.
As is known to all, Antelope Canyon is a very popular attraction. Its tickets are often sold out a month in advance. So we believe that buying tickets in advance is one of the best choices during the trip.
The schedule was far too tight, and the tour guide lacked any enthusiasm, sounding like a repeater. We were given no personal time for photography. It felt as though the tour was prioritizing profit over quality by cramming in too many people. It was a very poor experience

Do not book through Viator. The tour operator changes time of the tours on very short notice and they do not communicate with Viator.
Our tour was 1 1/2 hours later than scheduled and we did not get any notification.
The activity itself is great but the process to get to the canyon was a messy process.

The canyon is beautiful, but our tour guide, Clint, made this experience one in a million! He was full of knowledge, is a great photographer and knows all the great angles and lighting, he was kind and funny, and to top it off he played a song for us with a wooden flute and it was magical! 1000/10 would recommend, and be sure to ask for Clint!
Response from Host, Mar 2026
