We flew to Phoenix and got a rental car. When we drove to Page for this tour, I got very bad altitude sickness when drove by Flagstuff. My Mom doesn’t speak English, so the restaurant manager called 911 and I was taken to ER. I can’t make to the tour on time, when I contact the company, I was told I had to call a number so I called. Then I was told this is a 3rd party booking and this company refused to give me a refund. My suggestion is, do NOT book from this 3rd party company, book from the real tour company. When I talked to the real tour company I was told they would give me a refund if I booked through them. Very bad experience! I’ll never book from 3rd party company anymore!
Response from Host, May 2026
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We truly appreciate your honest feedback, and we are very sorry to hear about the difficult situation you went through, especially the altitude sickness and the emergency visit to the ER. We hope you have fully recovered and are feeling better now.
Please refer to the booking page for detailed information regarding cancellations and amendments.
We wish you good health and many better travel experiences ahead.

The tour itself was great. However, the communication regarding how to get your tickets and where to go were terrible. The emails were not clear nor correct. It could be so easy to explain.
Allen_T, Apr 2026
The guide, Oliver, was excellent. Not a real long tour but the visuals were amazing. Don’t forget to purchase your Navajo permit. My honest opinion is it’s a little overpriced for the amount of tour you get in the upper antelope Canyon. It’s not real long once you finish and you ascended up over where he had just been.
Donna_W, Apr 2026
A bit of a hike back to the shuttle. Incline. The canyon was gorgeous! Went in the afternoon and the lighting was beautiful.
Diana_W, Apr 2026
No matter how much you anticipate it is better than you can imagine. Also, the tour guides are excellent at finding and taking the best photographs, let them do it for you. They often talk among themselves to discover the best photographs ops.
Sharon_M, Apr 2026
Antelope Canyon was awesome. However I didn’t know when I was booking through Viator that they were a 3rd party. We had mixed directions as to which tour group we were going with and where to be the day of the tour. Thankfully we checked it out early because we originally were told to go to the wrong place since Viator books for several tour groups. Otherwise the tour was great!
Wanda_P, Apr 2026
We did Lower Antelope. This is an awesome tour and good for those who aren’t able to walk too far and do serious hikes
. Toma was a great tour guide and staged some beautiful pictures for us. If you get a chance take the tour!

As written in reminder mail, I visited pick-up point ( Antelope Canyon Navajo Tours, Highway 98, Milepost #299, Page, AZ 86040, USA) 1.5 hour earlier, but cannot find my name in the list. I asked so many people where to go. Without the help from staff, I might miss the tour.
Response from Host, Apr 2026

Confirm the actual checkin location. It was downtown. Also, consider the time change if your driving in from another location.
The guide was wonderful. He but only talked about the slot canyon, but he pointed out the best places for photos and he even took photos of us in key locations to get the best angles.
The guide pointed out that Horseshoe Bend is 8 minutes away, and the view there was awesome.
Susan_P, Apr 2026
I walk with a cane and was able to do the upper Antelope Canyon tour easily. Our tour guide Toby was wonderful. He suggested I walk back through the canyon rather than over the canyon with the rest of the group. Our group was only 8 people so it was very personable. Highly recommend this tour.
Mary_H, Apr 2026
Beautiful canyon. One of the most amazing sites in nature. Lots of photo opportunities. Liked the morning tour before the heat of the day.

Rushed through, on a time table, couldn’t hear guide because group behind us was so close. Felt like just wanted to rush us through so they could do more tours and make more money.

Absolutely terrible experience booking through Viator. when we arrived, tour operator us to pay an extra $15 per person out of pocket. That’s completely misleading.
It gets worse — the actual tour price with the operator is only $80 per person, but Viator charged us around $150 per person. That’s nearly double for the exact same experience. No added value, no transparency — just inflated pricing. NEVER PURCHASED THROUGH VIATOR, THEY FOOL YOU. Recommanded to buy directly using Tse Bighanilini ToursTse Bighanilini Tours, great customer service from them
This feels like a complete rip-off. Misleading information and overcharging customers is unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to avoid booking through Viator for this tour and go directly with the operator instead. reached out for lowest price gurantee but no costomer services at all or customer satisfaction. its just rip-off
Very disappointed and will not be using Viator again.
Response from Host, Apr 2026
Thank you for sharing your experience in such detail, and I am truly sorry to hear how frustrated and disappointed you feel — understandably so.
Our price details are disclosed on the page. This includes: Navajo Nation Permit Fee, Navajo Sales Tax and Booking Brokerage Fee. Window prices also need to pay these two fees. We just have an extra Brokerage Fee, but it lets you plan your trip and time better in advance.
As is known to all, Antelope Canyon is a very popular attraction. Its tickets are often sold out a month in advance. So we believe that buying tickets in advance is one of the best choices during the trip.
Virna_M, Apr 2026
The schedule was far too tight, and the tour guide lacked any enthusiasm, sounding like a repeater. We were given no personal time for photography. It felt as though the tour was prioritizing profit over quality by cramming in too many people. It was a very poor experience

Do not book through Viator. The tour operator changes time of the tours on very short notice and they do not communicate with Viator.
Our tour was 1 1/2 hours later than scheduled and we did not get any notification.
The activity itself is great but the process to get to the canyon was a messy process.
Response from Host, Apr 2026
Thank you for your honest feedback. We are very sorry to hear about the confusion and last-minute changes you experienced with the tour timing and communication. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience this caused you.
If there are any changes to the time, we will be sure to notify you, so please check your messages carefully.

The canyon is beautiful, but our tour guide, Clint, made this experience one in a million! He was full of knowledge, is a great photographer and knows all the great angles and lighting, he was kind and funny, and to top it off he played a song for us with a wooden flute and it was magical! 1000/10 would recommend, and be sure to ask for Clint!
Response from Host, Mar 2026
Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback! We are thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the breathtaking beauty of the canyon, but even more delighted that Clint made your experience truly one in a million. He will be so happy to know his knowledge, photography skills, kindness, and even his flute playing added a touch of magic to your trip.
Your 1000/10 recommendation means the world to us.
To future guests reading this: we can’t wait to welcome you! Be sure to ask for Clint – he might just surprise you with a song and an unforgettable adventure.
Thank you again, and we hope to see you again someday!

Watch the times and dates, read the communications from Viator carefully. They contain all the essential information you need but you must read them.
Our tour guide Mike was excellent. He helped a lot with the photos. It was nice to be in a small group too.
And one person in our group used a cane. Mike wisely suggested he not do the return trip up the stairs but that he should go back through the Canyon. He assigned one of our group to lead us on the stairs and went with the other guest back through the canyon. Very wise decision.
Response from Host, Mar 2026
Thank you very much for taking the time to share your experience. We truly appreciate your important reminder for future guests to carefully watch the times, dates, and read all communications from Viator – that really is essential.
We are so glad to hear that Mike made your tour a great one. It’s wonderful that he helped with photos and that you enjoyed the small group setting. Most of all, thank you for highlighting how Mike handled the guest with a cane so thoughtfully and safely. His decision to avoid the stairs and personally accompany the guest back through the canyon shows the kind of attentive and caring guiding we strive for.
We will be sure to pass along your kind words to Mike.
Thank you again for your review, and we hope to welcome you on another adventure in the future!

Mike was an excellent tour guide and assisted with both teaching and taking the most excellent pictures. Cannot say enough for what he offered. Sadly, there is a disconnect between Viator and the company with addresses not matching. This particular offer highlights multiple companies. Trust the info from the company and their PDFs not Viator.
Response from Host, Mar 2026
Thank you so much for your thoughtful feedback. We're delighted to hear that Mike made your experience so memorable—he truly has a gift for guiding and capturing great moments, and we’ll be sure to share your kind words with him.
Your feedback helps us improve, and we truly value it. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again on another adventure!

I was told that the tours around noon give you the best results for your photos because of the way the sun comes in. Very enjoyable and safe for most people. There are lots of ladders to climb!
Response from Host, Mar 2026
Thank you for your thoughtful feedback! We're so glad to hear you had an enjoyable and safe experience. That's a great tip about the midday tours offering the best lighting for photos—we appreciate you sharing it! We also appreciate you mentioning the ladders, as it helps future guests come prepared. Hope to welcome you on another adventure soon!

Difficult to find. Two companies working from the same place and nobody had a fight or sign. Also, price at the location was $30 less than online.
On a good part, it was first time for me to do something like this and our guide did a great job giving us time for pictures and telling us where to stand. Nice group of people.

Loved the canyon, but tour guides were rude. Within 1st 5 minutes we were told hurry up this is not a photocopy tour. She rushed us and didn't give any time for pictures. Another guide passed a comment in my native language which meant "Let's go Let's go." Tour ended in 58 minutes from time we left office location to back at the same place which was less than 1 hour 30 minutes they informed us.
Response from Host, Mar 2026
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your recent experience with us. We truly appreciate your kind words about the canyon itself – it's certainly a spectacular place that we're proud to showcase.
We do hope you'll give us another opportunity in the future to provide you with the exceptional experience we're known for. Should you plan to visit again, we would be delighted to have you join us for a more relaxed and enjoyable tour.

The experience was good. But booking company charged almost double the price, the price at the location was $89 and I paid $130. That is ridiculously marked up. Would like to get a refund for the difference.
Would suggest Viator to work with the third party booking site to match their price to the original cost

Fantastic team that walked us through the canyon allowing us to take photos, and took photos of the group for us.
Was an easy walk through the canyon, but had to climb a couple flights of stairs at the end.
Great experience will go back for sure!

An incredible adventure into a slot canyon with an experienced guide to tell you all about it. The canyon has plenty of photo ops to capture the adventure. Our guide JR with Tse Bighanilini Navajo Tours was great. He told us about the canyon and took pictures in all the cool spots. I'm so glad we did the hike and on my birthday no less!
